Excellent receptionists. Helped getting taxi and helped with luggage. Great room with ocean view. Good breakfast, if you arrive by 9am, otherwise it starts to run out or can be cold.

Had an amazing stay here. Raphael at the front desk was an absolute legend and took great care of us. He even offered tips and suggestions for the city as it was our first time in Biarritz. Our room was dope and it had a great ocean side view.
We definitely be back.

Great location for this beautiful and recently refurbished art nouveau hotel. Paid extra for a sea view and it was worth it. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms clean and stocked with most essential toiletries. Coffee pods and tea are provided in the rolls which we appreciated. The breakfast has a lot of choice but it could be better quality. The pastries were a bit low quality. This hotel is very loud. There's a bar next door open until around 11 that makes for lots of noise. If you go to bed late it's fine as they're closed by midnight. Access to the beach is perfect. There's also a market outside at the weekend. It's also right in the old town so an easy walk to most restaurants and bars.

spent an amazing week-end in this beautiful hotel. it is well maintained, very classy, with comfortable and luxurious rooms. the location of the hotel is ideal and close to everything you want to see in Biarritz. park your car in the private parking garage and walk around!!!

I wanted a central location to be able to explore Biarritz and see the sights. The hotel was perfect for my purposes and the staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

It was the first time I’d stayed in an historic monument, and it didn’t disappoint. All the major historic features have been retained, but with 21st century facilities like USB chargers.

Brilliant room with excellent view of the casino and Grand Plage. All in all a very relaxing break.

Lovely view of beach. Handy for Casino and some nice bars and restaurants. Hotel very efficenctly run. Staff very helpful. Good breakfast. I was travelling on so unfortunately only stayed one night.
