Hotel Boutique Palacio Pinello in Seville

The hotel is in a great location, within 10 minutes of all the attractions, and there are many restaurants nearby, which are very delicious. There is free coffee and water in the hotel lobby, and the front desk is also very friendly. A guide to nearby restaurants is provided upon check-in. However, the room provided is on the mezzanine, which is not very convenient for carrying luggage. Ctrip should ask the hotel for a better room type while providing preferential prices, otherwise you will be disappointed when you check in.

Small boutique hotel right in town Centre with a lot of Charme. If you arrive with bigger suitcases be prepared that you might have to walk a little as taxis don’t like the narrow street. Wonderful team and room felt spacious and well kept.

Just back from a wonderful trip to Seville made even better at this hotel. Wonderful location to all the local sights. Immaculate rooms and the patio area is so relaxing after a long walk! Staff are always there for any advice. Just one worry.Booked from UK and website indicated lunch and dinner available. Not so, but so many good places to eat nearby.

The hotel is stunning! It's tucked away so it's quiet, but extremely close to the Cathedral and Real Alcazar. The staff are truly wonderful- warm and friendly, with great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We stayed with our two sons, ages 9 and 6, and the room was a great size and has so much history to it. Would highly recommend!

This was by far the best hotel we stayed at while traveling across Spain and Portugal. Also was the most expensive, lol. We had the junior suite, which I think was a room upgrade and definitely felt like one. Everything was great as other 5/5 reviews mentioned. Wish the rooftop bar was open, but plenty to do nearby. We would stay again!

We booked one room here to stay for the last few hours we had in town because our late flight back home so that we can rest up a bit and take showers before we head to the airport as our 1st apartment place was fully booked so we couldn't extend our stay.

The hotel was in the center of the town and only 200 m walking distance from our 1st place. Upon arrival, our room was not ready as expected but the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The gentleman who I didn't get his name of tried to book us a table at one of the best seafood restaurants in town. But the restaurant was fully booked due to the April festival. Vanesa, the other front desk lady who was so kind using her own WhatsApp number informing me once our room was ready way earlier than the supposed check in time.

The room was clean and spacious. Both the bed and pillows were comfortable. The amenities in the bathroom/shower room was very well equipped which was great to see for a 4 starred establishment.

There are welcoming drinks included which we enjoyed out in their rooftop terrace overseeing the view of the city.

Although it was a very short few hours stay for us, we enjoyed this place and a taxi to the airport was arranged by the hotel staff as well.

The rooftop provides a stunning view of the cathedral and surrounding restaurants, making it the ideal spot to enjoy a drink at sunset. The saying "location, location, location" truly applies here.

The breakfast at the hotel was great, with delicious fresh orange juice served throughout. The rooms were spotless, with excellent quality towels and fantastic amenities provided.

Three standout staff members made our stay even more memorable: Laura at the front desk, Carlos the bartender, Jacob and another gentleman who provided exceptional customer service.

In conclusion, Boutique Palacio Pinello is a true gem in Seville, within walking distance of all the city's attractions.

What a wonderful place. The hotel is beautiful. The service was incredible. The stuff when out of their way to please us. My husband and I were on our honeymoon and they made us feel special. Nati was a doll. I hope we can go back there soon

Perfect central location friendly and accommodating staff. Our only complaint is the noise. You can hear guest at the the hotel restaurant and outside. I recommend leaving your car at home as parking is limited and roads are very tight.

Beautiful hotel situated in an old palacio with some decorations still preserved. It was apparently home to a wealthy family that sponsored some of the voyages of Christoffel Colombus. Location is perfect with a great view of the cathedral around the corner. Staff is friendly & attentive. There's a rooftop terrace that's worth checking out.
