Hostal Rosalia Hotel

Got placed in a room right next to a group of lads on a stag do, which was even odder because we arrived at the exact same time as the group and you'd think the hotel staff would perhaps think twice about placing a couple next to a stag group when there were other rooms available... We asked to be moved but the guy at the front desk was rude and just didn't seem to care.
They have air con but it was set/locked by the hotel (unadjustable from within the room) to a temperature which was far too high, meaning it essentially did nothing. Again, we asked the front desk guy to change our air con but all we got was a shrug of the shoulders from him. Inevitably, we didn't manage to get much sleep that night. It was a real shame that we encountered this particular guy at the reception, as when we came down the next morning to check-out there was a different guy on the desk who was much friendlier and, chances are, a lot more useful.
To top it off, they took the money from our account straight after booking, instead of at the stay at the hotel (which is what was stated online). Didn't cost us anymore, but it could cost you an overdraft fee if you're unlucky.

Topmoto staff is very unprofessional. A week later of checking me credit statement, I notice they never return the down payment you must make of $150. I called and complete ignore me. Heads up for future reference they are thief. Don't trust TOPMOTO rental

Asked For a non-smoking room. When we entered the room it reeked of smoke. Floor was gross full of crumbs. The bathroom was full of mold hair on the toilet also quite a few bed bugs on the tiles. They need to tell the guests how the room functions. As we didn't understand how to turn on the lights or the air conditioning we had to go down and ask reception. The bed was stiff and the pillow is flat. the white sheets were at least very clean the top cover was full of cigarette burn marks. Yes it's a one star hotel that one star shouldn't mean dirty it just means less amenities.

Supposed to be non smoking room, was reeking of tobacco. Super basic. No remote for TV. Safe extra. Floor not cleaned at all, toilet full of hair. Stiff mattress and flat pillow. For a bit more find a better place...
