I was there with six friends, and we had everything we needed. The price-to-comfort and taste ratio was absolutely fine. Considering you're only a minute away from the action, anything less than a five-star review is unjustified. To those leaving bad reviews, if you expect a five-star hotel at this price, you're being unrealistic. We'll definitely be back.

The lady waitress Marian is great, she likes what she does, makes us feel awesome, she is very kind with her clients. The team is very lucky to have her . God bless her

The hotel is lovely, very friendly receptionists who all speak English, room is cute with balcony and view. Food is great however the dinner offer is mainly meat-based and usually a couple of options for vegetarians like me. Overall I enjoyed my stay, thank you!

Very noisy that some rooms are directly opposite a beach club (of course without a beach). Also due to staff throwing bottles into the containers late at night and delivery trucks. Some of the rooms were very small, but sufficient for one person. Breakfast was okay, coffee terrible. The rooms could also be made cleaner, and there was no late checkout despite repeated requests.

Very pleasant experience. Clean rooms, delicious food, and helpful staff. Just a 5-minute walk to the beach. You can stay in the hotel complex and relax by one of the two outdoor pools or enjoy the indoor pool. Live music performances are offered in the bar several times a week.

Me & my bf stayed here for 8 nights. Positives: Location is good; surrounded by other hotels, however it is a quiet and family friendly area. The room we had was lovely, but know that the frosted glass at the shower/ bedroom is very seethrough so was awkward at times. Pool was pretty small for the size of the hotel but they’ve made the most of the area they have. Honestly couldn’t fault the hotel itself.

Check-in was super inconvenient, booked through a third party and when we arrived, the staff said there was no reservation and "recommended" we wait an hour for their system to update. I stayed there for 4 nights only but the entire experience was very pleasant indeed! The location is great, rooms and bathrooms are spacious enough and very clean and there was a good variety of food at the breakfast buffet. Keep in mind that public areas of the hotel have not been renoveted in at least couple of decades - this place takes you back well into the nineties :)

This is a 3.5 star hotel in my opinion. Food is plentiful through buffet, rooms are clean and service is good. Cons are the beds are hard as your floor, towels are old with not much cotton left and the manager has unilaterally decided that the guests don't need air conditioning at this time if the year. Not good that in and if itseld is a deal breaker.

Beautiful place, very quiet and relaxing, beach is walking distance, breakfast buffet is AMAZING!! They had almost everything you can think of. Dinner buffet was just as amazing, they offered about 5 different fish you can get grilled on the spot, as well as steak, chicken, and sausage. Offered caviar and white asparagus!!! This area services a largely German / Dutch traveler. I found the room to be great, very clean and everything worked properly. The staff is very friendly and very attentive. A big bang for your buck .The room was a good size. Balcony on street but very quiet. Great wifi. Food exceptional. Clean ++. Lovely pool area but not much sun because of buildings and trees. Short distance to the sea and boardwalk. Will definitely go again more than 4 nights .

Nice, professional 4 star hotel and very friendly staff. Food buffet was not super big and could be varied more and only one local beer was available..., but all in all, food and drinks were good. Nice experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is in a lovely area, with plenty of buses into Palma. The staff are just amazing, friendly and helpful, while the food was perfect. Can't recommend highly enough.

Stay at many Riu's - chose Festival specifically because of the brand but have to say, it's way off the standard of all the others I've stayed in. Food is average quality with a small selection for dinner. Cafeteria style seating and was absolutely rammed, even with over 3 hours worth of serving time, and this was first week in Nov. Feels like a scrum when selecting items. Pool area is woefully small...
