What a lovely hotel, all the staff so attentive from the front of house conceirge and reception. The waiters and waitresses and room service. A fantastic location in the heart of beautiful bordeaux

The hotel is absolutely beautiful!! We had many wonderful moments in the Orangery in the lobby and the bar attached. Our room was beautifully appointed and incredibly comfortable and inviting

Due to a local festival, we had a hard time reaching the hotel, but Curtis went above and beyond to help us check in smoothly and rest after our long trip. I definitely recommend this hotel

Good location! One tram station (tram A goes to the airport and city center) and bus stops (including bus G goes to the Saint-Jean train station) are right in front of the hotel

Great centrally located hotel,clean,great helpful staff who could not have done more for three stranded visitors (scammed by a local booking !)

The location isn’t ideal, though you can walk to the city center in about 25–30 minutes. Due to ongoing construction, there’s currently no public transport connecting the hotel to the center

There are two hotels in the same building. I have not been to ibis budget. Breakfast buffet is nice but as others have mentioned, no vegetables, very little fruit, so as vegan/vegetarian travelers bring your own

Breakfast is great,hotel is beside supermarkets and the efficient tram to the airport. recommended highly for pleasant staff and good facilities. Rooms are well equipped and quiet with aircon

2 doors were perfectly redusing the noise coming from the corridor ( happy and noisy people checking in and out ;)) otherwise great stuff, clean

The overall experience was OK, but there was a problem with the water filter in the shower on the last night, and the room was flooded. I was not satisfied.

The location of Shadian is very good. It is only a ten-minute walk to the city center. The hotel is very clean and beautiful, with plenty of sunshine and good service. It is the most satisfactory hotel in this trip.

We had a wonderful stay in Konti Hotel. The main street in Bordeaux old is only 5 min walk away. The breakfast room is awesome. Parking is no problem - for 15€ you can park in a near by underground parking lot

We arrived late at night, when everything was closed, and prepared us some snacks so we could have something to eat. He was very welcoming and had a great positive attitude every night we saw him

Had an amazing experience at Konti Hotel. The rooms are very comfortable, quiet and the service was excellent. The night host Frederic was very nice to us

The hotel and all staff are very environmentally aware incentivise guests to minimise carbon footprint and is well set up for recycling ♻️ which we appreciated. We did not have breakfast so cannot comment

The design features of the Hotel are very unusual art deco and very comfortable The bathroom was very well designed with complimentary toiletries and the shower was utterly spectacular

We had an incredible stay at Le Boutique Hotel in Bordeaux. The service was top notch, our room was beautiful, and it was centrally located to walk around the city

My wife and I stayed at the Le Boutique Hotel for the first part of our honeymoon - the room and service were fantastic! An extremely spacious bathroom with separate shower/tub and a toilet with a bidet

The location of the hotel couldn’t be any better to accessing public transit and getting around. And there is an abundance of wonderful bars, restaurants, and coffee shops just minutes walk away

The rooms are pretty nice, albeit the one we had was a little cramped with the way the bathroom and toilets are layed out, but what really sets LBHB apart is the staff and attention to detail

All service members were very friendly. Restaurants, and shops you need are within walking distance. Overall, it's a great deal and it was absolutely the best room we had during our trip

A family hotel, there are only two of its kind in France, in Paris and Bordeaux, with an honest 4 stars and located in the historical center of Bordeaux! Frequent and bright rooms, although not very large, but cozy, a SPA and a restaurant - what else is needed to have a pleasant time in the Wine Capital?! Oh yes, Wine Tour - there are countless vineyards and castles in Bordeaux! #inthewine

The staff were consistently helpful and friendly, helping with restaurant reservations and any other issues that arose. The restaurant staff were attentive. The only concern was with the very small fitness center

Very well located hotel and beautiful rooms. A little expensive, but the service and hospitality are at the proper level. Beautiful balconies in the upper rooms and wonderful views of Bordeaux

What struck me the most was the bed: fabulous and comfortable, I did not sleep that well in a while, not even in my own home! Also very well decorated, although the bedroom was a bit small

20 EUR for breakfast is quite expensive for France, especially as although the choice was good, it was buffet only with no table service or additional items on demand from the kitchen

The Hotel Majestic is located in the central area of Bordeaux. It is near a major tram stop, and close to the Opera and banking centers. The staff is very helpful, especially with local recommendations

Wonderful hotel right in the middle of the Bordeaux city center. Staff was excellent.

