The hotel is very centrally located. Friendly hotel personal. I was disappointed by the "Spa Facilities". There is only 1 small Jacuzzi (very crowded), 1 sauna, 1 Hamam. There are laying possibilities but not very clean sofa beds. It is a bit outdated, too many people. They are offering a tea. No swimming pool available during winter. There is an inside pool, but only allowed for sport activities that you have to book and pay I guess. I feel that business is made with beauty treatments but if you are searching just for a relaxing time, this is not the best place. We didn't try the food, it must be good what I read here in the comments.

The hotel was great, rooms a bit small. We had a great meal in the restaurant. We found the spa very difficult to work out and it was fully booked. I couldn’t get any prices in advance in English

Great hotel with a great outdoor pool and spa. Breakfast was great but didn’t eat dinner at the hotel, location is very central. Basically can’t fault it.

This was our favorite place we stayed during our trip in September 2024! It had a great location close to the old city in Aix, a wonderful full service spa complete with sauna, hammam and cold showers, hot tub and beautiful outdoor pool. I was so glad we stayed here for 3 nights during our honeymoon because it allowed me the chance to use the spa every day and even attend a yoga class too (extra cost). It was great for parking at a discount when we went out for day trips and return in the evening to walk around the city, eat, and drink without worries.

It's a beautiful looking hotel in the northern part of town. It's surrounded by nice alleyways that are filled with cute shops - a treat for Americans.
Rooms:
Room was nice and had a very boutique-feeling, and I had a patio that overlooks the orange-roofed buildings, and the mountains far away. The bathroom could use a bit better cleaning / maintenance, as I saw some poor caulking and the shower water-block-glass thing was detached from the shower. There were also black dots on the shower floor, which was disappointing. Additionally, the light configuration was a bit confusing since the lights next to the bed and the TV were all controlled by two buttons next to the bed, but not a big deal. Beautiful room overall.
Service:
You get 2 free water bottles every day, some nespresso things. The staff speak English well (thankfully) and are kind. Some sounded condescending but I think that's just the attitude here, so it's probably my bad.
Another thing to point out is that there was a constant whirring noise at night, almost like a muted bass noise, which sort of kept me up. I'm sure it's not a big deal but could be bothersome to some.

Ideally placed to wander out of the door and into the old town.
Staff were very accommodating of my very basic French.

David and Chloe terrific hotel ambassadors. All else good but for restaurant and inconsistent wifi.
Our in-car gps took us exactly to the hotel but bollard in the middle of the street was a problem. To get to hotel parking garage suggest using this address 19 Rue Jacques
de la Roque
13100 Aix-en-Provence, France followed by address of hotel. This will avoid the bollard and the slow drive through the old part of town.
Chloe was helpful from the moment we arrived. David at the pool bar very helpful. Breakfast eggs too dry, Caesar salad too difficult to cut the spears of lettuce in the bowl which wasn’t made for cutting. The chefs should try to eat what they make!
The hotel itself is very nice. Air conditioning is controlled by the hotel. Ours was set at 22C or 71.6F. Rooms have refrigerators. Pool is great, spa area is very nice. Hotel is well located for visiting Aix on foot.
For breakfast try these two bakeries which open early enough. On the way to the bakery there is one small grocery store which opens at 7:30 as well as a nearby fruit stand.
Les Moulin des Artistes
36 Pl. des Tanneurs, 13100 Aix-en-Provence, France
Boulangerie Paul
3 Avenue du Maréchal Foch, 13100 Aix-en-Provence, France
Five minutes walk out the side door is a piazza with multiple outdoor places to eat.

The location of the hotel was perfect very close to restaurants and the market. The choice for restaurants was endless. Erwan at the hotel was amazing and saved the day for retrieving my passport. I can not say enough about how much he made our stay perfect.

Chosen to celebrate the 91st birthday of my mother, this hotel exceeded all our expectations.
From the wonderful reception service to the SPA services to the delicious restaurant, I can only recommend it .
We hardly had enough hours in the day to use all the beautiful facilities and wished the pool would stay open (even without supervision) until 20pm...
Highly recommended.

Weekend at the top of the rankings, top notch service, many thanks to the waiter Alexander, kind and smiling, very friendly! I also recommend the steak on the menu, a delight, I ordered 2 in one meal. Also recommended for a very complete spa
