The location is very central, with the New Bridge and the bullring just steps away. Everyone was very helpful; when we stopped across the street to look around, a staff member immediately came out to ask if we were hotel guests, and after receiving confirmation, immediately arranged a temporary parking space for us. Otherwise, parking in front of a tourist attraction would have been quite nerve-wracking. The hotel restaurant has a view and is definitely worth dining at.

Perfect location opposite de Plaza de Torres. The hotel used to be a bank and was changed in to a hotel in 2018. The view from the bar and the restaurant at the 4th floor is beautiful, mountains wherever you look. The hotel is centrally located in the town. Short walk to the gorge and the old town.
The hotel is beautiful and we had a very nice suite. Also the breakfast was absolutely wonderful! The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The location is amazing and convenient for the tourist. The hotel itself is so beautiful and nice. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The furniture is neat and new. The modern furniture is perfect. 🤩

Such a great experience!! The room was beautiful, opulent, comfortable, and spacious. Every staff member we spoke to was helpful and polite. We also used the spa and got massage treatments! We lucked out and were able to have the spa area all to ourselves, so it was absolutely lovely! Lucia and Luna gave us our treatments and were FANTASTIC! Pressure was perfect and I was to relaxed. Can't wait to come back!!
1 minor complaint, our room faced the street, (great view!) But that meant we had street noise the whole time. The balcony door muffled a lot but not all. The breakfast was great, the view of the bull ring was awesome, and the room was beautiful 😍

The staff was super nice, upgrading our room to a larger suite overlooking the bull ring. We had some laundry done in a hurry since we got to town late and we're only staying one night. They rushed it through for us and refused to let us pay for it. The hotel is perfectly located on the main road right at the intersection of the main shopping street. It has old world charm and modern convenience. The restaurant was very good, but breakfast was a bit of a mad house. We skipped it and got a delicious croissant down the street for a few euros. It was a great experience.

Hotel sits right in the best location. The valet (I can’t remember his name) was fantastic. Met us at our car across the street and helped with bags, directions, etc. He was great. Our stay was Oct 5-6 if that helps to figure out who he was. He serves recognition as he was our first point of contact with anyone from the hotel. Our room overlooked the bull ring. Sunsets from the rooftop terraces are spectacular. Breakfast was decent but more importantly convenient.

Very friendly staff and wonderful location only 200 meters from iconic bridge. Beautiful pool overlooking the oldest bull ring. Great stay.

The hotel parking lot is too far and charges a fee! The hotel facilities are poor; the mattress is uneven and makes a dent in the mattress, very uncomfortable. The swimming pool closes too early! The front desk service is very good and friendly!

The location was really good, right in the centre and therefore was close to get to the key sightseeing spots.
