Beach: public, sandy beach 3.5 km from the hotel (3 coastline). Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, towels – for a fee. Between the hotel and the beach is a road and promenade. There is a Shuttle service to the beach (4 times daily). The beach is 12 km away.

Location, a bit far from everything, only a free bus to Maspalomas beach, which was very handy, beach was clean and always managed to get a sunbed. Didn't see much of the entertainment team tbh, would of been nice to see a board or something telling us what was on each day and in the evening, but you would struggle to get a seat and table for the evening entertainment which in my opinion wasn't very good at all. We stayed in block E nice room for 2 of us, always cleaned. NO built in aircon, just a ceiling fan in bedroom to move all the warm air around, if you want aircon unit you have to pay extra, €5 a day, luckily ours was already in room so didn't have to pay extra - but way too noisy to have running all night. Food was ok, not very adventurous on the menus, sometimes food wasn't very hot. Would be nice to see a board up in entrance saying what theme it was each eveing . Nice pools and always got a sunbed, by the main doors. NO smoking around the complex apart from a small area by pool bar or out the front.

Anination is the Best!!!! I like Tiago Entertainment is the best dancer Im from Belgium but i love Canarias and the hotel is very nice!!!!

For a budget friendly hotel you really can’t fault this place. The only reason it got 4 and not 5 is because on 2 occasions the lift was broken which meant a 4 flight hike in 30 degree heat, plus one of those times with our suitcases. And the second thing is there is only one bar to get drinks from on the far side of the hotel which is just a little annoying. However, everything else is just great. The food has been one of the best we have had at an AI (especially for the price we paid) - every day a different choice, even the salads get changed daily from Greek, to Spanish, to oriental etc. the staff are all very friendly and the hotel is very clean. The AI drinks are nice too. We came out of school holidays and we never had trouble getting a sunbed. Taxis into Maspalomas and playa are about €7 each way but they are quick to arrive and efficient. All in all we had a great time here.

What a great hotel. Staff couldn't do enough for you. Lovely food. Rooms clean and tidy. Bar staff, kitchen staff, absolutely amazing. Alphonso, Melanie, and Christo were so good with their bar work and very polite and friendly and also very helpful. Nolen from the entertainment team was amazing with us.

I’ll start off by saying this is a really lovely hotel. The food was wonderful, the family rooms were spacious and it was very clean. Travelling as a family with a 5 year old and nearly 2 year old the main criticism we have is the lack of children’s evening entertainment. There is a mini disco most days by the pool from 4:30-5:00 but then absolutely nothing until the evening show at 9:30pm which unfortunately was just too late for our kids. They may have made it if there had been some kind of entertainment going on before it but just sitting in the bar did not cut it for them. If we were coming as a couple I would have no complaints it was great and 9:30 would be fine but our particular family this would stop us coming back to this hotel which is a shame because it is only a small tweak and it could be amazing.

Really enjoyed our stay, animation team have been great. My 4 year old especially loved Saskia and always looks for her everyday! Lots of different things for the children to do. Really friendly and welcoming to all the children. Arcade room for older children too, Very happy with our time here. 10/10 for animation team Thank you you will be missed

This is the second time we have visited this hotel. Another cheap and flawless experience building lifetime memories. Again for the second time we didn’t need to leave the hotel complex because it has everything you need and more for a relaxing week in the sun by the pool with some cocktails. We will be coming again for sure! Thank you!

Staff very friendly and hard working, especially restaurant staff and cleaners. Room was clean and perfectly nice, lovely balcony view too, aircon unit in the room but needed the balcony door open to use it. We appreciated being given a cold dinner in the restaurant when we arrived late and also the bottles of water in our room, which we also kept receiving throughout the week were nice too. The hotel is nice, food is good and pool bar was great. There is the issue of people getting up very early to claim sunbeds, before 8am, this was annoying as we enjoy a lay in on holiday, but was not a huge issue as we did find sunbeds just ones further away and shaded for most the morning. WiFi also wasn’t great, very in and out. Location not too bad, right next to taxi rank too and Aldi next door. Entertainment was some nights better than others however wasn’t an issue for us. Would recommend the hotel overall and me and my boyfriend had a lovely week and enjoyed some good food and the sun!

Lovely clean hotel. Food was great and constantly replenished. Hotel is at the top of a very steep hill, but you can walk through a park to get down to the main roads to access public buses. The entertainment was very good. Bar staff are very friendly and hot bar snacks are available until 6pm. The only downside is the sun loungers, they are not the most comfortable. The pool opens at 8.30am and it's like something off the tv to watch people queuing and then racing down to pick their sun loungers !! Hotel advertise that if they are not occupied in 90minutes they will be removed, but never saw this happening. If you use the hotel towels you have to pay a €10 deposit plus a daily rental fee, but you can change your towel every day. There is also a fee to pay to use the room safe. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Should be four star! Stayed all inclusive. Clean and lively hotel with wide array of food available. Lots of fresh options and caters for every taste palate. They keep things interesting at the buffet by introducing new dishes and having themed nights. Only downside is that they don’t replenish your teas and coffees each day when cleaning the room. To me, this seems ridiculous when you have paid all inclusive!
