We didn’t expect that they would have a party from Wednesday to Thursday night. They played loud music until 12:15 am! It would have been good to know ahead of time that we wouldn't be able to rest well. It's more suitable for young party people.

Was traveling with work in a Mercedes sprinter van. Extra long wheel base & high so was happy that there was plenty of secure parking. The rooms are very good all natural materials used. Comfy bed quite rooms so slept very well. & helps when all you here is nature sounds 👍

Great concept and architecture: the accommodations are in the middle of the nature, so that you feel immediately disconnected from every day stress as soon as arrived, and you can relax and rest properly. A group of 6 ladies stayed 2 nights and had a delightful time. The location is terrific for walking and seeing the sights, finding restaurants, shopping and exploring. The staff are kind and helpful and the hotel is lovely. The breakfast was delicious and copious. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Pros: We were upgraded from a classic room which was nice of reception (room 327). Room quiet as faces pool but there is some noise from adjoining rooms. Location on main road so easy car access. The staff were very helpful and welcoming and the hotel was situated in a good position. We would have preferred a walk in shower but overall the room was small and functional. The pool area was lovely but getting in and out was made difficult with only handrail steps. Breakfasts were plentiful but coffee not up to standard. The restaurant for dinner was exceptional

We stayed two nights, in two different rooms, separated by a about a week. Neither room had a functioning air conditioning unit. And it was hot. Like, wet the sheets and try to sleep kind of hot. But, they have a wonderful buffet, the rooms are clean and it's located just off the motorway. So there's that.

You get what you pay. Overall very good, the rooms were clean and comfy (the pillows were very thick, this is something that needs to be solved, specially for places like this where you spend just 1 night stop by). Clean and comfortable, great location if you have a car. Nice grass area to lounge in outside. Lots of space for pets or kids. The hotel was modern. The walls are thin though so you can hear the neighbours but overall still a great stay!

The hotel is very centrally located. Friendly hotel personal. I was disappointed by the "Spa Facilities". There is only 1 small Jacuzzi (very crowded), 1 sauna, 1 Hamam. Wonderful stay in this gorgeous hotel. The rooms are beautiful with high ceilings and a lovely exterior. What is especially note worthy, is the incredible service. A quiet and secluded hotel resort which is off the beaten track. Check-in was simple and quick - no hassle. But unfortunately the AC in the villa kept resetting and/or kept shutting down. We were here for 3 weeks and the staff were just fantastic. Amenities were great and the hotel in general really well located. Make sure you get into Aix-en-Provence as it is a quaint little student town. Some fantastic restaurants here too!

Really nice place to be. People are nice and it is easy to find your way in this city. The little streets of the city are really cute. You can find a lot of amazing shops.

Very well maintained premises. But room bathrooms need improvement. Restaurant was very good with tasty food also they offer lot of food options for breakfast. It would be good if attending person at reception could speak good English. They couldn’t understand well the conversation and swiped the card with wrong currency option and even not ready to accept the fault.

Rooms are nicely renovated, but the common areas still need some attention. Only real issue is that it's not in the town centre - not great if you don't have a car. It's a 20 minute walk or 7eur taxi into town.

I spend a lot of time looking at reviews and researching hotels. On our 3 week trip through France this hotel was our biggest disappointment. Partially under construction with no advance notice of it. There is really no indoor bar to grab a drink with friends and family....maybe this is coming. Rooms were decent but I do wish I had selected a different property.

The hotel is a 20-minute walk (1.2 km) from Cours Mirabau Street. The hotel renovation project is nearing completion. Everything is clean and renovated. The garden is very pleasant in good weather; romantic in rainy weather. We are satisfied with our stay. I recommend you to try the French omelette for breakfast.

Beautiful hotel with magnificent gardens, multiple pools and a fantastic restaurant. Only downside is it’s under construction right now so it’s not at its full potential currently. We were informed by 2025 it would be done. Regardless, I’d happily stay there again.

This is the most beautiful hotel, with gardens reminiscent of La Mamounia in Marrakesh, but more beautiful, I think. We like to stay there . It was near by city center , few walks away railway station and frequently trains to Marseille for 19euro round trip. Parking 🅿️ in the hotel with big lots . Supermarket just 5 min away opened 7 days weeks . Nice swimming pool. So you will enjoy your stay !

A nice hotel located very near to the Aix en Provence train station. If you plan to travel around France using train, you can save transport cost by staying here. The room is nice and clean. The staffs are nice. It is 10-15 mins walk to city centre. I just hope they could have a centralized light control in the room

Good in general, rooms are a bit badly designed for offering a compact kitchen, great location. The only issue I would say is that we needed a cab to the station and the person at the reception kept trying to explain that it was too close, we already knew that, but we wanted anyways since it was in a hill, he kept insisting on explaining what we already knew! B&B is a hotel run by young, willing young people who are hard at work maintaining the place. Unfortunately, they understand few other languages than French, but that is not the real problem. I had to ask several times during my stay that my room be cleaned, but only on the fourth day was it cleaned. Sorry for the negative review, but the place deserves a bit more care and cleanliness.
