Hotel Carlos V

This is the perfect hotel with great pricing and everything that should go along with a superior rating. The rooms are spacious, there is a lovely terrace on the roof for enjoying the city lights at night, and the staff is very professional. Thank you for your hard work.

I had a great stay at Hotel Carlos V. We were greeted warmly and the front desk person was very helpful. Every staff we ran into was helpful and made us feel at home. We stayed in the most beautiful room with views of the town. The room was super clean and comfortable. Thank you!

Fabulous place to stay. All staff are super friendly and helpful.
Room and amenities are great. Nice and clean.
Breakfast is lovely, great selection of food. Fresh, healthy and hygienic.
Rooftop bar has beautiful views of the Toledo.

Our room was spacious, comfortable, cool and clean. The Receptionist was friendly and helpful. The location is walking distance to the old town, main square and shopping area. Would happily repeat. (We arrived in a heat wave, so the uphill walk from where we parked was an unexpected schlep, but well worth it for the destination)

The location was great. It was very convenient for both sightseeing and dining.
The rooms were clean.
The breakfast had a wide variety of items and was delicious.
The front desk was also very friendly.
I'd like to stay here again when I come to Toledo.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is lovely with an amazing staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I walked from the train station to the hotel- 25 mins uphill but manageable (take the cab if you have mobility issues). The room was nice- bed was new and linens were clean… the bathroom was great as well. Everything you’d hope for. For a 3/4* hotel, this one is worth it. I have nothing negative or unkind to say as it was a memorable experience.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I have marked it as a 4 star as in my personal opinion the breakfast coukd gave been better in that all hot food was cold. The room was great but marble floor with no rugs which in November was very cold. Take disposable slippers. The location was great. Also to mention the roof top bar not closed in but covered. Would stay here again.

Good location if you want to visit Toledo. It’s just on the outskirts of the main area but close enough to be able walk to all parts with ease. The whole town is around 20min from end to end so not very big meaning this hotel location was perfect. The service was good. Nice welcome from the staff and the room has a decent amount of amenities. It was fine for what we needed since we were only staying 1 night. There is no parking directly at the hotel but there is one a 5min walk which is close enough. The hotel also offers 25% discount if you park at one of those they have a partnership with. Only downside of the hotel is the noise. If you are on the higher floors, you will be right under the roof top terrace so it can get noisy at night. The rooms are also not very well sound isolating so you can hear people in other rooms. Overall would recommend..

We loved the views, and the attention to detail, including the way the window has sensors that turn A/C off when you open it, so not to waste energy. Besides the great view from our room, the restaurant Azotea allows you to look all around. Very well located, too.
