Rooms dated but clean, cleaned daily.
Plenty of sunbeds around pool area, very windy on beach and around pool area. Easy access to beach and commercoal centres..
The rooms were clean, the furnishings in the bedroom needed updating, and the bathroom was clean and functional. Due to its proximity to the street, there was a certain amount of noise on the balcony (5th floor), which, however, was not reflected in the room after closing the balcony door.
The food (breakfast and dinner) was warm and delicious. The selection was more than adequate.
I didn't use the pool area, but it looked very good.
The hotel's location is very good, as it's just a few minutes' walk from the beach. Shopping options are within quick and easy walking distance in all directions.
Other amenities (fitness center, hairdresser, bike rental, etc.) were available as described, but I didn't use them.
A transfer to or from the airport should be booked separately in advance via the hotel's website. Booking at reception is not possible.
Very clean and well maintained throughout holiday.
My advice, don't listen to the negative reviews. It's 3 star hotel, we had a great holiday and would definitely go back to this hotel.
Unfortunately, there were a few small inconveniences that affected my comfort. The room lacked an iron, which was quite frustrating, especially for a longer stay. Additionally, the bathtub in the bathroom didn’t have a plug, which made it impossible to use properly.
What surprised me the most was the lack of an adapter for British plugs. The hotel had adapters for American to British plugs, which were useless for the socket in the wall and are European.This basic amenity could easily be improved and would definitely enhance the overall comfort of the stay.
In conclusion, despite a few details that need attention, the overall experience was positive, mainly due to the excellent food and the friendliness of the staff.
All in all my family made the most of our time at the hotel and we really did enjoy ourselves
