We had the true pleasure of staying in this gorgeous hotel in November. Our room was so comfortable and well appointed that spending more time in the room would’ve been a pleasure

I'm happy to be the 100th to give my opinion. Apart from the fact that this charming hotel is conveniently located. Besides the decoration is very tasteful and my room is just perfect

The staff is friendly and helpful for booking restaurants and activities. Further, the restaurant on site makes a delicious breakfast and dinner. I will definitely stay here again when we come back to Bordeaux

We have been traveling for 3 weeks from the 🇺🇸 to London Paris Bordeaux and fell in love with Bordeaux. Favorite time was sipping on good wine eating French cheese in our room

It was private and quiet-the location was perfect for us and we would happily stay here again! Thank you SO much for making our first (but not last) trip to Bordeaux such a fabulous experience! Be well!

Well located next to the city centre. Nice, clean, quite big room. The view to the street and nearby neighbourhood was a plus. Good breakfast. Nice and helpful staff.

Great centrally located hotel,clean,great helpful staff who could not have done more for three stranded visitors (scammed by a local booking !)

There are two hotels in the same building. I have not been to ibis budget. Breakfast buffet is nice but as others have mentioned, no vegetables, very little fruit, so as vegan/vegetarian travelers bring your own

Decent rooms at a good price at a good location. The restaurant also has some good choices. I want to specifically mention the young man who checked us in. I never got his name, but he was extremely helpful

The room was clean and mattresses were comfy. The staff is a great plus of the hotel, all of them from reception to the waiters in the cafeteria are very smiley and ready to help with everything

The room was a bit small for 3 persons - with open sofa-bed for the child it was a bit difficult to move but as we didn't stay long time in the room and basically just sleep there - it was fine

We even came back again rooms clean. Right in the center of the old town but room very quiet. Breakfast: ok nothing special but you would need to do a bit of walking to find another place less expensive

We booked this hotel as part of an EasyJet package. The location is superb, only minutes away from the beautiful old town, restaurants and shops

Great location right in the center. Friendly welcome from the reception staff. The hotel has 2 separate buildings. I stayed in the one with a more contemporary design in the lobby, which was up on the 1st floor

Having not travelled for a long time, the hotel and staff provided the best welcome and service. Staying as part of a larger group, the staff helped with many recommendations, assisted with booking, and were so welcoming

Indeed, the longest shopping street in Europe is moments away, as is the splendid Garonne, with boat trips and lovely walks. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, the breakfast varied and plentiful if desired

We paid extra for a 5th floor room which was really spacious and light and had a balcony with stunning views over trees to the river Garonne. Location was excellent

Small hotel located in the perfect spot. Right in the middle of everything you could ask of Bordeaux. Located just off of the main shopping street in the whole city, it's tucked away just enough

Hotel is clean! Nicely decorated and spacious common area. We didn't do the breakfast (too many options elsewhere) but it's only €15/person. The room itself is small but has everything needed for a one night stay

The service was exceptional! There was a billing error that I didn't notice until the day after I departed, but after contacting the hotel, they quickly fixed the problem!

We enjoyed our one-night stay here. The room was very spacious with three comfrotable beds overlooking a busy square. Lovely big bathtub and good location.

Place Quinconce is just 50m away and it's the tram hub, as is the Opera. Staff all very polite and professional

Pillows: used and bad qualities: woke up with back and neck pains + had to sleep with my coat as a pillow for two days (we were three in the rooms no one was using the pillows since we had the same experience, one was using a towel as a pillow)

Little bit shabby round the edges and room could do with a good vacuum in the corners. But, typical city centre 'guest house', like old London style. Full of history, Wagner stayed here with his mistress

A boutique hotel close to the cathedral and the Hotel de Ville. Excellent staff led by the wonderful Florence. We enjoyed a delightful three nights and will return on our next visit to Bordeaux

The studio apartment is the best in my whole trip in France, the staffs are very kind and always like to provide help. The hotel was a château and the structure is amazing!

