Just the best place to stay when you're on the road. Plenty of restaurants around and they constantly renovate rooms.
The rooms are small but adequate.
I haven't tried the restaurant yet so I can't share on that.
Mattresses are really zzz quality comfy. Showers are perfectly adjustable from lukewarm to sizzling hot.
Dogs are allowed: 5 euro surcharge per dog.
Not a lot of noise btw.
Parking is secure with barrier until 6 am (can be opened with code, provided at check in).

Hello. I made a reservation from October 5 to October 6. I booked a double room but forgot to add someone else. I'll arrive around 11:50 pm. Is the reception 24 hours a day? Do you have any e-mail address to contact?

Campanile Bordeaux Nord - La Lac is a good budget choice for visiting Bordeaux and other surrounding areas. The rooms can have thin walls and can be cold, the staff give a warm welcome. I found their service to be a highlight of my stay.

We stayed here over a Saturday night as we had 2 Rugby World Cup matches to see on the Saturday and Sunday at the Matmut Stadium.
The location was perfect, just a 10 min walk to the venue.
The staff were all really friendly and helpful, and the room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. We ate in the onsite restaurant and the buffet dinner was excellent, as was the service. Highly recommended.

The hotel is a bit old and the cleanning could be better. The rooms are not particulary good. However, my bad rating comes from the service. I spend there 5 nights and during my stay I was without power supply in my room for about 24 hours. No one from the hotel approached me to say something or give some explanation. After that long time without electricity, I went to the receptionist to ask. I couldn't charge my electronic devices and needed to work on the computer. The only solution they gave me was to use one of the couches of the lobby as my office. When I suggested to move to a different room, they were not kin to that. Fortunately, the personnel fixed the problem moments later.

Dirty, smelly, bad service. The Bedrooms and poorly cleaned (trash under the beds; stains on the mirrors; dead insects on the curtains and walls) Breakfast is fine

Excellent value for money and let friendly where the charge is only 5€ per night, per dog - we were only charged 10€ for 3, as they are very small.
Good choice of hot dishes for dinner in the restaurant. Staff all very professional and attentive. Breakfast also good, lots of different fresh fruit available, which is difficult to find in many hotels.
