Basic hotel, but clean and all fine for a night by the airport. Regular shuttle buses (ca. Every 20 mins) to/from the airport. Breakfast from 4-10 AM with many options for a continental breakfast (bacon, eggs, roasted veggies, juice, cereals, bread and spreads, cheese, sausages, cinnamon buns, warm croissant, etc.) . Check in was quick and friendly. I was only slightly bothered by the lack of soft lighting in the room to wind down a bit, all lighting options were quite white and bright. But the bed was comfy and I had a good night sleep nevertheless.

Airport 4 star hotel, which are absolutely not deserved ... In my book a 3 star hotel for a night when traveling. Sink wasn't draining, the rest was clean, restaurant and breakfast was also nothing worth mentioning....

Everything was ok, the staff were friendly. Breakfast was the usual Scandic standard. The free shuttlebus to the airport took only a few minutes and has an interval of 20 minutes. It's a cheaper alternative to the airport hotels.

Standard Finnish hotel, nothing that would make it interesting or cozy. Everything works, however, be prepared to pay additional ten euro for parking. Also, if you wish to visit the pool, go to the other building and ask about it specifically from the desk, because receptionists failed to mention about it

Absolutely value for money! Really happy that we decided to spend a night here for the stopover in Helsinki! Initially we were a bit hesitant because it looks far from the map, but turned out it’s not that far with the frequent free airport transfer.
In addition, the front desk staff we had at check in and check out were so friendly! The room was sparkling clean with strong water pressure. The breakfast was surprisingly good as well. Highly recommended!

Clean rooms with fairly basic interior, but clean and comfortable enough. Great Wifi!
The surroundings aren't great, but it is an airport hotel and if you really feel like it there is a mall in walking distance.
If you book the hotel due to an early flight the next day you will appreciate that they'll offer breakfast from 4am at their sister hotel across the road or they'll pack you a "breakfast bag". Furthermore there is a shuttle taking you to the airport in less than 10 minutes and it runs from early in the morning at a 20 minute interval (or thereabouts).
The surroundings aren't great, but it is an airport hotel and if you really feel like it there is a mall in walking distance.

Had a great stay, nice rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Hotel reception also has a great range of products on shelf to buy incase you forgot some items- very handy.

Everything is ok, nothing really to complain about 😄 well the porridge was not any good.. no salt and it wasn't cooked long enough.

A typical airport hotel that adequately fulfills it's purpose.
The good:
-Excellent connection with a free bus shuttle that stops in front of the airport and the hotel entrance.
- Quiet rooms with good pillows and strong showers.
- Full breakfast with eggs, sausages, bacon, juice and salad bar.
- Efficient staff, friendly but not very warm.
The less good:
- No toothbrush in the room. Bring one in your hand luggage or buy one at the desk for 5 euros.
- Don't expect any charm. The rooms are basic and the view is of the parking lot and surrounding office buildings.
- My WiFi did not work when I tried it, but that could have been a one time problem. Other reviews speak of great WiFi.
- The shower has a curtain instead of a door.

Scandic is a good Scandinavian Hotel Chain. This hotel is a good compromise in the Area of Vantaa Airport but… I was aware about bus shuttle service from e to the Airport.coming back from business trip I left rented car and I tried to call Hotel to get infos about the service and anyone reply.. while I got there paying 23€ taxi for 5’ driving 5km distance (!!!) I realized why they didn’t reply. The desk woman was alone managing huge number pf check in process… this is a shame for a Airport Hotel!
Any comments about reply/suggestion I received.
Room is comfortable and quite.. still concerned about shower curtain.. to me not the best considering also Pandemic but in general hygienic-wise.
Restaurant: it is a Airport restaurant people staying here have not many alternatives.. couple of alternatives food more can make the experience more enjoyable. Burger black Angus has been affected by the too much prolonged cooking time.. taste of Black Angus not detected.
