Rooms for dogs are not modern, which was ok for us, but those rooms have usual door locks, so out big 30kg young dog opened it by herself and was running in the hall alone. The hotel itself is not bad, small but OK spa area, nice restaurant in the main building (Manor House). Breakfast is good. Service is average. My room was booked by the company and when I paid they said they couldn't give me a receipt with company details. Early in the morning they started changing the TVs in the rooms, so there was drilling and other noise. The safety of the elevator is under question...

One night family break Great stay at a lovely hotel. We stayed for one night with two children and could not fault the hotel - the room was spacious, the spa was excellent, and the breakfast was plentiful. We can’t wait to come back again!

The hotel room was nice and quiet but too small for that price. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was exceptional and the serving staff was very kind. The restaurant is overpriced but the food was great even though very tiny portions and it was scandalous that they made us pay for tape water, especially here in Finland where it happened for the first time in a restaurant! Extra large room was spacious but could be more comfy. Colours and materials in the room were nice and calming. Some noise coming through from the corridor. Service was welcoming and available. Breakfast was good but a bit more versatile. Sauna at the artic is extraordinary. Strong recommendation to visit sauna.

Staffs are helpful and friendly. Near to place of interest. Walking distance to old town.

Fabulous hotel. Breakfast is to die for. The small room is small but comfortable for a one night stay. Not no fridge minibar or safe in the small room. That aside, fantastic stay.

We had a company trip here for one night. Most of the buildings are rough 80's styled concrete things, but the manor itself was beautiful. Location was nice and quiet, with green nature all around. A big let down was the food and the wine we had for a late dinner. The food was quite low tear and the vegetarian option was horrible canned mushrooms thing. The rooms were clean and had some basic stuff

Excellent food, wonderfull service, beautiful place. Hotel rooms ok, but you don't come here to stay in the room all day.

Nice cozy place away from city hustle bustle.... ideal for hosting conferences and events. Bit far away from any happenings and having your own car to drive around would be ideal. Also dinner lunch and dinner options are limited and better to include in to package.

great place to visit for a conference or other social training etc. Great restaurant with ambience that will impress. Bar also extremely cosy with local beers that will make your social get-together reach new heights.

Nice little boutique hotel in complimenting the spirit of Porvoo Old Town in a splendid location right in the heart of the city. The room was neat and cosy and had a little sauna as well( thank you for the upgrade). Breakfast was lovely and served in a nice and intimate space. Big thank you for the super kind and helpful staff. Highly recommend!

Every time again. Gorgeous little sweet place. I had room number 1 with a sauna in my bathroom. The owner was just lovely and gave us a really warm welcome. We (me and my colleague from work) had a really good time there. Bed was comfy, the town itself was just lovely too, despite the -26 degree at night. A nice farm next to a river owned by hospitable hosts holding horses and donkeys. We enjoyed having a tasty breakfast with warm homemade buns and other local products, staying in a traditional summer house (good sleep as no sunlight, sounds and heat getting inside). There are also sauna, bicycles, boats and hiking options.

Best day of my life!! The owners were super super nice, walking with the donkeys was amazing and the savusauna with dock on the river was too notch!

Because. Clean apartment and no unnecessary crunches like this during Korona. I didn't miss anything. I was overnight and the friendly host brought breakfast and payment was easy to complete. I recommend it to people who want to spend their nights sleeping well. Decent beds and bed.

Biztrip I was in a business trip. All i looking was a clean bed, hot water and fast internet. They have them all, plus a decent breakfast was a complementary. I liked it

Staff is very nice as are the rooms basically, but it is on the third floor of an office building. No staff at night at all . Accommodating if you arrive late on day of arrival , but they close at 1:00PM on Sunday . Can’t even store bags after that time.

Very good in the decent basic hotel category. Clean, quite spacious, tea, coffee and an armchair in the room. Pleasant breakfast space. Very well located for both the bus station and the old town. Like many cheaper Finnish hotels, doesn’t have 24-hour desk coverage, though staff when there were efficient and polite.

Great location and good service plus nice and clean rooms

Breakfast was good, not outstanding. Our room was clean and the sauna was great! Can't beat the location for walking around town and the old part of Borgå. The staff was nice. We had an issue with our room key one evening and could not get in. The desk is not manned in the evening so getting a hold of someone to let us in was difficult but once we made contact they remedied the situation promptly...

Hot day in Finland The desk hours were real variable. The blinds had been left open before we checked in and it was a hot day in Finland, The sun was shining in so the room was hot. There was one little fan, but not really enough

Breakfast was great! The hotel is situated in nature so very peaceful and perfect when travelling with a dog. The room was comfy and I slept really well.
