Nice and clean hotel with walking distance of terminal! Super good breakfast!

I recently stayed at this hotel and would like to share my experience. The staff members were incredibly friendly and professional, making my stay much more enjoyable.
However, there was one major issue that I believe needs attention: the lounge menu. For over a year now, the offerings have been quite limited, consisting only of onion rings, spring rolls, or mozzarella sticks, rotating between these options. This lack of variety is disappointing and does not reflect the high standards of service one would expect from such a hotel.
I urge the management to reconsider their lounge offerings and think more about how to enhance the overall guest experience. A more diverse menu would greatly improve the service and satisfaction of guests.
Overall, while the staff is commendable, I hope to see improvements in the lounge area during my next visit.

Hilton is not directly connected to the airport. We arrived in a snowy winter afternoon, had to push our luggages out into the cold. A short 3-5 mins walk we arrive at Hilton. The reception was nice and friendly checking us in. The rooms are clean and spacious. Amenity is simple but sufficient for an airport hotel. Bed is very comfy, we had a very good night rest. Uber is convenient and ride to city centre is a short 20+ mins away.

Clean and nice hotel. Very spacious. Staff was friendly. Hotel was very nice to set up some anniversary arrangements for us.

Nice hotel..walking distance to helsinki airport but far from town..no worries there is bus and train from there to city centre..
Hotel room was spacious and clean.Buffet breakfast was ok..Staff were kind and friendly.

My stay at this hotel had both positives and negatives. One major issue was the misleading reservation information. The hotel website stated that it was located inside the airport, but in reality, it was a 15-minute walk outside the airport. This required me to haul four large suitcases and two carry-ons up two flights of stairs in the cold, which was highly inconvenient for an “airport hotel.”
Another significant problem was the outdated key card system. When I went down to the gym, I was informed that the key card would deactivate if placed near a phone or used to access the gym or elevator. Unfortunately, this happened to me, and I found myself locked out of both the gym and my room. I had to go back to the front desk to have the card renewed, which was a frustrating experience. An updated key system would have prevented this inconvenience.
On a positive note, the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. They helped me get back into my room and quickly resolved the key card issue. The food at the hotel restaurant was also a highlight. The Caesar salad and chicken were both delicious, well-presented, and satisfying.

For a stay before a flight absoultely no complaints. 4 stars as my room was a bit worn but it had a bath tub and was warm and comfortable :)

This is a very good location, just a few minutes walk to airport. My flight was delayed but we can stay at hotel rather than at airport. Hotel restaurant Christmas set dinner is delicious. Waitress also introduced us Finland Glogi drink which is a warm drink (a little bit like red wine) with dry cranberry and almond. Very good!
