What I really like
Really clean, spotless clealiness👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻, the friendly and supportive staff ( both the English speaking male at night I think I spotted his name tag with name starts with A, and the beautiful silver hair English speaking lady on day shift, they were really really helpful and supportive. I am very grateful), really comfortable place. Would I recommend ? Yes.
Would I come back if given a chance and all else permits? Yes !!

For company's consideration..
The room is almost perfect.. if you could please consider.. please don't use paper cup if possible ? But that's just my personal preference, nothing wrong with it :)
Sometimes I could smell cigarette smell when I was in toilet even if I am not smoking . I guess this is ventilation/ building structure, and it is not a shortcoming.
One of the smaller light bulb on the left in the wall lamp is out, please consider replacing the bulb when all else permits but the three lightbulbs wall lamp works fine without one bulb.

( For others's info / consideration: The place is about 45 mins walk from aix Les bains for those without car..or you could simple take bus No1 from outside train station and it stops at doorstep of the hotel, you will arrive in ten mins at hotel from train station taking bus no 1. It is good that it is away from train station and city center it is quiet, Serene and beautiful).

The rooms were super clean and I would like to express my utmost gratitude to the staff for taking care of us and making sure that our stay was to the best of our expectation and satisfaction. As a Chef, I am quite a picky eater but all my fussiness was adhered to my dietary requirements were taken into consideration. I loved the food...Will definitely be returning for the celebration of my birthday soon. Thank you

We had a nice stay at the Campanile. The location is beautiful, with the golf course nearby and the view of the mountains. The place is well maintained and the staff is very responsive. Don't hesitate!

One of the nicer Campanile hotels I have stayed in. Well kept, larger than average three bed rooms available, friendly staff.

Nice rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast. Good when travelling with a dog as the hotel is in the middle of a park. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable with air conditioning. Great for short stays at decent price. You can have your breakfast out on a terrace.