You can store your luggage if necessary. The hotel has a lovely lounge/breakfast area. The rooms are nicely appointed and large. Fairly quiet, since it is a bit away (but not too far) from the "touristy" areas

Spent a night there, the room was nice, tiny like all 2 or 3 star hotel rooms but clean and cozy. The location is the most amazing thing about this hotel. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly

But watch out for the stairs because the hotel doesn’t have a lift and the stairs are not really standard. (Typical old wooden stairs, aesthetically beautiful but uncomfortable to climb)

I stayed for 1 night in August. Great location, friendly and helpful staff, and a reasonable price. I didn't have air con but it did have a large fan

And it's a 24 hour reception and they look after your keys so you don't need to bring them out with you

I had a pleasant stay at the Saint Rémi hotel. The hospitality of the staff was excellent. Despite the lack of a lift the rooms are clean and well equipped. I highly recommend this hotel.

It is a hotel very simple, central, very good customer service, clean, but with moisture (and musty smell), no air conditioning and many mosquitos that we sprayed in the evening

They can't do enough for you here. The hotel sits in the middle of the city down a narrow side street. No parking but they do give you a ticket for you to park in a underground parking lot about a ten minute walk away

It’s definitely a ‘no-frills’ kind of hotel, but it’s extremely clean and has everything you need to have a good night’s rest. The staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful

The hotel is located downtown Bordeaux in a pedestrian street. All places of interest are at a walking distance. Rooms are small and clean. The elevator is not super convenient.

This small boutique hotel is in a quiet street no more than ten minutes’ walk from the centre of Bordeaux old town. The reception team is on duty 24/7, speak good English, and couldn’t have been more helpful

Minor detail but excellent black-out curtains for a good night’s sleep! We dilly-dallied about having breakfast in the hotel as so often it’s not good value because many proprietors use it as an opportunity to profit from a ‘captive’ customer

Truly such a great find in the heart of the city - the staff is delightful (extremely helpful and attentive not only with the amenities, but also with planning activities), the rooms are clean and spacious, and the location is phenomenal

They drew intelligible directions on our map, re-confirmed reservations, and loaned us four umbrellas for a drizzly evening. Rooms were modest in size, but very comfortable and well-appointed

I won't repeat what others have said about what makes this hotel so nice, and I would return without hesitation, but I will share a few comments to keep your expectations in check

What happened is that I had forgotten and left generous tips for housekeeping during the stay. So as not to create awkwardness at the end, I paid the extra 5% but it was not a great way to end the stay

The housekeeping staff were excellent and left sweet notes on our bathroom mirror :) One thing that I did not like was the added 5% on the bill at the end of the stay as gratuity for all of the staff

That 5% was over $100 for a 2 night stay. (yes, they did make me aware of this at the time of booking, but with all of the trip planning, I had forgotten)

The little touches are nice - like a complimentary minibar with drinks with a couple of snacks, a nespresso machine with pods, and a pillow menu

Novotel Bordeaux Centre Hotel is located in the centre of Bordeaux, It is less than a 5-minute walk from the old town and also it is near to many restaurants

Great stay, I highly recommend this hotel which is very close to transport and the city center.

The location is OK, the office is modern! The breakfast is very good, free water is provided after entering the door! Only the Wi-Fi is a bit troublesome and needs to scan the code, everything else is very good

The hotel is located within walking distance of the main attractions, there is parking in the neighboring building. There are no slippers in the room.

Few bus stops away from Bordeaux Station. Service was excellent and very prompt. Room was huge and clean with speakers as well

A boutique hotel close to the cathedral and the Hotel de Ville. Excellent staff led by the wonderful Florence. We enjoyed a delightful three nights and will return on our next visit to Bordeaux

The studio apartment is the best in my whole trip in France, the staffs are very kind and always like to provide help. The hotel was a château and the structure is amazing!
