Just finished up a magical stay in Salamanca and Hotel Rector was superb. One of the best hotel experiences we've had, and thats saying something. We would recommend this place to anyone traveling here looki g to be pampered. Amazing staff, qauint quarters, quiet intimate setting, and good breakfast. Loved the small notes and touches/surprise gifts during turn down. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

One of the best hotels we've stayed in. Just 14 rooms in a beautifully decorated building just outside the city walls of this attractive city. The service was attentive and friendly. Breakfast delicious.

Our stay at the Hotel Rector was outstanding. Even before arrival, the hotel messaged me to ensure the temperature of our room would be to our liking. We were immediately greeted by Carlos and Ignacio, who proceeded to care for all our needs and anticipated them even before us. The hotel is pristine and beautifully decorated with both modern and older works of art. Indeed, the art even extends into the garage and gym! The location is superb, the restaurant delicious and the service is impeccable. Indeed it may be the nicest experience I’ve had at a hotel. I highly recommend a stay.

I visited Hotel Rector last night, and whilst it was a brief visit to Salamanca, I’ll definitely be back and will be staying here again.
Ignacio and Carlos and Roberto, and the rest of the hotel team, offer an incredible welcome and it’s clear they make every effort to ensure your stay is comfortable. (I received a WhatsApp on the morning of check-in informing me of local weather conditions and the temperature of my room’s air conditioning and whether I’d like it adjust for my arrival.) 😊

From the moment arrived we were blown away. The personalized service was unmatched by the extremely friendly staff. They assisted with recommendations around the city, making reservations and arranging transportation to the train station. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re traveling to Salamanca with everything being just a short walk away. Cannot wait to stay with them again soon!

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Excellent location on the edge of the old city. Rooms are delightful but most of all, the staff are fantastic- always looking to make your stay perfect. If this hotel fits your budget you should definitely stay there.

The service provided by the entire staff was beyond excellent. During check-in, the employee took our luggage to our room and parked the car in the hotel garage. The suite we stayed in was very clean and decorated, with bed linen, bath towels and toiletries, and a COVID-19 protective mask kit. All the products are of high quality, and the hotel has soft slippers, teas and coffee capsules for use in the room. The breakfast is wonderful and well-served. At check-out, the receptionist gave us a good trip kit with water and cereal bars. Fantastic hotel.

A hotel of high class and elegance, with attention to every detail in the rooms and common areas after a recent renovation. The ideal location for visiting the historic center, right next to the city walls. The reception and attention to guests are always polite, but also attentive and efficient. Breakfast is a feast for the eyes, not for the palate ... Let yourself be pampered in this hotel!

Excellent hotel on all levels 🙌 Situated in the city center, close to restaurants and cathedrals. Very good bedding, good air conditioning in a good location, champagne in an ice bucket upon arrival with chocolate 👍, fresh mineral water .... Our car was also pampered: they parked safely and recharged them 👍 And the best: very nice and smiling staff, a great very human team 🙌
