Hotels in Salamanca

Hotel is very good and clean, however the caffetera snd restruante leave slot to be desired. Menu for caffetera was very poor. I have stayed in 2 star hotels who's caffetera and restruante far outshines anythin that is on offer here. The proof is that in our time here we only saw 1other gentleman use the caffetera and 1 couple who ate in the restraunte. Says it all!!!

Stayed in this hotel in the early summer on our where to the UK. it was perfect for us. The room was ideal, large with a full bath. The reception staff were very helpful and accommodating. We arrived fairly late and tired so had room service. we ordered two meals then received only one after quite a wait. I booked this place because of the free secure parking. Something that is quite rare in most Spanish cities. When I booked (online) I had to book 2 rooms. One for my partner and I, and one for my child (13yr old). On arrival at the hotel they upgraded us free of charge to a great room that accommodated all three of us. Hotel Artheus is placed in a very good location, close to the city centre. It is slightly expensive and the rooms are small, but the interior of the lobby is very nice. Also, the staff are friendly. This hotel is recommended for couples staying in Salamanca for a weekend or a couple days.

Stayed here as part of a tour. It was a smallish boutique hotel with baroque style decor and fittings with a few moorish influenced statues thrown in. Rooms were small but were adequate for the single night we stayed there. Bathroom facilities were ok but the hotel still uses the small disposal plastic bottles of soap and shampoo. Great location. Ask at recepción if parking is available (small garage near hotel @ 12€ 24 hrs). Hotel is not the cleaness: fridge in room dirty, bath had stains, carpet under sink also stained. Ok hotel for a short stay.

Stayed here for one night when passing by. Not the most central location but we had a rent car so it's not a problem. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had dinner and buffet breakfast here. We were satisfied customers.

This is a new hotel with excellent price quality, the same is said about the hotel's restaurant. A bit far from Salamanca but well placed when travelling by car to Portugal. Recommend!

Location is perfect if you want to have parking close by. The hotels inside the city have absolutely so much more charm but are also more expensive and you pay for parking house or the parking on the streets many have 2 hour limitation ( 2:20 euro max per 2 hours). Simple clean hotel with a fridge in the room.

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Excellent location on the edge of the old city. Rooms are delightful but most of all, the staff are fantastic- always looking to make your stay perfect. If this hotel fits your budget you should definitely stay there.

This is a truly outstanding hotel. They take care of every detail, from coming out to the street as I arrived by car and cleaning my car's windshield full of mosquitos, to making an absolutely perfect "sandwich mixto" and giving you water, chocolates and energy bars on your check out as they wished you a great trip back home. every detail was taken care of (including Bulgari toiletries), and then some...

My wife and I recently stayed at the Hotel Rector for three nights. The accommodation is excellent and the staff are exceptional. The breakfast was very good and the dining recommendations could not have been bettered. The location is ideal for visiting this wonderful city. Hotel Rector sets the standard by which all other 5 star boutique hotels should be judged!

I stayed here for a week. This is a lovely place to see Salamanca city and historical place. Right in front of the Ieronimus catedral and very close to Universidad of Salamanca. It's great place to stay. You can reach every part of the city centre only by walking from this hotel for around 15-30 minutes to every direction. Enjoy Salamanca.

Ultra modern hotel, with helpful staff, located in the historic city centre. There is paid, secure parking in front of the hotel (€13 per day). The breakfast was simple, but of exceptional quality. Highly recommended.

A beautiful hotel with a pretty park directly opposite. In the evening we were footsteps away from the town centre with all of the shops open till about 10 pm. The breakfast in the morning was outstanding, fresh pastries and fresh homemade potato Spanish omelette were delightful. The staff are really attentive, I would return without hesitation.

Hotel Alameda Palace is located at the northern edge of historic Salamanca center. In Hotel you need same ear plugs at night if you have noisy neighbour's. I hour everything what they say. Its crazy.

With free overnight parking, right at the city center, March 2019, they charged 30 euros with breakfast in Salamanca here. Very pleased. In a very tiny shower, they outfitted a car wash type shower with 20 nozzles for different parts of the body, brilliant.

It was quite nice staying there. The hotel looks cozy and pretty cute, I liked the people who worked there. They don't speak English, but even if you don't know any Spanish, it won't be a problem The room was clean, but the walls in the building are quite thin, surprise-surprise, so you can hear pretty much everything that is going on behind the wall. We had a 2 night stay and were treated with great hospitality. Upon arrival we were given a map along with suggestions of where to visit and local tapas bars to enjoy local cuisine. Room was clean and comfortable.

Great location, very comfy bed, well designed shower - big enough for me at 1.90metres. Quiet street, helpful staff and secure parking. No complaints at £45 per night.
