The wonderful staff, especially Juan and front desk ladies were very kind. However, I would definitely not purchase extra for the breakfast as there are many bus groups here and the lines at the buffet are 5 to 10 people long in some cases you cannot even get to the food let alone coffee. They must separate in a separate room, the bus groups from the individuals traveling as it’s not fair for us individuals. it does no good to keep everyone in room. So I would not pay extra for the buffet and I would go outside where you don’t have to fight for a piece of bread. Comment directed toward Americans, more or less as you realize in many States in America , controlling the air condition or programming it to stay 75° or 23 Celsius is against the law. However, Here in Europe, as with this hotel. It gets very warm here with them controlling the A/C .. I can’t imagine being here in late June July, or August so the solution would be for them to have fans available especially since again, they program the air condition not to really work well. Again, the staff was very kind. The rooms were very clean and nice, but if you have trouble sleeping in a warm room, even with the so-called air condition on, it might be a very long night. In owning hotel residences, I can assure you I’m being very understanding but I have restful sleep for night with proper air condition is mandatory when temperatures exceed 90° starting in June July August September.
