Hotel is very good and clean, however the caffetera snd restruante leave slot to be desired. Menu for caffetera was very poor. I have stayed in 2 star hotels who's caffetera and restruante far outshines anythin that is on offer here. The proof is that in our time here we only saw 1other gentleman use the caffetera and 1 couple who ate in the restraunte. Says it all!!!

Stayed in this hotel in the early summer on our where to the UK. it was perfect for us. The room was ideal, large with a full bath. The reception staff were very helpful and accommodating. We arrived fairly late and tired so had room service. we ordered two meals then received only one after quite a wait. Hotel Artheus is placed in a very good location, close to the city centre. It is slightly expensive and the rooms are small, but the interior of the lobby is very nice. Also, the staff are friendly. This hotel is recommended for couples staying in Salamanca for a weekend or a couple days.

Came for a conference a few weeks ago, and this was a great home base. While they are renovating and there's dust on many surfaces, the staff is doing a great job to manage it, and our room was very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again!

Pleasant hotel in handy place for the centre of Salamanca. Breakfast good, no tea and coffee in rooms and this hotel had blankets not duvets which seems old fashioned nowadays. However warm and quiet.

Stayed here for one night when passing by. Not the most central location but we had a rent car so it's not a problem. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had dinner and buffet breakfast here. We were satisfied customers.

This is a new hotel with excellent price quality, the same is said about the hotel's restaurant. A bit far from Salamanca but well placed when travelling by car to Portugal. Recommend!

Convenient place to stay enroute. We stayed here on the way to Northern Spain. We wanted to visit Salamanca and have an easy place to stay. Parking was great and easy to get into the city. Salamanca is so beautiful. The hotel served a purpose for us. It was quite tired looking and we are not used to the smell of smoke inside. However, it was a comfortable nights sleep.

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Excellent location on the edge of the old city. Rooms are delightful but most of all, the staff are fantastic- always looking to make your stay perfect. If this hotel fits your budget you should definitely stay there.

This is a truly outstanding hotel. They take care of every detail, from coming out to the street as I arrived by car and cleaning my car's windshield full of mosquitos, to making an absolutely perfect "sandwich mixto" and giving you water, chocolates and energy bars on your check out as they wished you a great trip back home. every detail was taken care of (including Bulgari toiletries), and then some...

My wife and I recently stayed at the Hotel Rector for three nights. The accommodation is excellent and the staff are exceptional. The breakfast was very good and the dining recommendations could not have been bettered. The location is ideal for visiting this wonderful city. Hotel Rector sets the standard by which all other 5 star boutique hotels should be judged!

Right next to the cathedral and 1 min from the Museo of Art Nouveau (Casa Lis)! The only hotel that offer such a perfect location, very good quality/price ratio. They offered a breakfast buffet at 10.90 euros, option that we took. Was excellent and offered many choice. Highly recommended.

Service is nice , rooms are terrible as not clean, they charged 33$ for an extra bed, plus the 70$ of the room I think that is excessive for that kind of hotel. Is an ,4 star but should be 2 honestly thinking.

Ultra modern hotel, with helpful staff, located in the historic city centre. There is paid, secure parking in front of the hotel (€13 per day). The breakfast was simple, but of exceptional quality. Highly recommended.

The reason for giving the room a 2 star is because the bed is tiny for two average sized people and terribly uncomfortable, the pillows are bad too! The hotel is really impressive so why not upgrade to new beds and pillows?

Elegant hotel a 12 minute level walk from Salamanca railway station. The lobby is welcoming and beautiful with period furniture, as was our spacious room. Everything sparkles and shines and it felt very luxurious. Lots of amenities in the bathroom including shaver, comb and toothbrushes. It is a good 20 minute walk to the main sights but along pedestrianised streets with lots to see on the way.

A beautiful hotel with a pretty park directly opposite. In the evening we were footsteps away from the town centre with all of the shops open till about 10 pm. The breakfast in the morning was outstanding, fresh pastries and fresh homemade potato Spanish omelette were delightful. The staff are really attentive, I would return without hesitation.

This is a no frills hotel which is very clean within 10 minutes walking to the centre of Salamanca. There is parking outside the hotel or in a secure underground car park for 10 Euros extra. The room rates are very good and they provide breakfast at an extra cost. The rooms are basic but adequate and good value for the price.

In Hotel you need same ear plugs at night if you have noisy neighbour's. I hour everything what they say. Its crazy.

With free overnight parking, right at the city center, March 2019, they charged 30 euros with breakfast in Salamanca here. Very pleased. In a very tiny shower, they outfitted a car wash type shower with 20 nozzles for different parts of the body, brilliant.

We had a 2 night stay and were treated with great hospitality. Upon arrival we were given a map along with suggestions of where to visit and local tapas bars to enjoy local cuisine. Room was clean and comfortable.

It is about eight or nine hundred meters walk from the scenic spots in the center of the old city. It has its own underground parking lot, which costs 10 euros a day. However, the space is limited and narrow, and it will test your skills when the parking lot is full. (There is also parking on the roadside at the door, no need to pay, but it is not clear whether it is safe and compliant, and it is difficult...

The emputidos inside are a lot better than other ones in the city. You can ask for a sample some before buying. People are really helpful.
