Firstly, the photos are ,spot' on - the apartment looks exactly as advertised. The location is great, there's busses and trains, so you can get to and from the apartment day and night time. Also you have a lot of different shopping options, even a 24-hour supermarket in about 10 minutes of walking distance.

Now, the apartment looks as advertised and the location is great. However, the furniture is only the cheapest options from Ikea, everything is worn down and not clean. No items of quality in this apartment despite the price.

My mattress toppers have urine stains on them, hair from generations of previous tenants and lots of dust and dirt all over the place. Mind you, I have experience TWO units from this building and they are not cleaned after use. Just some vacuuming, I guess... So have fun with that.

I pay ~1300€/month and did not expect to sleep on worn down soft low-end mattresses and sit on dirty chairs and stained rugs. You cannot use the sauna because you are not provided the necessary key. Billing support is slow and will only answer after several contacts. I do not suggest using this unless you have no other option.

Edit: I changed my rating from two stars after the first month to three stars. After 3 months and arranging with the situation (buying some new items myself, extreme washing the dirty textiles), overall, I did like it here. And about the sauna: No one tells you this but you can write to the Finnish building management and ask for the Sauna schedule and then pick your private weekly spot.
