A nice place to stay, beautiful nature. The downside is the internet - wi-fi is completely unreliable. So just go relax there.

Decent hotel option for conferences and meetings. Nice location next to the lake ... I was there in November but should be really good in the summer. Rooms and bed are relatively small given the out of town location. Walls between rooms are thin.

Reception service was great, room was spacious and the beds bigger than standard. It was also really nice to be able to book the sauna just for us - we managed to get the last timeslot. Breakfast was lovely and actually the fact that it was in a separate building across the courtyard was nice because then you had a nice walk across there in the fresh morning air.

Beautiful hotel just enough at the side of all noisy and busy town centers that it's nice and quiet. Room was clean well designed and spacious. Toilet/shower was clean and spacious as well. Only downside was the noise from the a/c but it wasn't noisy enough to stop from getting a good night of sleep. Breakfast was fantastic. Plenty of warm and cold items to choose from and everything was fresh.

A really lovely experience, we stayed at a traditional Finnish cottage close to the lake. Comfortable bed, beautiful tranquil scenery. Friendly staff and very helpful. Mini kitchen could be better equipped and more variety for people with allergies provided at breakfast (bread was dry), but otherwise we were happy with our stay.

We stayed at Krapi Hotel during our bike tour in Finland. Krapi Hotel is situated near the Lake Tuusula and the hotel is very beautiful. We had a lovely room and the dinner at the restaurant was absolutely great.

We were four people and we had an apartment with two bedrooms and a living room and balcony, very comfortable and cosy. We shared a bathroom which was OK. Being from Canada my friends did not know where to hang their towels in the shower so as not to get them wet while showering. There was no protection from the splashes. The self check-in machines are rudimentary trash, just ignore them and go to the reception desk directly to the human staff. Self check-in is slow, ugly, bloated with optional fields, and after you managed to fill required ones, and you booked the room just recently with an advance payment, it's going to ask for payment in the very end anyway like if you didn't pay, so we were forced to go to the desk...

Located off in a basement is a bit weird, but convenient. The room was just fine and comfortable for a bit of a nap before our next flight. It is nice to grab a shower before continuing a journey and this hotel is fairly convenient. Self check-in and check-out made it a quick affair.

This is the perfect hotel for its purpose. No frills, comfortable enough for a few hours of rest between flights. It even has a decent sized bar outside so you don’t have to sit in your bed cubicle.

The location is 230M walk outside the airport. As the snow on the pavement can be deep. It will make this short walk a bit difficult. Great big room with big bed. Very comfortable bathroom. The only problem was the toilet, not flashing the water immediately. But service was awesome they would transfer me to another room if I would like to. So overall good stay 5-10 mins walk to the terminal. But everything is very well marked.

The price-quality ratio is excellent. The hostel is generally trouble-free. Only some problematic guests are insensitive to the common areas. The hostel is clean, but low-profile guests can cause problems. Transportation is also excellent; a train ride just 900 meters away will take you to central Helsinki in half an hour. It's a 15-minute walk from the airport to the hostel.

Everything was perfect with me, very easy to access, bedroom clean and silence for good sleep. Also good wifi to work if needed. I recommend this!

Perfect location for a sleepover between the flights. It's clean and comfortable, however sometimes it's too noisy inside, it's a bit expensive for that type of accommodation and you have make your bed yourself, they only give you linens. Well, the last one I've met everywhere in Helsinki, but it keeps frustrating, especially when you are tired after a long journey

Self check in only. I made a last minute reservation, so I didn’t receive a check in code by the time I arrived, but was able to get someone on the phone to help. Great customer service over the phone. Everything was sorted out in a few minutes. Everything was very clean in the room.

All areas except my own room were shared. And it was very clean. Shared kitchen, shared bathroom, the room I stayed in. The lack of reception led to a constant accumulation of density. I wouldn't even have given those points without the help of the Russian speaking woman whose patience I admired.

From the rooms cleanliness to the customer service everything is spotless. I was arranged a a stay in this Hotel due to the disruption in my flights schedules. Like me there were a lot of customers who had the same issue. But the hotel staff took great care of each one attending everyone with patience and kindness and with a smile. Very clean and rather new furnishings of apartment. Low height of upper rooms a bit uncumfortable for 60 year old people but manageable. Within easy reach of buses and trains which made visits to shopping malls, places of interest and Helsinki Centre a pleasant and easy affair.

In Finland, water from the tap is drinkable, and all the restaurants I had been to in Helsinki, offered table water for free, but not in Scandic Aviacongress Helsinki, it is a chargeable item for €1.50, small amount but that really is not a good business strategy. It should be offered as a complimentary unless one requests for a sparkling/still water in a bottle.

The reception service is appalling. They treat you quite poorly. They gave us dirty looks when we ordered breakfast to go, and when we tried to take the bus to the airport, they gave us very poor information. Plus, the bus service runs whenever it wants. They should improve some things in a 4-star hotel.

A good hotel for an overnight transfer stay. The free airport shuttle is very convenient. Look for the bus assembly area sign to quickly locate the station at airport. The T2 said on the timetable is just misleading and will put you in a long walking maze. Breakfast is overall good but the instant coffee (only choice) can be improved.

Great for 1-2 nights close to the airport, located in in the Flamingo entertainment center and Jumbo shopping mall. Good & friendly service but ultimately nothing special. There were six working bathrooms with questionable locks but we managed as we were able to stand guard so to say. (If I were to go alone I’d take a room with bathroom). Breakfast is a full ten It was nice to go swimming in the pool. It's a shame it's so deep that even an adult can't reach the bottom with their feet and they're learning to swim with a child in traffic, who is too big for a small children's pool.

A quiet location but the rooms are clean and warm. The hotel has a lovely restaurant with great food for dinner and breakfast. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Not much around the hotel itself, you'll have to drive if you want to sample anything other than the hotel. For a business trip this was great

I had one training and my company booked this place. Venue was beautiful and they also have a hotel. Breakfast and lunch was very good. Arrangment made for training was excellent. Lunch buffet price is 19.50 eur. I would recommend this place for training venue and I think as hotel I would stay here too.

I visited here on Saturday brunch. The price was 27€ but I've been eating lunch with the price of 15€ and it was better. The starter table had maybe 4-5 different salads, there were 3 different "warm food" options (and the meat wasn't even that special). The dessert was quite ok with 2 different options.

Beautiful environment. Peaceful and quiet room even though there is a big road nearby. Staff was extremely friendly. Can definitely recommend the place especially in the summer.

Great hotel razvitoi infrastructure: pool, sauna, large gym. Beautiful theatraki. Spacious room+ Ironing Board and iron, safe, mini bar. And all this in two times cheaper than hotels in the center. And go to the center by bus 63 which runs every 10 minutes, 15 minutes.

Pleasant but very large and busy campsite. Sanitary facilities are in good condition, but not always clean due to the number of campers. Close to Helsinki metro station, ideal for a day trip.

It's quite a big camp (too big for my liking that's why 4 stars). Toilets are okay but nothing special (feels somehow "industrial"). It's quite clean too. We were there with a tent and they have some really nice tent spots.

A fabulous campervan and campsite. They really have thought of everything that you may need, away from home. A very easy cycle ride into Helsinki city centre and an easy metro ride (currently running a bus service for the first couple of stops due to renovation works on the rail bridge)

Very nice cottage and very good service when checking in with car and the trailer. We could park also the trailer near the cottage. Thank you. Just that friday evening it was raining, so a bit difficult to find our cottage. 10 points. 👍
