The modern hotel is located in a tropical garden, 300 meters from the beach of Las Buras on the island of Gran Canaria. All rooms include a balcony and satellite TV.

Location: 30 km from airport, Las Palmas, Playa del Ingles, 80 m from the beach, close to shopping centers and bus stop.
Consists of one 7-storey building and one 2-storey building.
The hotel has 481 rooms.
Beach: public sandy beach in 80 m from hotel (1st coastal line). Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – for a fee. The beach is 2.7 km away.

I recently stayed at the hotel for 4 nights, and overall, I am satisfied with my stay. The hotel provides a pleasant atmosphere, and the staff were helpful and polite. The biggest highlight of my stay was the food – a huge variety of dishes that were not only diverse but also absolutely delicious. The breakfasts and dinners served at the hotel were particularly exceptional and of the highest quality.
Unfortunately, there were a few small inconveniences that affected my comfort. The room lacked an iron, which was quite frustrating, especially for a longer stay. Additionally, the bathtub in the bathroom didn’t have a plug, which made it impossible to use properly.
What surprised me the most was the lack of an adapter for British plugs. The hotel had adapters for American to British plugs, which were useless for the socket in the wall and are European.This basic amenity could easily be improved and would definitely enhance the overall comfort of the stay.
In conclusion, despite a few details that need attention, the overall experience was positive, mainly due to the excellent food and the friendliness of the staff.

The rooms where good, the house keepers where super lovely and our rooms where super tidy. Great views from the balcony. 3 pools! The hotel is at fantastic location 10/20 minutes from the beach,entertainment ans restaurants too!. We did not enjoy the entertainment so we went out most of the time and could find more fun outside the hotel. Unfortunately there are cockroaches in the hotel bring your own spray as we they do not appreciate you calling reception about this matter !

Beverley park was a beautiful discover. I booked a sea view room and we had a room with a sea view but you need it to go to the corner to see it, so I complained at the reception and Lucretia was so nice she change our room. The food is nice, you can find everything, the cleannes is very high, they are very attentive and the animation's (activity workers) will make your stay more enjoyable and funny. I suggest this hotel and in a future we will come back.

We booked a single room for our 18-year-old daughter and two rooms with a connecting door for us and our 14-year-old son. Stayed for 7 nights AI-based. Friendly staff. Rooms were ok; not luxurious, but comfortable beds. Food is also ok; lots of choice. Beverage are ok as well. Nice pools. Friendly staff. For the price we paid an excellent choice. Please note: free parking spaces are extremely hard to find. Ended up using paid parking spaces.

The staff was amazing, very helpful and friendly! Animation team was very good, concerts and shows every night. The buffet was good and had a large variety of different dishes. The rooms are cleaned everyday and the cleaning staff was very friendly too. The hotel is ideally located, close proximity to the beach and a nice walk to restaurants and shops. Pools were very clean and lifeguards were very nice. The lady at the shop in the lobby was very sweet. Car rental service in the lobby. We had a beautiful view on the ocean. Would recommend and would definitely come back!

The employees are friendly and helpful. The longer you stay here the more you appreciate it. It is a bit outdated but it is clean. The bed is good, the sunbeds need to be replaced. The food is good, fresh fish and fruit everyday. Love it! Thank you!

This is a 3 star so for those wanting that little bit more I would say set your sights higher. This is the 1st time I've stayed in a 3 star for a cheap and cheerful holiday. I personally wouldn't return here. I spent my days by the pool. Although we were all inclusive we went out every night bar 1 for evening meals as the entertainment was the same every night and we also took our own alcohol from duty free as they only do whiskey or vodka and beer. I would like my room cleaned daily however your sheets are changed every 3 days and new towls every 2 even through housekeeping do come and make up your beds. They did give us time slots for all meals but we just went when we wanted. My room was quite large but basic which is fine. They do have work still on going in the hotel so the walk to our room wasn't pritty but we didn't hear any noise from this so that was good. Pools were lovely plenty of space to find a lounger. This holiday my plan was just to sit and do nothing which is what I did so I am happy with that oh and even though you are all inclusive and have bands you still have to queue with the the people that are paying. Even at evening meal to get water you have to queue and there is only ever 1 person behind the bar or reception. It wasn't a bad stay but I wouldn't come back.

In all honesty I don't think we would stay here again. We've just stayed for a week , entertainment in the hotel is poor, very amateurish and only seemed to cater for the Spanish, when considering there are Germans, Polish, French and English here at least to my knowledge I was surprised. Infact if you was all inclusive you would be very disappointed at having to go out for entertainment. Food basic but ok , room's are clean but tired definitely needs some sprucing up , staff some very friendly others quite offish and could do with some lessons in customer service . WI-FI is available if you want to pay extortionate prices and considering everywhere we went they offered free WI-FI, thought it was poor the hotel didn't. So all in all I would say the hotel is acceptable but not great by any means. Kevin August 2017.

Very good location with a 3 minute walk to the nearest beach. Beautiful view from the balcony. However, during my stay, a few things had bothered me. One is that I booked a double bed and instead received twin beds. Also the room inside looked quite old and definitely not worth the high price of the hotel per night. Overall an ok experience.
