Hotels in Toledo

We ended our 10-day trip though Spain with one night in Toledo. We wish we had stayed longer. While the room itself was basic (no view/small window), it was very clean and comfortable. But the best part of the hotel was the staff working at the front desk. Everyone we talked to was friendly, funny and helpful. The hotel is really well served by the staff!

We had a room equipped for persons with reduced mobility. The equipment was great and the room and bath room were very nice. The shower had a chair, several supporting bars were available also for the toilet that was higher. The mirror was large and designed for a sitting person. The only small improvement we would suggest is that the small chair usable for the lavabo could be a little bit larger...

We loved our choice of San Juan de los Reyes for our 2 day stay in Toledo. Fab spacious family room, absolutely lovely staff, wonderful breakfast (the gentleman there took care of us like a five star), convenient parking, everything was fantastic. Highly recommendable.

Newish, well presented hotel. No room service but great bar and restaurant. Take note of siesta hours in Spain. Room fridge small, but otherwise well appointed. No rooms with a balcony which is a shame on the south side. Staff were exceptionally good, helpful and their English is above par. Its an uphill trip from here to anywhere, but Toledo is built on a hill.

Fabulous in every respect. Having a Family Room gave us both space and silence to sleep well .... I snore loud & long ! Most excellent Staff at Reception ( Alberto ? ) and in the Restaurant. Wonderful Family Room with amazing views. Fabulous breakfast. Secure parking under hotel. In time we will return !

Elegant hotel at great location. Clean and roomy. Javier at front desk was friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend.

Nice location and good value for solo traveler

Friendly staff, good breakfast, clean nice room, quiet.

Excellent location, not luxurious but very comfortable. The shower was typical for an old city like Toledo, no curtain so prepare for stuff to get wet. All in all excellent location, comfort and friendly staff.

No air conditioning on rooms. Breakfast was really nice.

The hotel is fine enough with a good location but very unwelcoming…. The person who checked us in was not friendly at all…. No Hello or anything..  Could not even find the wifi password.  The following morning we saw her again as we were going out for a walk and she was coming in…. Again, no acknowledgement at all…  far different from our last hotel where the receptionist even asks if all is good...

Nice Service, good Location the only downside IS that there IS No cheap parking available. They have Deals with one or two of the two parking Garages unfortunately the smaller ones and you have to stay at least 10 hours to get the benefit. Bit difficult If you want to explore the area. Other than that. Good and recommendable. 4-4.5//5

Great location near the main plaza and walking distance of most/all of the historic center. Super friendly staff and all the basic amenities as needed for the price. Neat, clean rooms.

The location is great. However, I would probably not stay here again. Not sure if all the rooms face the street but the street noise was loud all night. Spain is a late nite city with dinner starting at 9p so you can expect a lot people out partying it kept me up. Also, they told us that they don't turn on the air conditioning until summer. But when the day temps are in the 80s the room can't cool...

I stayed for 2 nights on a visit to Toledo. The location is very good, close to the railway station and not too far from the bus station. The centre of Toledo is a 15 minute walk away, but uphill! We stayed here on out visit to Toledo . it is very reasonably priced hotel in a good location. The railway station is right opposite as is the bus stop which takes you into the centre of town if you don't want to walk! The rooms are good for the price you pay. The staff are also really friendly .

Location is good ..near the Train Station in Tolido.. But need to be more clean in beds & bathroom.

Great hotel, close to the historical centre. Large rooms decorated in an Arabic team. Free public parking two minutes away, down by the river. Very safe. Good WiFi.

This hotel is great! Staff is very nice and rooms are clean! Rooms are well equipated and are big and comfortable! A very good place to sleep if you come to Toledo!

I loved the area because it was away from the tourists. Location was in walking distance from local restaurants and historical landmarks. Clean, tidy and nice staff.

But parking in front of the hotel for checking in and download our luggage (for 40)min caused us a parking ticket of €60 !! Room was fine, but for price should have been better.

Cozy hotel. The room was big enough that you won't hit your toes against anything. The breakfast was okay and priced well. The desk attendants were very helpful and provided good tips. I would stay again if I find myself in Toledo again.

Very centrally located hotel with free breakfast and a quiet room that is a little old

Excellent location and everything was super clean. Everything was perfect.

It's conveniently located in the heart of the old town. The hotel's interior and facilities are clean and well-maintained. The window system is old, so it can be a bit drafty on cold days. Other than that, there's not much to complain about.

Stayed 3 days in this hotel on trip to Toledo. Great location close to all the sites. Friendly, helpful staff. Room was spacious and very clean. Good breakfast and easy access for coming and going. Made our visit to Toledio very memorable for all the right reasons.

The place is very nice, the staff super attentive and friendly. The quality of the produce and the cooking are very good, the meat exquisite (see photo). And as always, the prices are a bit high for my opinion, but not outrageous. The sweetbreads are delicious, although I'd give them a try, and the green asparagus is fantastic.

