We were very happy with this hotel. It is centrally located with easy access to everything you might want – restaurants, shops, attractions – all just a short walk away. The room was fresh, clean, and comfortable, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay.
It would have been nice to have a small sofa or armchair in the room, just to have somewhere to sit and relax besides the bed, but that’s a minor detail.
Overall we were satisfied with everything. However, one issue did stand out: the bathroom window in the shower was not frosted. During one of my showers, I noticed a man sitting in the window of the building directly across from ours, which made the situation feel quite uncomfortable. Some added privacy there would really improve the guest experience.
Still, aside from that, we had a great stay and would gladly return.

This hotel room was beautiful and the perfect spot in the centre of Palma . We started our holiday here for a quick city break before exploring the island as a family of 5. The apartment was perfect, spacious, spotless, with beautiful views of the picturesque streets and surrounded by stunning restaurants and cafes. Not to mention the amazing shopping right on your doorstep. The room had all that we needed for our quick stop. Staff were extremely helpful. Would definitely return .

Beautiful boutique hotel right in the city centre. Location was the best you can get in the city and for a very affordable price. I stayed in two different rooms during my stay (I decided to extend a night last minute) and one was absolutely gorgeous but was right above the main street which could be a bit noisy at night. My other room was inside the building more but had an outdoor space and was a lot quieter. Otherwise the people at reception were very friendly and helpful and I would definitely stay here again.

Booked at the last minute due to a plumbing problem in my flat in Illetes. Really impressed with everything, rooms very spacious and stylish with everything you could need - and a welcome gift of cava! Highly recommended! I will definitely come back when i need a place to stay in Palma and will recommend to family and friends!

We had three very nice days here. The rooms are spacious, well kept and absolutely right for a few days in the city. Everything is close by and you have the bar/resto right downstairs. In january it wasn’t too noisy at night but you shouldn’t be sensitive to odors as you smell the food and cooking in the bathroom.
The service was great too, as every question was answered quickly and we could even check in early on arrival.

The location is very central and you are right in the middle of life.
We had booked 2 apartments, the photos looked very inviting. Unfortunately the reality was different. The design is nice but unfortunately everything was very spartan, worn out and partly broken. The mattresses, pillows and blankets smelled of dried sweat from the previous guests. Very unpleasant.
The service was unfortunately the worst I have ever experienced. We could only get into the apartments 2 hours later than 3 o'clock. There was and is no one at reception and you have to ask passing waiters from the restaurant for help.
We experienced the biggest scandal at the end! They accused us of urinating in a drawer in the kitchen. We are 8 adult women and it would not work biologically to urinate in a drawer at a height of 1 meter. An unbelievable impertinence. There was no proof of this! So they simply charged us €300. An absolute scam! Please don't book the hotel, you'll be in for a nasty surprise.

Firstly no idea what the couple of 1 star reviews are about below, I think they’ve got the wrong hotel. Could not recommend enough, stayed in the plaza suite and it was 5/5. Heard no noise from the bustling and vibrant street below, room and hotel was spotless throughout. The plaza suite was large with a free standing bath and walk in rain shower. Could not fault. Restaurant / cafe on the ground floor was fantastic also. Location of this hotel is perfect, right in the heart of the old town. 5 minute walk to Cathedral / Port and a 10 minute walk to Santa Catalina. Highly recommend for a city break.

We really liked our stay at Bosch Boutique in Palma. The receptionist was very nice and welcoming. The room was big and our bathroom was great as well. Perfect location for a city visit in Palma. We can recommend this hotel to everyone. This hotel was one of the best ones we stayed at during sightseeing trips. Would go again.

A gem in Palma
We had the Borne room. The room is spaceous and with a nice ambience. The bed was absolutely amazing. Best hotel bed ever. A small balcony overlooking the square. Even though the hotel is situated on one of the busiest squares in Palma, the noise in the room from the street was not a problem.
We had a problem with the aircondition and it was fixed immediately.
Will definately recommend this hotel.

Air-con didn’t work, Wi-Fi didn’t work, we ordered a crib for our 18month yr old but instead where given a small bed that fell out of twice, difficult to access (stairs), very loud - people screaming in the corridor and knocking at our door all night. Staff unhelpful the next day and they have refused to give us our money back and responded with a rude and aggressive email when we made our complaint.
