Good location, good room and good food. Negative point, the pool closes at 7:30pm??? For the price we paid we should be able to enjoy the pool whenever we were into it. other than that everything was good. The TVs could be changed, because the one in our room, for example, was not smart, and the bathroom towels are of very low quality.

The room we had was lovely, but know that the frosted glass at the shower/ bedroom is very seethrough so was awkward at times. Pool was pretty small for the size of the hotel but they’ve made the most of the area they have. Honestly couldn’t fault the hotel itself.

Our room overlooking the ocean was amazing. We especially loved the jacuzzi tub on our balcony. The service at the hotel was excellent. A truly 5 star experience. This is one of the best hotel we've ever booked. Rooms are pure luxury. Pool area is sunny all day. Food is absolutely stunning: great ingredients and fresh recipes. Beautiful place, very quiet and relaxing, beach is walking distance, breakfast buffet is AMAZING!! They had almost everything you can think of. Very close to the beach, the room is large and clean, and parking is convenient nearby. Most of the surrounding shops are closed during the off-season. It is about a 15-minute drive to the town of Palma.

Partner and I booked a few nights here without knowing it was a German hotspot. The staff were incredibly accommodating and responsive to Spanish natives and made us feel very welcome.

Very clean and very nice place

A true sea view room, you can watch the sunrise and sunset on the sea from the balcony, or go out the back door of the hotel and stroll around the seaside market. Very cozy sea view room, sleep very soundly.

The hotel staff are wonderful, so friendly and can do attitude. My room was very small. I chose the "half board" meal option and the food options were buffet style and all were delicious, if a bit bland - bring your own spices.

All in all the hotel is in a bad condition. Poor maintenance and no heated pools at all. Long queves at the breakfast buffet, especially at the omlett station and coffeemachines. Staff is very helpfull and friendly but it is the management that fails to the a good job.

Nice hotel but reception could do with updating processes as there was always a queue and several times our key wouldn't work. It was nice to have a pool but very small and the jacuzzi bubbles wouldn't ever work. Breakfast was nice but busy abd quite expensive. The location worked well for easy access to the beach and some nice restaurants.the bus to palma is outside which is ideal.

Stay at many Riu's - chose Festival specifically because of the brand but have to say, it's way off the standard of all the others I've stayed in. Food is average quality with a small selection for dinner. Cafeteria style seating and was absolutely rammed, even with over 3 hours worth of serving time, and this was first week in Nov. Feels like a scrum when selecting items. Pool area is woefully small...

Hotel Obelisco is perfectly located for everybody who wants to party at Ballermann. 3 Minutes Walk from Bierkönig is all you need to know. The rooms are clean and the staff is polite. You aren’t doing anything wrong with booking this hotel! The price is a little high and the breakfast isn’t fantastic which is the only reason I gave 4 stars.

Noisy hotel. The cleaners started shouting early in the morning, the residents were noisy until late at night. Clean although. Sea view was only a partial sea view on first floor. Food average. Nice hotel, everything was as advertised. Had a room with its own solarium and whirltub. Breakfast was okay, gets a bit repetitive after time. We did not eat dinner, so can't say anything about that.
