Nice rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast. Good when travelling with a dog as the hotel is in the middle of a park. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable with air conditioning. Great for short stays at decent price. You can have your breakfast out on a terrace.

Great weekend! The hotel is very charming, especially the rooms! A little small, but it was surely the room we had chosen, so that's normal. It is very well located near a car park, but also many restaurants and others.

Quite a long walk to the lake. But location is in quite a buzzy pedestrianised Street which we liked Loads of restaurants and bars right outside to satisfy your needs. Very nice staff, lovely old building. Very basic rooms but was all we needed to 2 nights stay

We stayed in this hotel during the Musilac festival. The hotel is very well located, clean and quiet (we had a room overlooking the courtyard). Very convenient parking right in front of the hotel. Very good breakfast. Very friendly staff, I would like to take this opportunity to thank them for sending us back what we forgot :) We will come back with pleasure.

The breakfast is adequate French breakfast. Our room needs vacuuming. The bed is comfy. No A.C. but the terrace is fresh air after sunset. Our bathroom floor is spongy. What's with that?

The management of this hotel is very accommodating and friendly. They promptly addressed my concern and went out of their way to assist me, even though they didn't have to. Thank you very much. Really good price, and comfortable en suite rooms. The owner was lovely, and went out of his way to accommodate me, even giving me an umbrella for the day when it rained. I highly recommend a stay here.

We stayed here one night because our camper van broke down, the owner was really accommodating and even gave us a ride to the garage when the van was fixed! Perfect service, recommended!

Very much worth the price I paid for it. Checked in with Golden Spritz very well done! The hotel rooms were large enough for 2 people! The beds were very uncomfortable I asked for 2 beds, I was given a 2 twins close to each other. There was constructions going on in the hotel (were there early february) so the noise started at 7.30am not so relaxing and goes against the calm and relaxing vibe the hotel...

Great experience! Reception people are friendly. Room is big with view. Luv the most the spa area! Great fun. Hotel could suggest people take a shower before entering the pool for higher hygiene standard. People who drive bigger car (4x4) cannot fit in the parking though. Need to find a parking on the street.

From the outside I would have not guessed it was that nice inside. The reception and most of the common areas have been renewed. The rooms have also probably recently been renewed but the carpet and the doors already show the signs of the time. The pool and the spa are very good, really enjoyed after a day of work.

It was a wonderful experience. The price was a little hefty but I am glad I called to ask if the spa was included in the prices because some prices/rooms do not have the offer and it might be written somewhere but it's not really clear for everyone. My offer did include spa and breakfast. Breakfast was great. It did It's duty. There were eggs, breads and juices. But I am not positive that its worth...

Very glad to have been here. This hotel it takes care of all the details. The room it's spectacular. The service could spoke more languages, but not all it's perfect. Definetly I recomended.

Really good value for money. Stayed in family room and it was very spacious. Clean and well equipped. The location is really convenient - next door spa availability and walking distance (5 minutes) to the center and train station. Reasonable parking price. Quite a lot dust in the air not sure if it is very common in this area. Reception staffs are all very friendly during my stay. No room clean during the whole 3 nights stay which surprised me a little bit.

In the confirmation it told us that the apartment could sleep 2 adults plus 2 children. When we got there they told us that there was only one double bed but if the 4 of us wanted to sleep in one bed there were no problems. If not, they gave us another apartment with a sofa bed for 20 euros more.

It's not as bad as Google says. I think the price is good. The room is clean, the breakfast is OK, the front desk is very friendly, it's close to the train station, and you can pay extra for the spa next door, but minors can't go there, so we didn't make an appointment. I'll come again next time.

The Domaine is highly recommended for those looking for relaxation, rejuvenating treatments, and quality, local, and affordable cuisine. We usually stay at the Mercure when we're in Aix-les-Bains. The location is great. In a large wooded park. The hotel is very beautiful, the rooms are spacious and very clean. A beautiful place to relax and enjoy the magnificent Lake Bourget. This hotel is very welcoming and pleasant. The pools, sauna, and hammock are very enjoyable and add a plus to this magnificent place of rest and rejuvenation. Very generous and varied breakfasts

Nice establishment overall. However, for a hotel of this standard there are things to review such as the friendliness of certain staff members. The service which is sometimes not up to the asking price and the state of the terraces in the rooms. We will keep good memories when the 5 stars are not there.

Chose this hotel for the indoor pool as i was staying early may. The staff are LOVELY, the nicest i have seen. A bit overpriced. No air conditioning so very stuffy, a little dated. Nice big balcony, pretty view, big bed, TV, little kitchen area. The pool is open 8h30-7h30, would have been good to close it a little later because it would have been nice to have a swim and relax after a day out. Bar on...

Location is a bit far out from the town, about 25 minutes by foot. Close to a bus stop but note that the bus does not run that late. Room and facilities were clean but could use some renovations. Nice garden terrace with mountain views.

Discovered this place for a short stay for our mom. Simple but well-equipped studio, even if refreshments could be considered, balcony, catering service on site, efficient and smiling receptionist. This residence closes its doors definitively on 15/11/21.

Is perfectly adequate and inexpensive. We had an equipped kitchen. However, you should be aware that it is more of an accommodation for older people.

Very well. A little dated but compensated by the cleanliness of the apartments and importantly, excellent bedding. Hotel service with a fully equipped kitchenette. Beautiful view from the balcony even on the 2nd floor. Only small defect, lack of ventilation in the toilets. Close to all conveniences. Few parking spaces but possibility to park not too far. A great stop off on the way to your destination. Excellent hotel with fantastic family room, actually a suite with 2 rooms and 2 toilets plus large bathroom, two showers, 2 tvs etc. Only weird thing in the room was in main room begind the bed the wall was white with black speckles but it honestly it just looked like mould, so it was a bit disconcerting at first. Decent and clean hotel The staff is kind and the facilities are well maintained. It is a suitable facility for business trips. If there is anything to improve, the breakfast buffet lacked fresh vegetables, and the Internet service was unstable when Wi-Fi was used in the room.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Florent at reception was a wonderful host and told us all we needed to know to make the most of our stay. The room was gorgeous and we had a brilliant night’s sleep. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you for such a lovely stay!

This property is close to everything. There are plenty of restaurants near by, and supermarkets. My only complaint is that you have to pay extra (16 Euro per person) to use the pool or the spa.

Room was pretty standard, but the pool was above average. I would definitely stay here again.

Very good location and super quick check-in. In our room we could hear the water of all rooms above us, as it seems the pipes are close to the room. Was a bit frustrating. The bathroom was small, especially the space around the toilet. Not sure how a bigger person would use it.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel des Eaux! The staff was welcoming, the Suite spacious and comfortable, and the central location was ideal. Having parking available was a great convenience. The fresh French pastries were a delightful way to end our trip. Thank you for a lovely stay!
