Terrible Experience
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about this hotel.
From the moment we checked in, things were off. Our bed sheets clearly hadn't been changed — they were stained yellow, full of sand, and had chunks of hair all over them. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable for any standard of accommodation.
They did give us 2 free cocktails, to compensate. We were supposed to have a fridge in our room, which was but it was missing.
The air conditioning worked when it felt like it. In the heat, that’s not just inconvenient — it’s miserable.
The worst part of our stay happened on the second night. At 3am, a security lady tried to evict us from our room claiming someone had signed our room number in relation to a warning at 11pm. The problem? We weren’t even at the hotel at that time — we were out, and had proof. We asked them to check CCTV to verify this, but they flat-out refused. The situation was handled with zero professionalism and complete disrespect.
When it came time to check out, they refused to return our €50 deposit, still blaming us for an incident that clearly had nothing to do with us. It’s deeply concerning that they allow anyone to sign using other people’s room numbers — what kind of system is that?
To top it off, the receptionist started making up stories, claiming the cleaners reported hearing nitrous oxide (NOS) canisters in our room — a complete lie, as we had none. She was rude, dismissive, and told us to leave.
Overall, this hotel was a nightmare. Rude staff, dirty rooms, and a total lack of accountability or professionalism. Definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here — spend your money elsewhere and save yourself the stress.

Sadly our experience was not good staying at the hotel. The room had mould and the bathroom filled with flies daily. The drains from the bathroom were unpleasant. Towel change was a joke, we would get the odd towel change and left with dirty towels at the same time. Why not just change them all. Despite staying a week our bedding was never changed, again despite asking. The staff couldn’t care when you raised issues, In fact you was treated like you was in the wrong, as the room clean/towel sheet said the work had been done. Despite the fact this was untrue. I had hope to take the up with the Jet2 rep who was o visit the hotel, no surprise they didn’t show up.

I am very disappointed with this hotel. Although it is cheap and only 2 stars, I don’t think it was even worth that. The room smelt so bad, everytime you walk in it smelt musky and like cigarettes. The room was so dirty, it genuinely looked like it hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived (see pictures). The floors were dirty; the bathroom wasn’t clean; the beds looked like they hadn’t been changed; and the view from the balcony was absolutely rubbish. I know Ibiza is a party island but the noise in this hotel was ridiculous and you can hear everything that happens in the hotel from your room. Doors were slammed all night and staff walked the halls making so much noise. There was pizza all over our floor of the hotel which didn’t get picked up for at least a day. There was a safe in the room which we couldn’t even get into, as we weren’t given the key, and I didn’t feel like my belongings were safe so we had to try and hide them. I would honestly spend more money to stay somewhere nicer and cleaner if you are thinking of booking this hotel, especially if you are spending more than 2 nights in Ibiza. Location was really good and there were loads of cabs outside so it was easy to get around.

Stayed here this past week with friends. Had two separate rooms as there was 6 of us. The room I stayed in had flees so we were bit head to toe every night till I got us some bug spray to put on each night. The second room had vomit stains down the curtains. Sink taps when turned on smell like rotten eggs so we had to use the bath tap to brush our teeth. Way too much chlorine in the water so all bikinis that are light in colour are now yellow. Cleanliness was just basic nothing detailed.
Majority of staff I interacted with were lovely and only a couple were rude.
The overnight security woman was strict but im glad she was it made us feel safer plus she was very caring when my friend was hurt by carrying her to our room and getting ice for her foot.
If the cleanliness was better and the sheets were clean and free of bugs/ants I think it would do better.

The worst experience I had at the hotel!!!!
People were screaming, using drugs, using ballows in the hallways, having $EX that loud, playing Music super loud too.
It looks like a mental hospital!
I talked with the reception so many times, but they didn’t do nothing, I understand that they are not security.
The room was so dirty when I check in, I found hair everywhere , bathroom, bedroom (bed) so disgusting!
The hotel must provide securities to ensure all the guest are safe and also a clean and pleasant environment!
Please do a favour to yourself book a decent hotel if you want to have a good time on your holidays!

Stayed here in August (azuline Fleming Ibiza) with my friends for an 4 night stay, upon checking in my room was not ready therefore I left my luggage and hoodie behind the service desk. When my room was ready they only gave me my luggage back and not my coat, I asked for it and they said it was in the locker room and they couldn’t access it and to come back tomorrow.. every day there was another reason they could not retrieve it.. this went on every morning of my stay. When my transfer arrived to leave to hotel they informed me ‘the maid would’ve taken it home by now as it’s been over 2 days’ honestly absolute shambles of a place, the staff were not helpful they told me ‘ for the inconvenience they’ll ensure my deposit for me room goes back in my bank quicker’. I’ve still not received that back, they told me they only hold the money which isn’t true as I’ve got the bank statement , I have been on numerous holidays away with my friends (some horror hotels but had a unreal time and the staff have been great including another azuline hotel in Ibiza) but honestly this by far is the worst due to the staff, hate being a whinge and I’ve never had to write a complaint, Would not recommend.

Decided to Booked here for 3 nights after extending stay in ibiza. Wow what a terrible mistake.

Easy 1 star rating for this hotel. Could easily give 0 stars rooms was not clean properly hair on the walls and inside the bed when checked in.

Understand this is ibiza and noise music etc is expected BUT this hotel has zero control over young guests be prepared for loud screaming,music, people partying and smoking inside not to mention banging on the doors! Mainly youngsters who have zero respect for others or the hotel staff.

Breakfast was shocking and decided not to eat there after 1 day.

Was super close to checking out after 1 night

Avoid this hotel there is much nicer and affordable hotels in the area.

The rooms are basic but clean. Our room had no safe or fridge, but think but think it’s pot luck if you get one or not… now this is on the break down that you have a fridge and safe in the room, so this shooould be supplied as standard. There is no air con in the bar area where they are also cooking food. What as you can imagine is so hot. This really needs to be addressed by management. The staff are friendly and help full. It’s about 15 minutes walk to the beach front. There is a shop basically next door. The bar is close by about 6pm so there is no where to get a drink even water is not supplied as standard, you have to buy it from a vending machine if it’s working. Food very basic. I ordered chicken nuggets bit into one and they was ice cold in the middle. I complained and they re did them and to my astonishment they had thrown them back into the fryer and re heat them again as the one I had half bit into was on the plate with my teeth marks in it.

NEVER EVER BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL!! I never write a review but I think they deserve no customers and to be closed !
I have booked for my arrival at midnight for 3 nights stay at this hotel they have messed it up, they have got me down for different 3 nights which Im only going to say 2. They have made us say down stairs in the communal area until 10 am so they day staff can sort something out, where there was no air and when I opened the double doors a security guard looking ladyman started to shout/ barking so aggressively standing in my face like she is about hit me, Im asking her to speak English and to calm down as i was not shouting and did not understand her. And after all of this they have not giving us a refund!!! Do not book with this hotel they are terrible horrible people!
