What a gem! The hotel was absolutely stunning only footsteps away from the beach and very centrally located to shops. The rooms were clean, spacious, and the staff took great care of us even leaving us a box of chocolates as a welcome for me and my finance. The daily breakfast was delicious as well with eggs, fresh fruit, cheese, and many more items to choose from. We would absolutely stay here again.

Impeccable stay! This is a hotel that I would love to return; amazing staff, great breakfast, cozy rooms and breathtaking views from the room. It is fantastic to wake up and to see the ocean! On the lady morning we saw the rainbow! Definitely you cannot get any better place. Merci!

We had amazing experience with Mercure hotels before, as we stayed in Marseille and other cities. But Biarritz Mercure President was perfection choice. We loved the hotel hall, tasty water for guests, nice elevators, we loved our spacious family room with amazing coastal design, great bed and fantastic set of pillows, nuxe refilled products. Good shower flow, good toilet function and nice a/c. We had all we need like safe, kettle, iron, laundry service, ready to help reception. Special thanks for nice breakfast space with terrace and various continental breakfast. Also it’s perfect option for those who rent a car there is indigo parking in few steps, and free parking 500 m walk, as you prefer.

We were upgraded to a suite on arrival by Smail on reception which was nice and he was very helpful throughout our stay. However, the breakfast selection was quite limited and the egg boiler was turned off although the staff were friendly. The hotel is very central so great for exploring.

The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located near the Grand Plage, shopping, sightseeing, and eating. We had a very comfortable ocean view room, with all the amenities we needed. The staff was very accommodating and helpful.

Location is excellent - around 10 mins in a taxi from the local airport or 15 minutes in the bus. The location is just across the road from the beach area.
Staff were very nice and friendly; the bar staff in particular were excellent.
The rooms were great; especially the beds which were super comfortable. One of our rooms was upgraded to a sea view superior room - the room featured in the pictures attached.
The bathroom was well appointed and extremely clean - I really liked the decoration also.
We also enjoyed our complimentary drink vouchers as All@One members.

We had a wonderful experience at the Hôtel Mercure Biarritz Centre Plaza! The hotel is stunning, designed in an art deco fashion and is a pleasure to walk in.
The location is brilliant, and the breakfast is delicious! We are vegan and we had plenty to eat: breads, jams, avocado, fruit, veggies, cereal, granola, coffee, juice and tea. They were very accommodating and provided us with oat milk when we said we were vegan :)
We recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Biarritz, its a beautiful combination of old charm and new comfort. Thank you!

Lovely friendly service. Superb location for everything in Biarritz. Few mins to the sandy beach. In the centre of everything for bars and restaurants too. Hotel nice and clean with modern facilities. Lovely welcoming people working here too. Very help and friendly. Well done to all.