Nice little hotel with very friendly, professional staff. We booked two double rooms, which were comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. They were simple and of a humble size, but they did their job well. We had the continental breakfast included and it had a little bit of everything: juice, coffee, tea, toasts, pastries, yogurts, fruits... Definitely a complete meal to go up into the city with...

A good stay in a great location. A beautiful hotel in a wonderful location overlooking the old town. The hotel had a lot of character, was spacious and clean. Just 1km walk from the old town centre. This hotel was adorable, it had great views of the historical Toledo and had free parking. Our rooms AC wasn’t working but they were so accommodating and changed us to a different room right away. This place, although outside of the main Toledo area, is a gem!

Let me write why I give 4 star for service cause of the cafe machine, put a coin in but get very small cup of cafe, for the location cause of city center that you can see but it’s far. Otherwise it’s a great place to relax with good breakfast.

Fabulous accomodation in the beautiful city of Toledo. We stayed in a basic room with terrace with amazing views. Immaculately clean & very well presented. Great location for easy access to the old town either walking or public transport that was literally on the doorstep & very regular. Pool in season & breakfast available at additional cost as well as vending options. Lovely communal areas....

The hotel is located outside the city and with a great view. The staff is very friendly and the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There is a small free parking in front of the hotel. 3/5 min by car from the center. Very good for the price. Recomended!

It is a little distance from the ancient city, and it takes 15-18 minutes to walk to the city gate. The scenery is good, and you can overlook the entire ancient city from the guest rooms and breakfast restaurant. Breakfast was 13 euros, which was OK. The room is relatively large

The location is relatively remote, but it is no problem for self-driving tours. The breakfast is rich and the restaurant is large. There are mosquitoes in the summer. It is recommended that the front desk prepare mosquito coils. There is no kettle in the room, and the one borrowed from the front desk was broken. Suggestions for improvement

When we arrived, the room was ready. At the reception they were very kind offering us breakfast for the next day, and what to say about the room, it was great, it had a lot of space and the mattress was very comfortable. We didn't use the hotel car park but right in front of the hotel there are many places to park and we had no difficulty finding it. A success, we will definitely return!

It was easy to find the hotel and we had an amazing view over the castle upon waking up. Great room and comfortable bed.

Friendly little hotel. Convenient hotel just 5 minutes walk from Puerta de Bisagra. Nice bar outside serving food all day. Car hire round the corner. Plenty of parking. WiFi didn't work in the room but was fine in the bar. Very friendly and welcoming staff.

Great value stay Spent two nights here in mid May. It's a no thrills hostel a short walk from the city walls, but perfect if you are going to be out all day exploring. The bar down stairs does good value breakfasts and seems to serve food and drink into the small hours at night! infact it was more lively than most of the bars in the old city. Would be happy to use again if in Toledo.

A great little find right at the top of the escalator up from the Bus station, and right on the edge of the compact little medieval city that is Toledo. Everything you need for an overnight stay - and some Roman ruins in the hotel lobby as well !

Convenient transportation, good service attitude

Right on Square This hotel is right on the main square. The location was excellent. Everything was near. A coffee machine in the foyer. Small fridge in the room.

One of the staff told me the wrong bus stop location which caused me a headache.

Great location to see the old town areas. Getting into the hotel initially was more than challenging as the car GPS route had a very significant road closure. It refused to reroute and we drove around and around the area finding no way in. Finally just parked, got a map and walked. Hotel was fine and quiet at night.

This small hotel is great value for money and in a super location to explore the old town. The staff on reception were superb.Surrounded by plenty of places of interest and bars and restaurants. Near to the start point for tourist bus and town train with easy taxi and bus access.

Staff and every things is nice

The room was excellent, located on a hill in Toledo. It was clean and tidy, and not too hard to find; check-in was self-service. There was a parking lot nearby for less than 20 euros a day.

Clean and well located. Check in was easy and well communicated. The only downside was the outside noise throughout the night which did affect our sleep.

Everything as described...in fact, better than expected! Spacious room, clean as a whistle, comfortable bed, innovative check-in system; responsive/proactive staff communicating instructions beforehand. Right in the middle of the city and conveniently located near to an underground parking place. Faultless!

The hotel opened up a few months ago under new management and is in process of changing name. Totally renovated, spotless, with super comfy beds, nice cafeteria and the most helpful receptionist. The receptionist couldn't do enough, super friendly and helpful. The location is great, few minutes to the centre, next to a river with many options for nature walks. Loved my stay, would stay again for sure

Located in the most central of Toledo. The deal with the owner and the perfect staff. The room was very good, with a small fridge. It does not have a restaurant service but there are many restaurants and cafes around

Clean room and nice staff. However, the room is too small, the bed barely fits two people (your feet won't fit for sure). The bathroom is outdated. Overall it is expensive for what you get but that is the norm in Toledo.
