A little disappointed Beautiful hotel , car park underground so u have to walk up with your case - No water in the room which was disappointing especially in this calibre of hotel - spa access required to even go for a swim or a workout which in my opinion is poor - workman digging up the path outside at 7:15

The hotel in overall is great. Clean and modern. I have to mention that to wait for check in took 15mins and the same for check out with only one person behind the desk. We had breakfast which is very poor and for the price it’s ridiculous. 9am and no eggs , no bacon, no pancakes, the only juice available was orange. I have to say very disappointed! We stayed one night Monday-Tuesday and spa on Tuesday...

The VIP room we booked has unlimited access to the spa. The bathroom and toilet in the room are decorated in a classy way. The facilities in the room are also relatively new. The Bluetooth speaker is very good. You can lie in the room and listen to music after the spa. The bed is very large and comfortable. It feels like being wrapped in a sponge. Coffee, tea bags, and hot chocolate are all prepared...

Very much worth the price I paid for it. Checked in with Golden Spritz very well done! The hotel rooms were large enough for 2 people! The beds were very uncomfortable I asked for 2 beds, I was given a 2 twins close to each other. There was constructions going on in the hotel (were there early february) so the noise started at 7.30am not so relaxing and goes against the calm and relaxing vibe the hotel...

The hotel and it's surrounding is nice nevertheless the room is rather small. Chair inside was blocking the door when I entered the room. Nobody cleaned my room during my 2 night stay. The breakfast is rather poor...

for now most part of it its under renovation but still awesome if want a room or a spa regim 😉😀

Don't expect much in terms of style, but nothing bad I can say about this place. It is clean, staff are friendly, free car park and the breakfast was fantastic (French style....exactly what I wanted). If you expect a Ritz Charlton, this is not for you. For everyone else, it's great.

The setting is splendid, with this immense wooded park where joggers, walkers, and dog owners meet. One night stay, nice hotel. Very slow on check in, and on arriving at room, key wouldn’t work? Returned to reception and joined the queue again …… Nice spacious room with all the facilities. Had evening meal in restaurant, delivered wrong starter, but eventually got sorted. Nice meal, quick service. Great breakfast and ample parking on site.

Nice establishment overall. However, for a hotel of this standard there are things to review such as the friendliness of certain staff members. The service which is sometimes not up to the asking price and the state of the terraces in the rooms. We will keep good memories when the 5 stars are not there.

Quite a lot dust in the air not sure if it is very common in this area. Reception staffs are all very friendly during my stay. No room clean during the whole 3 nights stay which surprised me a little bit.

In the confirmation it told us that the apartment could sleep 2 adults plus 2 children. When we got there they told us that there was only one double bed but if the 4 of us wanted to sleep in one bed there were no problems. If not, they gave us another apartment with a sofa bed for 20 euros more.

It's not as bad as Google says. I think the price is good. The room is clean, the breakfast is OK, the front desk is very friendly, it's close to the train station, and you can pay extra for the spa next door, but minors can't go there, so we didn't make an appointment. I'll come again next time.

Discovered this place for a short stay for our mom. Simple but well-equipped studio, even if refreshments could be considered, balcony, catering service on site, efficient and smiling receptionist. This residence closes its doors definitively on 15/11/21.

Is perfectly adequate and inexpensive. We had an equipped kitchen. However, you should be aware that it is more of an accommodation for older people.

Totally fine but not cheap. Garage is 2.0 metres, parking is 12 per night. Dogs are EUR 15 per night, per dog, which is standard in FR but totally unjustified as an extra cleaning fee per stay would be more logical.

A great stop off on the way to your destination. Excellent hotel with fantastic family room, actually a suite with 2 rooms and 2 toilets plus large bathroom, two showers, 2 tvs etc. Only weird thing in the room was in main room begind the bed the wall was white with black speckles but it honestly it just looked like mould, so it was a bit disconcerting at first. Alexandra provided excellent customer service. This hotel is better than the 3.6 stars it had at the time this review was written. Having said that, the bathrooms in the room could have used a more thorough cleaning.

We stayed in the hotel in August, the hotel is nice and the people who work there too, on the other hand there was a problem with the air conditioning in the rooms, a problem with the showers, the shower head could not hold, the dryer came on for 15 seconds and then cut out, cobwebs in the rooms and hair, disappointed for a night at more than €200

Very good location and super quick check-in. In our room we could hear the water of all rooms above us, as it seems the pipes are close to the room. Was a bit frustrating. The bathroom was small, especially the space around the toilet. Not sure how a bigger person would use it.

Beautiful site on the shores of Lac du Bourget, versus Aix-les-Bains and beautiful hotel atmosphere. A vintage and modern scent at the same time, a welcome with simplicity and courtesy, parking facilities and a very appreciable catering service, A very present and preserved aesthetic. A feeling of vacation and suspension of time which brings serenity. A form of “Dolce Vita”.

This is a very nice hotel on the lake. The rooms are clean, the staff welcoming and ideally located. A small parking lot for customers. Small downsides, the walls are thin and you can be disturbed by neighbors as well as the setting up of the restaurant in the morning. The view is beautiful. I recommend.

Well positioned The hotel is well positioned just beside the park and a short walk to everything in the centre. There seemed to be some renovation which had been started but wasn’t complete but my room was very spacious with a nice view of the park. The breakfast was good value.

Quite a long walk to the lake. But location is in quite a buzzy pedestrianised Street which we liked Loads of restaurants and bars right outside to satisfy your needs. Very nice staff, lovely old building. Very basic rooms but was all we needed to 2 nights stay
