What a lovely hotel, all the staff so attentive from the front of house conceirge and reception. The waiters and waitresses and room service. A fantastic location in the heart of beautiful bordeaux

The hotel is absolutely beautiful!! We had many wonderful moments in the Orangery in the lobby and the bar attached. Our room was beautifully appointed and incredibly comfortable and inviting

Due to a local festival, we had a hard time reaching the hotel, but Curtis went above and beyond to help us check in smoothly and rest after our long trip. I definitely recommend this hotel

The location isn’t ideal, though you can walk to the city center in about 25–30 minutes. Due to ongoing construction, there’s currently no public transport connecting the hotel to the center

There are two hotels in the same building. I have not been to ibis budget. Breakfast buffet is nice but as others have mentioned, no vegetables, very little fruit, so as vegan/vegetarian travelers bring your own

The overall experience was OK, but there was a problem with the water filter in the shower on the last night, and the room was flooded. I was not satisfied.

The location of Shadian is very good. It is only a ten-minute walk to the city center. The hotel is very clean and beautiful, with plenty of sunshine and good service. It is the most satisfactory hotel in this trip.

We had a wonderful stay in Konti Hotel. The main street in Bordeaux old is only 5 min walk away. The breakfast room is awesome. Parking is no problem - for 15€ you can park in a near by underground parking lot

We arrived late at night, when everything was closed, and prepared us some snacks so we could have something to eat. He was very welcoming and had a great positive attitude every night we saw him

The hotel and all staff are very environmentally aware incentivise guests to minimise carbon footprint and is well set up for recycling ♻️ which we appreciated. We did not have breakfast so cannot comment

The design features of the Hotel are very unusual art deco and very comfortable The bathroom was very well designed with complimentary toiletries and the shower was utterly spectacular

I had an amazing stay at Le Boutique Hotel in Bordeaux! The location is perfect, just a short walk from the city’s historic center, making sightseeing easy and enjoyable

There was a spa also, but we did not use any of the amenities offered. We chose to spend our time exploring the city. We initially booked two nights and enjoyed the town and hotel that we decided to stay another night

Very pretty property in heart of nice shopping area and restaurants. This hotel offered many welcoming perks plus sauna, jacuzzi, & spa ad well as unlimited canapés and mini bar. The room was a little small however.

A family hotel, there are only two of its kind in France, in Paris and Bordeaux, with an honest 4 stars and located in the historical center of Bordeaux! Frequent and bright rooms, although not very large, but cozy, a SPA and a restaurant - what else is needed to have a pleasant time in the Wine Capital?! Oh yes, Wine Tour - there are countless vineyards and castles in Bordeaux! #inthewine

The staff were consistently helpful and friendly, helping with restaurant reservations and any other issues that arose. The restaurant staff were attentive. The only concern was with the very small fitness center

What struck me the most was the bed: fabulous and comfortable, I did not sleep that well in a while, not even in my own home! Also very well decorated, although the bedroom was a bit small

20 EUR for breakfast is quite expensive for France, especially as although the choice was good, it was buffet only with no table service or additional items on demand from the kitchen

It's located right next to the tourist information center, so it's in a great location. It's also close to a tram station, so it's very convenient for sightseeing

We were only here one night before boarding a river cruise. The hotel is in an excellent location in the beautiful old town. It is charming. Breakfast was delicious and recommendations for restaurants was valuable.

The exterior was modest, but I was excited by the French-style staircase and rooms. There is an elevator, but you have to climb about three flights of stairs to get to some places

However on the flip side, it’s super central which is really convenient! We paid €10 each for breakfast which included coffee, juice, yoghurt, cereal, fruit, mini croissant and bread with butter and jam which I think is very reasonable

It was loud at night as it’s very central so there were quite a lot of people shouting and making lots of noise through the night

I stayed for 1 night in August. Great location, friendly and helpful staff, and a reasonable price. I didn't have air con but it did have a large fan

There is no lift, so be prepared to carry your luggage up two floors

I had a pleasant stay at the Saint Rémi hotel. The hospitality of the staff was excellent. Despite the lack of a lift the rooms are clean and well equipped. I highly recommend this hotel.

It is a hotel very simple, central, very good customer service, clean, but with moisture (and musty smell), no air conditioning and many mosquitos that we sprayed in the evening

They can't do enough for you here. The hotel sits in the middle of the city down a narrow side street. No parking but they do give you a ticket for you to park in a underground parking lot about a ten minute walk away

Such a clever use of space to have the sink set in to the cupboard! And totally spoilt with Rituals soap products. Immaculately clean, super comfy bed & pillows, nice large window looking down onto the street

The hotel is located very close to the city center, you can walk without any issues. Big room with a quiet AC, you can barely hear it, the staff is friendly and helpful

Staff were amazing, food was excellent and room were very clean. I would happily come here again. My only issue was the bad smell of the tap/shower water. But that is probably a municipal issue.

The location is OK, the office is modern! The breakfast is very good, free water is provided after entering the door! Only the Wi-Fi is a bit troublesome and needs to scan the code, everything else is very good

Nice hotel with relaxing lobby. Washrooms could use an update and get rid of the slippery and weird shaped bathtub. Tub is really narrow were you stand and rim is pretty tall to get into it if you have mobility issues

Also no slip protection in the tube. Would love to see a walk in shower instead. Hotel is in a good location, grocery store across the street, bakery down on the corner, walking distance to the old town or take the tram

Clean good sized room, comfortable bed. Well equipped including safe and fridge. Location is great for exploring the city - only a short walk to see the sights.

I won't repeat what others have said about what makes this hotel so nice, and I would return without hesitation, but I will share a few comments to keep your expectations in check

What happened is that I had forgotten and left generous tips for housekeeping during the stay. So as not to create awkwardness at the end, I paid the extra 5% but it was not a great way to end the stay

The housekeeping staff were excellent and left sweet notes on our bathroom mirror :) One thing that I did not like was the added 5% on the bill at the end of the stay as gratuity for all of the staff

From the moment we arrived, it felt less like a hotel and more like a beautifully curated home away from home. We stayed in a Junior Suite, and it was nothing short of sublime

The hotel is located very well at the intersection of transport lines and close to the center. From the airport it's about half an hour by tram. There are several bus stops to the station

The location is right for a tourist - quite far from the train station - and very close to the center, there is a tram stop nearby, which can replace all transport in Bordeaux

I took a 72-hour transport card - it was advantageous, because with a suitcase to the hotel and from the hotel to the train station on foot is 25-30 minutes, and just around the city you can always go 1-2 stops without worrying about getting tired of walking

But a double room is very cramped even for one person. There is no closet, no bedside table, just a few hangers. The plumbing is clean, there is liquid soap. Overall the impression is good

The only small minus - since there was no hair dryer in the room, I asked for it at the reception and they did not want to give it to me without a deposit from the card

A boutique hotel close to the cathedral and the Hotel de Ville. Excellent staff led by the wonderful Florence. We enjoyed a delightful three nights and will return on our next visit to Bordeaux

The studio apartment is the best in my whole trip in France, the staffs are very kind and always like to provide help. The hotel was a château and the structure is amazing!
