First time staying in a full board hotel, food were fine.

Excellent 3*hotel, ideally located between Playa De Ingles (or Ingoldmells as we chose to call it) and San Augustin which is a beautiful little bay Our room - 436 - excellent sea view, good facilities, proper double bed, clean and tidy. Roomy bathroom , spotlessly clean and excellent water pressure on the shower. The reception is welcoming, the staff are friendly and always happy to help. Safety deposit boxes are available at a nominal charge. Food is plentiful, varied and nicely presented. Yes the dining room is big, but it's an all-inclusive hotel so this to be expected. Hot drinks are available throughout the day along with water, alcohol and soft drinks. One criticism is that the soft drinks are all very sweet including the breakfast juices. The animation team with their yoga, pilates, stretching classes and aqua gym are brilliant, lovely friendly people and welcoming. Their collection of various languages is amazing. Downside is the evening entertainment - in re 10 days we stayed, we only sat through one show, 2 really good female magicians. The others were poor- a miming drag act, a weird dance troupe and singers who really couldn't sing. But we were able to sit in the lounge and talk to other guests. The outside area is excellent -3 pools of varying size and depth. Lots of loungers and yes people do reserve them, so don't worry just do as everyone else does Closeness to the Parque Tropical bus station is an added bonus - frequent, clean and cheap travel to other bays including Port Mogan and Maspalomas Would highly recommend this hotel

Brilliant 3* hotel and I've been to others with more stars which weren't as good as this one. Ideal location, excellent kerb appeal, welcoming, friendly and very helpful staff. Spotlessly clean throughout, bedrooms are well proportioned and ours on the 4th floor had brilliant sea views. Pool areas are fab, with plenty of loungers, however join everyone else and claim yours before breakfast. We were all-inclusive and the food was plentiful, well presented and for the most part there was an good choice - although they do seem to love Brussel sprouts!!! The dining room is large, but it was never noisy and the staff ensure tables are cleared and cleaned immediately someone leaves. Inclusive alcoholic drinks are good quality, especially the wine and Cava - my slight criticism is that the soft drinks, especially the fruit juices are incredibly sweet. Day time entertainment is always available - the yoga, Pilates and stretching classes were excellent and well run. Aqua gym was fun and well attended. Evening entertainment wasn't really our thing, although the 2 female magicians were excellent. The miming drag artists and the odd dance troupe left a lot to be desired, but at least there was entertainment if you wanted it. Proximity to bus station allows ease of getting around the island, and the promenade through to St Augustin (sic) was a lovely stroll. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Good location, close to the beach, good food. Rooms with balconies, some with sea views. Reception staff very helpful, friendly. Large well laid out grounds, several swimming pools, one of them heated. Close to the central promenade, cafés, restaurants, shops.

Our first time on holiday in the Canary Islands. A hit with this hotel. Good location, friendly staff, lovely welcome. Plenty of sun loungers in the area. Large selection of different dishes in the restaurant. The cleaning was perfect, both in our room and the surroundings outside.

All inclusive excellant with range of food options, drinks in glasses rather than paper/plastic.
Rooms dated but clean, cleaned daily.
Plenty of sunbeds around pool area, very windy on beach and around pool area. Easy access to beach and commercoal centres..

I liked the hotel a lot, the cleaning was very effective in our rooms and at the entrance you can smell a good smell, reception staff were very helpful and kind. I would like to note that the food could be improved by many different foods, but the same flavor due to the many spices. The entertainment team Christian / Nathan / Angel / Nicki, friendly and very engaging despite there being many elderly guests. To conclude, I had an excellent holiday. Thank u so much
