Hostal Molins Park Hotel

It's aparently a 3 star hotel but the service does not even deserve one star. after the checkin we asked for a towl for the beach. they said they do not offer that service. I offerred to levae a deposit or to pay for the cleaning but no chance. I asked if they provide towls for the pool but even that they did not. at the end we were offered a checkout with money back and after thinking a while about that option we did it. people come to ibiza to go to the beach and travel with hand luggage. I guess it's probably the only 3 star hotel on the island that does not offer that service.

This was the most awful experience we have ever encountered in all of our travels. The reception staff were unwelcoming, rude and not willing to help us at all. They first started arguing with us in spanish and didn't speak more than 5% of English. As we were sleeping in the mid morning when they arrived to clean our room on both days, they refused to give us clean towels from reception saying they cannot give us clean towels. We had to use the same towels for swimming showering for all of the four days. The aircon did not work and when we called they spoke spanish over the phone and then hung up. We believe it was controlled from reception in the family run business. They also refused to have our friend present as three girls travelling and one had her separate accommodation and we were willing for them to call and confirm this. As no one but who is sleeping in the room is allowed to enter the hotel. They refused to call a taxi service saying they would be too busy and refused to write the number down for us. We couldn't get a refund as they said no refunds allowed and had to stay as we had no other accommodation in the town at a days notice. Beds uncomfortable. Out dated. They also made us give them the key each time we left the room. No safety boxes either for our personal valuables. The worst vibe and feel. Please thoroughly review your accommodation choices prior to booking in your travels. We wish we did.
