I chose this hotel because of the distance from Sevilla Santa Justa train station, about 10 minutes walk away. The room was comfortable, especially on Christmas where we just lay back and relax.

The hotel is two bus stops away from the train station, but it's totally walkable if you don't have much luggage. The front desk service was better, and they offer free luggage storage. Good hotel, decent location just right opposite of department store El Corte Ingles. Parking was quite narrow and rather tricky to navigate. Bed was comfortable but room was lacking of amenities expected from a 4 star hotel (no slippers, small bottle of water, no water kettle and no shower cap). Plenty of food option around the hotel. Very satisfactory hotel, hardware facilities and view are all 100 points, you can walk everywhere, turn left from the hotel and cross the bridge to a long-distance bus station. So, I extended it for another 2 days, and I will definitely choose it next time I come to Seville!

The location is just OK. However, prices in Spain are low and taxis are available anytime. Prices are cheap. You can take a taxi to every attraction. The top spa and bar have great views. It overlooks the whole city. The price-performance ratio is relatively high.

We book a suite so size is not an issue. Since walking to Spanish square is doable, but it is still more than 30 mins away. There is no loading zone for this hotel, just park the car and pay for parking for unloading. Restaurants are plentiful, but more open 2000hrs for dinner

The hotel is located in the old town, making it very convenient for sightseeing and finding restaurants. However, the hotel view isn't very sunny, the rooms are rather dark, the carpet isn't very clean, the towels are old, and the hot water in the bathroom is inconsistent (sometimes hot, sometimes cold). Had a lovely stay in an amazing hotel, they have thought of everything, if i had one criticism, would be the pool is a little small for the size of the hotel and the beds that are there people leave there towels on even though they are not there.

Hotel is exactly as described and we had a great 3 night stay. Located a 15/20 min walk from town but there are lots of cafes/bars locally for great food too and the walk is very easy. Couldn’t fault the rooms, pool, gym, lobby and restaurants. Would recommend!

The Lobby is quite inviting and I did enjoy my stay, so there are the four stars. The rooms on the other hand are priced okay, considering what you get for your money in the area.
