Nice rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast. Good when travelling with a dog as the hotel is in the middle of a park. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable with air conditioning. Great for short stays at decent price. You can have your breakfast out on a terrace.

Stayed here as a convenient location for Chambery airport (10 minute drive away). Clean, well maintained rooms with parking immediately adjacent to the room. Very good value and good breakfast buffet.

Great weekend! The hotel is very charming, especially the rooms! A little small, but it was surely the room we had chosen, so that's normal. It is very well located near a car park, but also many restaurants and others.

Quite a long walk to the lake. But location is in quite a buzzy pedestrianised Street which we liked Loads of restaurants and bars right outside to satisfy your needs. Very nice staff, lovely old building. Very basic rooms but was all we needed to 2 nights stay

Lovely spot. Perfect for visiting Aix-les-Bains. Right next to port. Parking easy. Staff wonderful. Had their room for 3 and it was great having a separate room for our daughter. Would recommend.

The management of this hotel is very accommodating and friendly. They promptly addressed my concern and went out of their way to assist me, even though they didn't have to. Thank you very much. Really good price, and comfortable en suite rooms. The owner was lovely, and went out of his way to accommodate me, even giving me an umbrella for the day when it rained. I highly recommend a stay here.

We stayed here one night because our camper van broke down, the owner was really accommodating and even gave us a ride to the garage when the van was fixed! Perfect service, recommended!

There is Free Parking for cars, a big van won't fit. There are rooms with single bed for good price. It is possible to check in late if you arrange it with the super friendly receptionist. Breakfast is unusually good. Enjoy your staying.

Very much worth the price I paid for it. Checked in with Golden Spritz very well done! The hotel rooms were large enough for 2 people! The beds were very uncomfortable I asked for 2 beds, I was given a 2 twins close to each other. There was constructions going on in the hotel (were there early february) so the noise started at 7.30am not so relaxing and goes against the calm and relaxing vibe the hotel...

Great experience! Reception people are friendly. Room is big with view. Luv the most the spa area! Great fun. Hotel could suggest people take a shower before entering the pool for higher hygiene standard. People who drive bigger car (4x4) cannot fit in the parking though. Need to find a parking on the street.

From the outside I would have not guessed it was that nice inside. The reception and most of the common areas have been renewed. The rooms have also probably recently been renewed but the carpet and the doors already show the signs of the time. The pool and the spa are very good, really enjoyed after a day of work.

It was a wonderful experience. The price was a little hefty but I am glad I called to ask if the spa was included in the prices because some prices/rooms do not have the offer and it might be written somewhere but it's not really clear for everyone. Very glad to have been here. This hotel it takes care of all the details. The room it's spectacular. The service could spoke more languages, but not all it's perfect. Definetly I recomended.

Hotel is dated but room was spacious and bed was comfy. Room came with balcony. Wifi was ok. Not much toiletries. Was only provided with shower cream. Breakfast was simple, limited choice. Hotel location wasnt great. Nothing much nearby but very quiet at night.

Quite a decent hotel in this wonderful area, la Savoie. The hotel has all the possible amenities, including a good bar. Rooms are ok, clean and quiet. No view on the lake unfortunately. Excellent place for seminars

Very dated inside and out. I suspect the 4 stars comes from the spa attached to the building. Pool ok. Breakfast fine. Cook your own fried eggs and warm your own pre-cooked pancakes. Decent coffee. Bar staff mediocre. Reception and night porter much more cheerful. Good A/C in the rooms. Not all the room fridges worked in my group and room lighting dim! Lake a few KM away worth the walk or drive.

A good location, 5 minutes away from the lake. Good spa and a little bit old fashioned yet clean and comfy room.

In general the place is very clean and the staff at this hotel are respectful and professional in their work, as for the pool, it is clean and beautiful, but the water is not hot enough !! I hope the water temperature increases more, I really felt cold inside the water

Chose this hotel for the indoor pool as i was staying early may. The staff are LOVELY, the nicest i have seen. A bit overpriced. No air conditioning so very stuffy, a little dated. Nice big balcony, pretty view, big bed, TV, little kitchen area. The pool is open 8h30-7h30, would have been good to close it a little later because it would have been nice to have a swim and relax after a day out. Bar on...

Location is a bit far out from the town, about 25 minutes by foot. Close to a bus stop but note that the bus does not run that late. Room and facilities were clean but could use some renovations. Nice garden terrace with mountain views.

Discovered this place for a short stay for our mom. Simple but well-equipped studio, even if refreshments could be considered, balcony, catering service on site, efficient and smiling receptionist. This residence closes its doors definitively on 15/11/21.

Is perfectly adequate and inexpensive. We had an equipped kitchen. However, you should be aware that it is more of an accommodation for older people.

Structure dated and not always properly maintained. Spacious studio apartments equipped with the necessary comforts for your stay. Kitchenette and crockery present. Possibility to accommodate dogs, with a surcharge of 5 euros per night. In the case of pets, the studio apartments on the ground floor with a small garden and independent access are assigned. Very well. A little dated but compensated by the cleanliness of the apartments and importantly, excellent bedding. Hotel service with a fully equipped kitchenette. Beautiful view from the balcony even on the 2nd floor. Only small defect, lack of ventilation in the toilets. Close to all conveniences. Few parking spaces but possibility to park not too far. Very good location and super quick check-in. In our room we could hear the water of all rooms above us, as it seems the pipes are close to the room. Was a bit frustrating. The bathroom was small, especially the space around the toilet. Not sure how a bigger person would use it.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel des Eaux! The staff was welcoming, the Suite spacious and comfortable, and the central location was ideal. Having parking available was a great convenience. The fresh French pastries were a delightful way to end our trip. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Close from the railway station (about 10 min if you walk slowly), the hotel is located next to a recognizable church that makes an easy reference point to find your way back. Enjoyable stay in a well run hotel in the heart of the lovely old town. Our room has no air conditioning which may be an issue for some but we were well aware of this before arrival and as such had no issues with this. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this establishment to others as we had a very enjoyable stay.

Place is cool, clean and nice. Rooms are big enough and you have the big garden. Be careful SLIPPERS are not available in rooms.

The hotel and it's surrounding is nice nevertheless the room is rather small. Chair inside was blocking the door when I entered the room. Nobody cleaned my room during my 2 night stay. The breakfast is rather poor...

for now most part of it its under renovation but still awesome if want a room or a spa regim 😉😀

Don't expect much in terms of style, but nothing bad I can say about this place. It is clean, staff are friendly, free car park and the breakfast was fantastic (French style....exactly what I wanted). If you expect a Ritz Charlton, this is not for you. For everyone else, it's great.

OK thalasso style hôtel with good beds but slightly dated bathroom. Very clean and functional. Staff at reception was obviously tired and could not bother to be welcoming

Comfortable, spacious rooms. Tv channels in French. Staff dressed in sweats, aren't fluent in English and don't inform you of hotel facilities or the area. Surprising for an International hotel.

Pleasant enough, older hotel. Room was large and the bathroom was enormous. No air conditioning which was uncomfortable on a hot day. Three swimming pool was great but very crowded. Tea and coffee available for self service in the foyer all day but no milk ?

The hotel was average. I loved the balcony and the location, rooms were very big too. My main complaints were that the bathrooms and rooms were due for renovation and flushing the toilet was an exercise in patience as there was no water pressure.
