Hotel «Scandic Helsinki Aviacongress»

The restaurant was unfortunately closed as it was Sunday, and pool/sauna were under refurbishment, so we ended up using these facilities in the next door sister hotel, which were fine. The kids play room was much better also in the next door 'Cumulus conference' hotel. The person at the reception was unhelpful and grumpy at the time of checking in, though the rest of the staff were lovely, again especially in the next door sister hotel. Next time I'd probably look into staying in the 'cumulus conference' hotel due to ending up doing most things there anyway.

Very clean and quiet hotel. Airport shuttle was excellent, though we only took it from the hotel to the airport. Not much to do and play room for kids is very basic, but better facilities in the next door hotel. Early breakfast available though we didn't take this option. Close to the big shopping centre 'Jumbo' and a live buss schedule to many places displayed on the reception area.

Excellent hotel with excellent service.

Had very cost efficient stay before early flight. Room had seen it's best days, but was just perfect for a night.

Quite an average place to have meetings. How ever - the lounch is really good. Remember to leave some space to dessert!

Convenient airport hotel. Good sized rooms and god rood in the restaurant even if the selections aren't great. Restaurant and bar opening times are very good with food served until 2300. 5 minutes by bus to airport. Shuttle bus runs every half an hour from outside main entrance to terminals 1 and 2.

there are rooms with refrigerators, there is no - the price is the same (80 Euros). if you care to save some food, we strongly ask for room with a fridge. with a kettle the same span). I asked for a kettle I was told at reception 15 euros per night cost to rent the kettle. in short, it is cheaper to buy a new one in the supermarket across the road 5 minutes walk from the hotel if you are there for a couple days. knowing about this crap, I drive to the hotel with a heater now..
