Good placement between different beaches and restaurants. Need car for transport. Hard beds, no restaurant. Used the place only for sleeping.

I only stayed a couple of nights. The apartment was roomy and clean, with a large outside area overlooking the sea. As part of the package I was with I ate there in the evening. The food was uninspired, but there are other local eating places. Another place with broken or nonexistent extractor fan in the en suite.

Nice welcoming reception and good eating area but the rooms really could do with some monetization. Front facing rooms have good views of the sea.

Simple, comfortable hotel in good location. Decor is a bit tired, top ups of coffee and water daily should really be included at this price level, but aren’t.

Overall this is a really nice place. The view on the Sanginaire islands is amazing, the beach is really nice, the accommodations (public & private parts) of very high quality. The breakfast buffet is pretty amazing, and we also enjoyed being able to rent electric bikes for the day. Nice view from the room on the 6th floor, problem with logging into the internet. available hotel parking close to the port and the old town.

The hotel is well located near a huge free parking area and in walking distance from the center. The staff was super helpful and kind, finally we didn't take our dog and used only the free parking outside, so they removed these items from our bill without asking for it. The building is old but very clean, well-arranged and most importantly with comfortable beds. I totally recommend it!

Happy to find a place in Ajaccio for one night as we moved from the South to the West on our trip through Corsica. A key element in choosing Spunta Di Mare was having an easy parking space. The room was clean and had a lovely balcony with a view over the city. Breakfast buffet was an added benefit! Note that it is 3.5KM from the historic center.

A comfortable hotel with great breakfast and good evening meals situated only a few minutes (by car) from the centre of Ajaccio with great views of the bay. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Car parking at the hotel was a little problematic.

The hotel is good value, convenient and comfortable. It is a beautiful walk around the bay to the old city - a walk of about 35/40 minutes. It has everything going for it except the wifi is a disaster. If you are relying on the internet for travel bookings or business do not book here. We very much enjoyed a nice overnighter at this great location. The room was nice and the beds were very comfortable with the most outstanding view onto the harbour. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the staff was very helpful and accomodating.

We’ve visited Corsica many times and for our return to Ajaccio we wanted somewhere near the Citadelle with sea view. San Carlu certainly delivers on that. The hotel is perfectly situated. It is close to the centre and the restaurants but in the same time very quiet. You reach a beautiful beach in 2 minutes on foot. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very tasteful and clean. I would go there anytime again

Room and breakfast area decorated in an industrial which felt a bit austere. Breakfast very limited but staff pleasant.

The pool on the roof was lovely on a hot day. Parking was free and easy, breakfast was good. We walked across the road to the marina for dinner, some nice spots there.

This is a great location--across from the marina, about a 10-15 minute walk downtown. The staff was super helpful and friendly. I loved that there was a pool and open terrace on the roof. Clean, minimalistic boutique hotel. Friendly owner. Quick and easy check in and out. No parking included but not too hard to find free parking on the street outside. No elevator, narrow and steep stair two floors to get to the room.

For some reason, traveling from Paris to Ajaccio was pricier than Bastia, so finding an affordable hotel was a bit tricky. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a 2-star hotel before. Great location, new furniture, just perfect for a couple of nights stay.

We stayed for 3 nights with 7 motorbikes. The rooms was renovated not so long ago, very nice, very clean. The staff was super super friendly, very helpful. They have a garage for all the motorbikes, it was perfect. Perfect accomodation, especially for bikers. Recommend it!

The hotel is centrally located, which makes it easy to discover the city on foot. You are allowed to briefly park for (un)loading luggage in front of the hotel. The staff is friendly. I was dissatisfied with my room with a single bed because the room is quite narrow and the noises from the street come in easily, which made me wake up earlier than I wanted. We traveled with a baby and arrived at 9am instead of 3pm (ferry to Ajaccio), when they would have taken us in. The nice lady at the reception arranged for us to check in our appartement at 3pm instead of 5pm (cleaned the room priority as soon as it is free). Very helpfull at the reception.
