Hotel Pamplona Plaza

Not recommended.
First we arrive they gave us a stinky room they change it in the end.
Morning 7 O’clock había obras encima de la habitación .
We went to the reception telling that there is obras the blond lady answered that we know nothing about that .
A horrible experience

We are leaving this review purely on the basis of the experience we had upon arrival at the hotel. The older gentleman that we spoke with was very rude and did not want to provide any help. Any basic question was met with rudeness and unwillingness to help. Desperate and tired after travelling we decided to go ahead and make a booking. We would like to mention that later in our stay we had the experience of dealing with another young male receptionist that was friendly and exceptionally helpful.

The room was satisfactory however the only thing to note is the paper thin walls. We we’re unfortunately able to hear everything in the room next door.

Totally disappointed with the rooms and customer service at the hotel, the night that I’m talking about is December 31st 2021 after looking at the photos reviews we decided to book on arrival we as honest people paid for the room upfront, we were given room number 10 to our surprise the room did not look like anything at all close enough to the photos. It was dark,small the pictures on the website are completely misleading tired after travelling for hours we decided to leave and go somewhere else we asked for the money back due to been mislead and unfortunately to our surprise and the rudeness of the manager in this occasion the customer is not right so she literally shouted on the phone you will not see a penny back. So if you like a hotel for a ONS be my guest.
