The Apartments should be renovate. They are very old. The hotel was ok but only three stars

Christmas 2024 We were originally put in a top floor apartment and when I asked if someone could take the cases up for us was told no, so they put us in a ground floor one. Everything about this place is geared around the guest. Staff is attentive, friendly, efficient, and eager to help. Great hotel total close to the Playa and the party area

The hotel is good. As an allergy sufferer, I was very pleased that there were signs with allergens in the restaurant. The hotel itself has 3 restaurants: by the pool, Spanish and general. Every day fresh fruits and vegetables, a large variety of dishes. The hotel is not far from the sea, the beach is amazing. A 30-minute walk from the hotel there are beautiful cliffs with a stunning view of the sea...

The room we had was lovely, but know that the frosted glass at the shower/ bedroom is very seethrough so was awkward at times. Pool was pretty small for the size of the hotel but they’ve made the most of the area they have. Honestly couldn’t fault the hotel itself.

Very nice hotel, only thing that I would recommend is renovating the rooms (or at least painting the walls) and probably the outside pools. The woman pictured below was AMAZING. As for the rest of our experience. Check-in was super inconvenient, booked through a third party and when we arrived, the staff said there was no reservation and "recommended" we wait an hour for their system to update. It was 1130pm, wait an hour??!! Instead of offering us some water or trying to be accommodating in any way, they rudely told us to leave the counter...

So the holiday was in October, 2021. Last minute decision. The place is lovely - clean, nice nature look to it. The staff are excellent - very friendly and professional. The guests were mostly Germans, I would say 70-80%, in the older age bracket. Very wheelchair friendly. Food is lovely, drinks weren't included due to Covid regulations so we had to pay for those. Not cheap which was a surprise...

Overall experience for me and my friend was exceptional! All staff were so lovely and hospitable from our first day till the checkout day. Location is not too far from the beach. I have come to this hotel for a solo trip and I can’t recommend it anymore to anyone who wants to travel alone or with partners or friends. Noisy hotel. The cleaners started shouting early in the morning, the residents were noisy until late at night. Clean although. Sea view was only a partial sea view on first floor. Food average. The different types of coffee were terribly thin slurs. Very nice personal, good service. Last year we were 2 weeks at HSM Golden Playa, much worthy four star hotel.

We have been coming here for 13 years in a row, and we still look forward to coming back every year again for our summer holiday.

One of the best hotels that I stayed and I have stayed in many. Provides high quality in everything like smooth towels, very clean room and amazing body care products. Room service was cleaning every day. We had only breakfast included and that was also tasty with big variety. Last the location is amazing. Very close to the beach. Sure would like to come again.

Not a 4 star hotel for sure. No shampoo, no shower gel, just 2 little pieces of soap for a week for 2 people and if you used it you don’t get more. Very limited breakfast menu, bad coffee. Everything very simple but tidy.

I really enjoyed my vacation here! The hotel was clean and luxurious. The pool was big, there were sunbeds for everyone. The food was diverse and delicious. Recently stayed here for 10 nights and can't fault the hotel at all. Staff are nice, the pools are beautiful and never over crowded, the food is nice and reasonably priced, the room was great, everything is clean and tidy and it's 1 minute to the beach.

A true sea view room, you can watch the sunrise and sunset on the sea from the balcony, or go out the back door of the hotel and stroll around the seaside market. Very cozy sea view room, sleep very soundly.

The hotel staff are wonderful, so friendly and can do attitude. My room was very small. I chose the "half board" meal option and the food options were buffet style and all were delicious, if a bit bland - bring your own spices.

All in all the hotel is in a bad condition. Poor maintenance and no heated pools at all. Long queves at the breakfast buffet, especially at the omlett station and coffeemachines. Staff is very helpfull and friendly but it is the management that fails to the a good job.

The whole vacations were very nice in the iberostar Bahia de Palma. I liked the food and the rooms were very nice and clean. Also the service was incredible. A truly 5 star experience. This is one of the best hotel we've ever booked. Rooms are pure luxury. Pool area is sunny all day. Food is absolutely stunning: great ingredients and fresh recipes. Beautiful place, very quiet and relaxing, beach is walking distance, breakfast buffet is AMAZING!! They had almost everything you can think of. Breakfast had a lot of cheaper quality of food. Half of fruit was canned. You can have only one towel per person. Beach is public so you have to rent, additional expense. Rooms and bathrooms were nice, although I was hoping they’d give us free toiletries (they gave us a shampoo/body wash instead that I wouldn’t recommend using it in your hair). Hotel Obelisco is perfectly located for everybody who wants to party at Ballermann. 3 Minutes Walk from Bierkönig is all you need to know. The rooms are clean and the staff is polite. You aren’t doing anything wrong with booking this hotel! The price is a little high and the breakfast isn’t fantastic which is the only reason I gave 4 stars.

If some one prefers night life then most of them around this hotel max from 5 mins to 20 mins walk. We stayed here for 1 night for a layover after a late flight. Only a few minutes taxi journey from the airport (£12). Room was clean, no complimentary water though. The highlight was the breakfast buffet! Not included in our room, but was only €10pp & well worth it! It was busy as to be expected but had a huge range with fresh food available.

Hotel in a great location, a few steps to the beach. Clean, quiet. What surprised me most was the food served for dinner, which was much better than in nearby pubs. A large selection of dishes, including local ones. Everything fresh and good. Drinks at the bar at better prices than on the promenade. I highly recommend this place.

Cool 4 star hotel. Great swimming pool but sadly they close it at 7pm on summer. The view is amazing. Staff is very kind. Food is ok, some days better than others. Renovated rooms with small kitchen. Outdoor space is very modern and beautiful however hotel mens toilets were not clean as well as shower heads in the room. The greens at breakfast were not fully fresh and it felt a bit understaffed. Location is great only 200 meter from the beach.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Stayed with a friend for 8 nights. Food was amazing. Different cuisine every night of the week. Staff are so helpful and always smiling. Can't fault the place and would highly recommend. Will be back for sure.
