Description
One of the best hotels in its category in the resort. Some distance from the beach kompensiruet large, green area with coniferous vegetation, lawns for sunbathing and walking paths. The rooms are small. Can recommend for a relaxing holiday.
Built: 1975
Location: 5 km from airport, 12 km from the centre of Palma, in the tourist area of Playa de Palma, 300 m from the beach.
Included in the hotel group PABISA HOTELS.
Consists of one 8-storey building.
The hotel has 328 rooms.
Beach: public, sandy (Playa de Palma), 300 m from the hotel (2-coastline). On the beach umbrellas, chairs, mattresses: free. Pool towels: free. At the pool umbrellas, sun beds: free of charge. The beach is 6 km away.
We accept credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro.
Pets are not allowed.
With a minimum booking of 7 nights:
- one visit of mini-Golf per person at the Pabisa Beach Club and one free lunch and dinner per person at the restaurant any day of the stay (ticket will be issued at the reception)
- one free entrance per person to Palma Aquarium (ticket will be issued at the reception)
- one free entrance per person to the water Park Aqualand. Open from 01.06.2013 to 30.09.2013 (ticket will be issued at the reception)

-The employees are all very nice and quick to help you out.
- my room was a single room, is a bit small but all the amenities necessary for your stay.
- hotel is very clean in common spaces, restaurant and pool area.
- hotel is very close to the Main Street of el arenal, and has everything that u may need nearby, like supermarkets, pharmacy etc.
- during dinner u need to pay for drinks, cause they are not included.
Issues i encountered during my stay:
- the ac is set to 24 degrees in all rooms, which is fine, but I could not switch the fan velocity, so during the night since was in max velocity I could not sleep with ac on cause of noise.
- on the first day the lavatory was not working properly since all the water was falling on the ground. After a discussion with the lobby employees, they send someone to fix.
- the shower place was not constructed properly, the water was always coming out cause instead of the water going to the drain, was going straight to the opposite side, accumulating water and consequently go outside.
Good points of the hotel:
-Localization
- variety of food
- nice staff
- there was not much noise on the halls or from outside
Overall the stay was positive and I recommend staying at the hotel.
Also due to staff throwing bottles into the containers late at night and delivery trucks.
Some of the rooms were very small, but sufficient for one person.
Breakfast was okay, coffee terrible.
The rooms could also be made cleaner, and there was no late checkout despite repeated requests.
Not recommended!!!!!
