Good breakfast option (15 euro buffet). Nice rooms. Brush and shaving kit is not available for free. Basic needs.

Rooms are nicely renovated, but the common areas still need some attention. Only real issue is that it's not in the town centre - not great if you don't have a car. It's a 20 minute walk or 7eur taxi into town.

Everything is good but just a little bit far away from the center.

The outdoor part of the property is still very beautiful and peaceful, having not visited for many years. The rooms are clean and nice but could definitely use at least some nice art. Beautiful hotel with magnificent gardens, multiple pools and a fantastic restaurant. Only downside is it’s under construction right now so it’s not at its full potential currently. We were informed by 2025 it would be done. Regardless, I’d happily stay there again.

This is the most beautiful hotel, with gardens reminiscent of La Mamounia in Marrakesh, but more beautiful, I think. We stayed at Hotel Le Pigonnet April 5th-12th, 2024. It was an amazing experience. The staff was unbelievable, Margo, Oliver, Mekki, Eve, and many more whose names escape me. The next time I return to Aix this is where I’ll stay again. The rooms are big and well appointed. The staff is friendly and you can charge your electric car on property. Plus it’s in a quiet area that’s still close enough to the city center. The restaurant and grounds are also beautiful

Pros: We were upgraded from a classic room which was nice of reception (room 327). Room quiet as faces pool but there is some noise from adjoining rooms. Location on main road so easy car access. Breakfast offerings good except no toaster which is pretty standard in Western hotels. Had some lovely cakes and good range of fruits. Location right near old town so can walk to all restaurants, shops, cafes...

The staff were very helpful and welcoming and the hotel was situated in a good position. We would have preferred a walk in shower but overall the room was small and functional. The pool area was lovely but getting in and out was made difficult with only handrail steps. Breakfasts were plentiful but coffee not up to standard. The restaurant for dinner was exceptional

The room was spacious, beds comfortable with dark out curtains. Nice bathtub and separate water closet. Our coffee machine was hinky tho Great, delicious room service. Recommend the wonderful appetizer that has goat cheese. Arugula, heirloom tomatoes, avocados and black olives So yum!!.

Very conveniently located with excellent breakfast buffet. Clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I’m the area. One minor complaint is the bedside electrical outlet is below the night stand top so you have to plug in and out. No USB access. Bring your own converters.

Wonderful hotel with pool in the amazing city of Aix-en-Provence. Our stay was perfect in every way. Friendly reception, very nice room with pool view, comfortable beds and a rich and very healthy breakfast buffet. We love to come back.

A quiet and secluded hotel resort which is off the beaten track. Check-in was simple and quick - no hassle. But unfortunately the AC in the villa kept resetting and/or kept shutting down. The technician seems unable to fix it. The buffet spread is not bad and we had a good fill! French ingredients and good food. An expensive place to stay but at least we did it once in Marseille

Message to travelers : in France, a 3 stars hotel is definitely not 3 stars. Actually downgrade 1 to 2 stars from the official number. So this appart'hotel is definitely not a 3 stars but a good 1 star or a poor 2 stars. Many parts of the building need to be fixed. Lights in the corridor are automatic and don't work too well. The location is alright, the breakfast too. Nice room with kitchenette.

The hotel was totally fantastic; it is more like a luxury home than a hotel. Every aspect of the hotel - rooms, restaurant, public areas, gardens, pool - were fabulously maintained. The location of the hotel was perfect very close to restaurants and the market. The choice for restaurants was endless. Erwan at the hotel was amazing and saved the day for retrieving my passport. I can not say enough about how much he made our stay perfect.

Chosen to celebrate the 91st birthday of my mother, this hotel exceeded all our expectations. From the wonderful reception service to the SPA services to the delicious restaurant, I can only recommend it . We hardly had enough hours in the day to use all the beautiful facilities and wished the pool would stay open (even without supervision) until 20pm... Highly recommended.

It's a beautiful looking hotel in the northern part of town. It's surrounded by nice alleyways that are filled with cute shops - a treat for Americans. 4 star spa experience. We Stayed 1 night friendly professional staff easy parking and baggage service. Rooms were a little basic restaurant was quite attractive looking but a little bit uncomfortable and the menu a bit basic too. Marks off for the breakfast area not being suitably heated, sharing a table for dinner and not providing any sauce as an accompagnement for their lovely looking steak. :)

The room was quaint and well insulated which was great since we have a small baby. We had supper at the restaurant and it was delicious. I'm vegan and they made a very nice three course meal. The breakfast buffet was also very good the next morning with a few vegan options.

Perfectly adequate hotel, decent enough rooms but nothing special.

Good in general, rooms are a bit badly designed for offering a compact kitchen, great location. The only issue I would say is that we needed a cab to the station and the person at the reception kept trying to explain that it was too close, we already knew that, but we wanted anyways since it was in a hill, he kept insisting on explaining what we already knew! We got an uber instead.
