Where to stay in Vantaa

Got room on the new side, fresh and colorful with nice looking bathroom. Adjacent to a big shoppingcentre with lots of food courts and stores so can easily spend alot of time onsite. Have not tried breakfast yet.

Loved this place!! Very clean, great service, excellent breakfast included and friendly staff. The bathroom had Lumene products which I loved. The only downside is that the rooms can get hot and stuffy. We could not bring the room temperature down below 20 degrees. I was craving for some fresh air at night which was not possible. Other than that, the stay was an incredible experience.

Great for 1-2 nights close to the airport, located in in the Flamingo entertainment center and Jumbo shopping mall. Good & friendly service but ultimately nothing special. Breakfast is not premium-tier. No nightclub, but a number of restaurants, fast food places and a pub. The view from the upper floors is nice, but there is not all that much to look at.

Great big room with big bed. Very comfortable bathroom. The only problem was the toilet, not flashing the water immediately. But service was awesome they would transfer me to another room if I would like to. So overall good stay 5-10 mins walk to the terminal. But everything is very well marked.

From the rooms cleanliness to the customer service everything is spotless. I was arranged a a stay in this Hotel due to the disruption in my flights schedules. Like me there were a lot of customers who had the same issue. But the hotel staff took great care of each one attending everyone with patience and kindness and with a smile. They made my stay really easy and comfortable.

In Finland, water from the tap is drinkable, and all the restaurants I had been to in Helsinki, offered table water for free, but not in Scandic Aviacongress Helsinki, it is a chargeable item for €1.50, small amount but that really is not a good business strategy. It should be offered as a complimentary unless one requests for a sparkling/still water in a bottle.

The reception service is appalling. They treat you quite poorly. They gave us dirty looks when we ordered breakfast to go, and when we tried to take the bus to the airport, they gave us very poor information. Plus, the bus service runs whenever it wants. They should improve some things in a 4-star hotel.

A good hotel for an overnight transfer stay. The free airport shuttle is very convenient. Look for the bus assembly area sign to quickly locate the station at airport. The T2 said on the timetable is just misleading and will put you in a long walking maze. Breakfast is overall good but the instant coffee (only choice) can be improved.

It's pretty close to the airport and they also have free shuttle service every 15 minutes (it takes around 10 minutes to get there), so would recommend if you need to catch a flight!

Hotel ideally located to where I needed to go for business meetings. Also very close to the airport. Hotel has shuttle bus service to and from the hotel or Uber will cost about €6.50. The location is 230M walk outside the airport. As the snow on the pavement can be deep. It will make this short walk a bit difficult. We stayed in this hotel for only one night. It has free transfers to and from the airport at a specific time. The room we got was nice, clean and super cozy. The staff in this hotel is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast there is a buffet with a varied choice, it was tasty.

This is the perfect hotel for its purpose. No frills, comfortable enough for a few hours of rest between flights. It even has a decent sized bar outside so you don’t have to sit in your bed cubicle.

I had one training and my company booked this place. Venue was beautiful and they also have a hotel. Breakfast and lunch was very good. Arrangment made for training was excellent. Lunch buffet price is 19.50 eur. I would recommend this place for training venue and I think as hotel I would stay here too.

I visited here on Saturday brunch. The price was 27€ but I've been eating lunch with the price of 15€ and it was better. The starter table had maybe 4-5 different salads, there were 3 different "warm food" options (and the meat wasn't even that special). The dessert was quite ok with 2 different options.

Very clean and rather new furnishings of apartment. Low height of upper rooms a bit uncumfortable for 60 year old people but manageable. Within easy reach of buses and trains which made visits to shopping malls, places of interest and Helsinki Centre a pleasant and easy affair.

The price-quality ratio is excellent. The hostel is generally trouble-free. Only some problematic guests are insensitive to the common areas. The hostel is clean, but low-profile guests can cause problems. Transportation is also excellent; a train ride just 900 meters away will take you to central Helsinki in half an hour. It's a 15-minute walk from the airport to the hostel.

Perfect location for a sleepover between the flights. It's clean and comfortable, however sometimes it's too noisy inside, it's a bit expensive for that type of accommodation and you have make your bed yourself, they only give you linens. Well, the last one I've met everywhere in Helsinki, but it keeps frustrating, especially when you are tired after a long journey

All areas except my own room were shared. And it was very clean. Shared kitchen, shared bathroom, the room I stayed in. The lack of reception led to a constant accumulation of density. I wouldn't even have given those points without the help of the Russian speaking woman whose patience I admired.
