The location and service were both good, but the price was already higher than usual. They even refunded the price after I booked an extra day – it was disgusting!

This time the truth is the installation was terrible, I made a reservation for a bedroom with 3 single beds unfortunately they gave me a very small bedroom not suitable for 3 adults and two beds stuck together in any way everything was terrible not worth going back again. This is a four star hotel let down by an extremely poor quality breakfast. Room very large double comprised of two beds , very clean comfortable beds with plenty of space. Functional modern furnishings Air conditioning working very well and silently. Large windows which have poor sound proofing even on the fourth floor. hot water pressure outstanding but shower head bracket rail broken. Efficient daily room service and very clean hotel throughout. Located right next to the huge hospital virgen de rocio. Excellent transport bus links to the main city centre buses 1 & 37 train stn Virgen De Rocio approx 5-8 mins walk from the hotel. Indeed can walk 20-25 minutes to most of the tourist sites. Supermarket right adjacent and quality affordable restaurants and take aways within under 10 mins walking distance. . Breakfast being the most important meal of the day is only max 1 star and responsible for this hotel's non 4 star rating collapses owing to abysmal breakfast serving. Ill thought out buffet breakfast with max 15-20 items in total. Same repetitive dry, cold tasteless items which after a three day stay become bland! Really it's costing one euro max for all the items one can possibly eat and Hotel needs to up their breakfast to justify a four star overall rating! Friendly staff with excellent communication skills. 2 or 3 star rating justified based wholly upon deplorable breakfast offerings! Overall pleasant stay for three days in Sevilla

Not a 4 star. 2 star more like it. staff friendly at reception. Room was smelling of smoke when we walked in. room was so warm, the thermostat said 30 degrees in room. air con is old and took 4 hours to get temp down to 21 degrees. mattress on beds are cheap and nasty. woke up with a sore back and so did my partner. won't be staying here again next time in Sevilla.
