Brit Hotel Terminus

Just tried to check in for the parking we paid for online before we travel to Paris. The hotel was completely shut!!

Shocked by the welcome given to us by the manager of a certain age. We arrive with 3 people we found ourselves in the hotel lobby, no one at the reception, and suddenly 1 gentleman appears and shouts at us telling us you forgot that you were not at home , but in a hotel. Surprised, we thought it was a joke. No no he was very serious. He told us calm down. We told him not to understand his reaction and that we have a reservation and he told me get out ma'am. I asked why, he answers me, you go calm down outside...I couldn't believe it...I insist and the people with me too. And there he grabs me by the arm and takes me out when we had said nothing and done nothing. Incredible. This gentleman should no longer work, especially since he was heavily alcoholic and exhibited behaviors which, in my opinion, are a psychiatric illness. Sir ease your heart and go get treatment. He deserves me to file a complaint! And I do not recommend this hotel to run away at all... save who can... the rooms are not worth it.... there is the ibis budget hotel and mercury just above I recommend 😉
