King Cueva Room 10 Night stay was Amazing! Beautiful place to stay! Delicious Breakfast every morning! The views are gorgeous and live music at the Bar made our stay even more special! Love Toledo and El Greco

We stayed for a second time so am updating the review.
A clean comfortable hotel in a great location with friendly efficient staff.
The parking although convenient is very expensive.
The only complaint I have is with the WiFi. To access the wifi you have to give your name, room number, email and identity card details. This is way too much information to have to provide just to access WiFi, especially over an unsecured network

Everything I experienced during my stay was wonderful.. we never seek perfection whatsoever and this is the beauty of travel & hospitality .. I personally loved the hotel.

What a shame for such a lovely place! The attitude of the staff particularly "Rachel" was shameful!
She was adamant in charging €27 for one motor cycle in their garage for one night. Although, it was signed for the previous staff member suggested that there would be no charge and insisted on parking in their garage where it could have been parked outside alike another bike was without charge. Her attitude was completely wrong under the circumstances.
Update after receiving reply from Raquel:
Your staff provided us with inaccurate information. One of your employees stated that parking outside the property was prohibited and that bikes had to be stored in the garage at an additional cost. Furthermore, it was mentioned that two bikes would require payment for two parking spaces, although they could easily fit into one. Despite this, my colleague parked his bike outside without any issues. We had no intention of leaving without settling any fees, which is why we discussed the matter with you before departing. Your approach to this situation appears to involve fabricating rules and simply lying. Quite frankly, your uncooperative attitude is terrible and does not align with the standards of your establishment, maybe you should look at this?

Had a lovely stay at the hotel during the Easter holidays, lucky enough to get a room during busy days and still at a good price. On that day the hotel organised an evening guided walking tour which we really enjoyed and was one of the highlights of our visit. Would definitely recommend it for those that speak Spanish.

Small rooms, which is fine, but rock hard beds, thin pillows... I'm in a hotel room to sleep, not to spend any amount of time in it so if I'm not able to sleep, I'm not getting any value. Location is about a 10 minute walk from the center of Old Town. It's cute, but the buffet is way too much money (think it was 24pp) when you can walk 10 minutes and get a nice coffee and tortilla for under 10 euros for 2.

The location is superb ( very close to the Toledo Cathedral which is the Grandest Church in Spain as well as many other tourist treasures)
The hotel is an architectural gem set in a renovated 17 century bakery with all of its charm yet updated and exceeding expectations. The staff is very helpful which only adds to one unforgettable stay. ( I have travelled extensively through Eurpope and USA and this one will remain in my memory!)

The Hotel Pintor El Greco is a smart way to make the most of your visit to Toledo. It is located a short walk from the Santa Iglesia Cathedral, and on the same level as the Old Jewish Quarter, and the Monastary, should you have people in your party averse to hills.
We arrived after nearly 40 hours awake and were so appreciative of the quiet room the staff had reserved for us. They were polite and patient -- especially after a long day themselves. We even had a friendly visit from their maintenance staff who wanted to check that all was working as it should.
Our room featured a comfortable doubletwin bed, optional wooden shutters over the windows, a hot shower, and a footbath. These touches were not only convenient but made the place feel like the welcome we received was one they extended to many.
Thank you to everyone for making our visit a great one. When we return to Toledo, we look forward to checking into the Hotel Pintor again and enjoying another pleasant stay.

A nice clean hotel, with a friendly and efficient reception team. The room was comfy and pleasant.
The only faults were the age of the TV in the room, the price of the parking and the bar being closed on a Tuesday .
All in all a nice 4 star hotel would definitely stay again

A lovely stay in a stunning, beautiful city! Nicely updated room in the older section of the hotel. Don't miss the view overlooking the night lights of the city from the roof top. Front desk service was great with directions, suggestions and holding our bags at check out so we could explore some more. A wonderful chat with Manager Cristina at check out about visiting our families in Salamanca and Alicante - we will be back!
