Good experience with the hotel. Room is clean , pool is great , the food in the restaurant is really nice , we had the steak and the grilled octopus and the wine by glass is good too.
Plus point , they are very kind to give an additional sides for the kids menu to my kid . The staffs are very friendly too .
I rate it 5 stars because I feel the current 3 stars average is not reflecting the actual rating, I really believe they deserve more.
I would definitely come back if I were to make a trip down south again. :)

The hotel chain is of a certain standard and has good facilities. Unfortunately, there are not many restaurants nearby. The hotel's restaurant is average. Although it is in the suburbs, there is a train to the city center and it has a large parking lot.

I stayed here over the course of five weeks and was very comfortable. The staff were excellent, from the cleaners to reception and restaurant staff

The hotel had recently been upgraded from a Novatel to Ibis Styles. The toilet was not working correctly as the cistern kept on filling up. Also, the plug in the bathroom didn't pop up as the linkage between the lever and plug isn't long enough. The pop-up bed for kids had a mattress where you could feel the springs through my body when laying down. The restaurant was ok. The pool table had no white ball, and the chalk was broken.

the bed lining gave me an allergic reaction, the room smelled like sewage , the bed lining was yellow, the towels were yellow and smelled like chemicals and waste and the bathroom was dirty and unclean

Property is next to a main intersection so there is a lot of traffic. Breakfast was amazing! Room was clean, but a little spartan. Check-in and check-out were a breeze.
