The younger gentleman at reception was very friendly and helpful. It was always a very pleasant interaction with him. But the elderly man who checked us in was rude. It felt like he didnt want us there, or he didnt want to be there. The only rude person we met in Toledo! Seriously, i feel bad for the other younger gentleman because he deserves more than a score of three for service. While the older guy definitely deserves less than that. He gave us a room that was right next to the stairs so needless to say, it was noisy! We were there for one night and we couldnt sleep until when it was late and the footsteps subsided. No point changing rooms at this stage, as it was too inconvenient. The room was clean and everything works. Bathroom also was the same. Plenty of cupboard space, and the bed was very comfy. But the noise,.. man! They should just convert that into a storage room! You cannot sell that as a hotel room. The location was perfect. We walked everywhere. Nice restaurants and shops close by. Transport was also easy. But I would think twice of staying here again though.

Good for one-two nights. Located in city center. Close to all landmarks. Walkable distance to Toledo bus station.

The restaurant is very good. Breakfast is cheap and it seems to be a popular restaurant for local grandpas… It was nice except for the smell in the room. Great location for a night view…