The staff go above and beyond expectations, are amazingly attentive, helpful and nothing seems to be too much trouble, a special mention for Pierre and Lucille

Perfect for a short break in Bordeaux. Great location within walking distance of bus stops, shopping centres and a lot of attractions. Unfortunately our Aircon didn't work so the rooms were way too warm.

We were here in mid-December 2019. Location is great smack in the centre. However I was disappointed in the interior there wasn't much space in the cupboards when you unpack hardly any space for your clothes

Very comfortable accommodations. We stayed several days as a family and this hotel was well located for exploring Bordeaux. Supermarket nearby, Starbucks across the street, excellent transit connections

The hotel is well placed for tourism, short walks to most places of interest and the rooms are excellent, they contain everything you could ever need, ironing boards to dishwasher with all crockery etc

The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful and we will definitely be returning soon for a longer stay

Excellent location in the centre of bourdoux, we had a supieror room which was large with a balcony. Close to main shopping area and tram stops. But everywhere was walkable.

We hesitated to book a Best Western while in Bordeaux because we wanted a 5 star experience. This hotel fits that requirement. It is absolutely beautiful and clean inside. The rooms are large and modern

Everything from eggs, to breads to home made pies and cakes as well as fruit and yogurt and cereal. The hotel is also very close to a tram stop. I wished I could stay here for our entire trip to France

The bathroom had both a whirlpool tub and walk in shower. They even thought of their US guests by having a 120V outlet near the blow dryer. The breakfast was wonderful and was included

A perfect place to stay in Bordeaux. Room was clean and very cozy. The hotel was spotless and the receptionist extremely helpful. Bathroom and bed sizes bigger than the usual French places.

The room was sparkling clean and there were good measures with regards to COVID-19. The breakfast in the garden was straightforward and good as well

Spent a night there, the room was nice, tiny like all 2 or 3 star hotel rooms but clean and cozy. The location is the most amazing thing about this hotel. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly

But watch out for the stairs because the hotel doesn’t have a lift and the stairs are not really standard. (Typical old wooden stairs, aesthetically beautiful but uncomfortable to climb)

I stayed for 1 night in August. Great location, friendly and helpful staff, and a reasonable price. I didn't have air con but it did have a large fan

And it's a 24 hour reception and they look after your keys so you don't need to bring them out with you

Jean-Luc owns and runs this most functional hotel in the heart of Bordeaux. We arrived one afternoon only to discover that our reservation has not been registered and there were no rooms to be had

It was fantastic pool was technically a bath! Rooms were perfect i found it spacious enough inside the bathroom but we had to wait for a long time to get our room ready and there was a fire alarm ringing outside my room at 4 AM lasted for a bit everything else was great,Thank you for reading

My wife and I stayed at the Le Boutique Hotel for the first part of our honeymoon - the room and service were fantastic! An extremely spacious bathroom with separate shower/tub and a toilet with a bidet

Especially the cute waiter who oversaw breakfast 😍 Small spa with a current pool. Looked good Fire alarm went off at 1 in the morning on the last night. Bit confusing 45mins on the tram from the airport and 10mins walk

All service members were very friendly. Restaurants, and shops you need are within walking distance. Overall, it's a great deal and it was absolutely the best room we had during our trip

The rooms are pretty nice, albeit the one we had was a little cramped with the way the bathroom and toilets are layed out, but what really sets LBHB apart is the staff and attention to detail

Not a bad hotel for the price and location. Minimalist, small room: great for if you just need a central place to rest your head and have a private toilet, sink, and shower

They have an elevator so you'll nit have to climb up the stairs with your suitcase) As long as this hotel does not have own reception you should check in at "4 soers" just 100 m away around the corner

We had 2 large double beds, not window or ventilation in toilet, clean, in need of a refurbishment, but for the price and location, I'm not complaining. Would recommend and stay there again
