The room was comfortable and the staff were welcoming. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed as it was a Sunday but there were establishments within walking distance. More importantly for me was that the hotel is pet friendly. I was surprised that there was a charge to park.

Because we were a couple, one adult and two children, we couldn't fit into a regular room, so we booked a suite. The exterior is beautiful, in the bustling area of Bordeaux. However, we were given a second-floor suite. Anyone who's stayed in an old European hotel knows that the second floor was originally a warehouse, with low ceilings and small windows. You can see the building just two meters away...

Thank you to the InterContinental team for their professionalism and hospitality. Due to a local festival, we had a hard time reaching the hotel, but Curtis went above and beyond to help us check in smoothly and rest after our long trip. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The location and service are exceptional. Truly some of the best in France we've experienced. The only part lacking are the rooms. We were upgraded and have to take two separate elevators just to get to the room. Room was small and no real place for toiletries next to the sink. Not sure i would stay here again.

We booked this hotel for four nights and when I checked in, I was given the opportunity to upgrade my room to one on the top floor that was on the corner and had THREE balconies! Friendly and polite staff, very helpful throughout our stay. However, the room was not clean, and something was biting and irritating us, which made the stay uncomfortable and needs urgent attention. What an amazing experience! Absolutely loved staying at this hotel, right opposite the Wine museum and close to the tram. A bit away from city centre but easy 30 min walk/20 min tram. Great Location and a “wow” factor on the hotel design as they have re-purposed old silos. The service was top notch and great.

Positive-Service upon entry, bathroom/shower, and cleanliness. Cons-Bed was SO soft (it was so soft I almost gave a 3 star), AC was worse than another hotel in Paris that was a lower star, the room service was limited (not what is expected for a 4 star property), and the bar had limited hours.

Location was 10minutes walk from Citi du Vin and 5 minutes to a bus stop. Enora, the receptionist, checked us in on our first day and checked us out. She was friendly, helpful and professional. Our room great size with twin beds and clean and comfortable.

This time we were only able to book a smaller room than before, overlooking the busy road at the front which was, needless to say, noisy. Loved the stay! Beautiful hotel, safe private parking, the area around the hotel looks very nice! The hotel is dog friendly, the dog can even go with you to the breakfast and our dog loved the stay. We got upgraded to a corner superior room that was very beautiful and spacious with a very big bathroom. The beds are very comfy! The breakfast is delicious and full of choice!

Starting to really love staying in the Radison Blu hotels. While each is very different, there is a consistency of both standards, and hopeful staff. This one stands out because of its close proximity to the waterfront, restaurants and its very own rooftop restaurant and lounge.

I liked it because it isn't very expensive, it's comfy in there, and the employees are very helpful. You get a very big elevator for disabled people(no offense)

The hotel is very near from the Hôpital Pellegrin (2 minutes walk). That's the main reason I choose the hotel. The hotel has a restaurant and an open bar. The room I was in was really big. Maybe too big because my footsteps echoed. I asked for a quiet room but there was a service cupboard in my room with a distinctive noise of passing electric current. Great hotel in Bordeaux! Very nice, well-located, super clean, good amenities and the staff were super friendly. I would have given a 10/10, but although breakfast was good the scrambled eggs at breakfast were made with powdered eggs instead of real eggs . That said, the fact that this is my only complaint shows just how good the hotel really is!

Well located hotel, right on the tram line to the airport. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and provided great service. Nice clean and spacious rooms, although the bathroom was a little small. Well priced lunch menu in the restaurant. Small let down was the dirty toilets in the public area on LG.

2nd stay for wine festival. OK location to walk to event. Easy check-in, but didn't get room allocation until we returned at midnight, as we arrived before 2pm. Room booked for two people, room appears to be ready for one. As lack of towels, 1 coffee sachet,, 1 decaf, no tea , only 2 infusions.. no long life milk. Didn't book breakfast as previous breakfast at this ibis was not good.

Like many other Ibis hotels, this one is in desperate need of renovation — it’s quite old. The reception area is okay, but the rooms are small, very hot, and outdated. The location isn’t ideal, though you can walk to the city center in about 25–30 minutes. Due to ongoing construction, there’s currently no public transport connecting the hotel to the center. Good location! One tram station (tram A goes to the airport and city center) and bus stops (including bus G goes to the Saint-Jean train station) are right in front of the hotel. Have a restaurant on the ground floor good to have a coffee in the morning or drinks in the evening. The services and staff are very nice and kind but the room was dark, small, only have least amenities.

We had a 2 nights stay in the hotel and had a great experience. We checked in late, around 22h and got and Amazing big room. We were 2 people and the room was probably for 3 ppl as there was a sofa bed in case. One of the best parts was that there was a small corridor with the door in between. 2 doors were perfectly redusing the noise coming from the corridor ( happy and noisy people checking in...

We were in Toulouse just for the night as a stopover, so we weren't looking for anything fancy. Just clean and close to the train station. This delivered. Staff were friendly.

All good, a comfortable stay, clean and cool room, great a/c which was much appreciated, it was a fiercely hot 32°C outside but so cooling in our room overnight. Took a nearby short tram ride into the centre of Bordeaux for the evening. Excellent! Love Bordeaux! Many thanks B&B ✓

Located around a crowd of all level of other Accor hotels. Surprisingly Price of stay is costlier than Pullman just in front of it.

Located near the highway , so useful for a night when on a long road trip. Also the restaurant open until 23h is good for that. Beds were very small/narrow and far below the known ibis standard for comfort. I requested an invoice on name of the company during reservation but got it on my own name. When requesting it again at the reception they finally send me the same again.

The hotel is fresh and modern downstairs with a nice bar and grill restaurant onsite, but the rooms are a bit basic, which is expected. The staff were friendly and great with our dog. There is a lake next door to walk around and good public transport into the centre.

Had an amazing experience at Konti Hotel. The rooms are very comfortable, quiet and the service was excellent. The night host Frederic was very nice to us. We arrived late at night, when everything was closed, and prepared us some snacks so we could have something to eat. He was very welcoming and had a great positive attitude every night we saw him.

We had a wonderful stay in Konti Hotel. The main street in Bordeaux old is only 5 min walk away. Rooms are stylish and clean. The breakfast room is awesome. Parking is no problem - for 15€ you can park in a near by underground parking lot. Restaurants and bars are directly outside the hotel. Staff is super friendly and makes anything possible. The hotel and service were lovely. However, for a room advertised for 4 adults with a pullout sofa, the desk attendant tried to charge me a 30euro supplemental fee for use of the sofa bed. Don’t advertise it as a feature if you want to charge for it. I specifically selected the room for that. Also, breakfast wasn’t great. Cold eggs and bacon. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Quite expensive 4stars hotel close to the city center (15 minutes walk away). There is not hall on the ground floor. Recepction desk is more similar to a 2stars than a 4stars hotel. The breakfast is on the last floor where you can have a nice view of the river. The quality of the breakfast is high but the price is not cheaper

Our stay was comfortable, as usually at B&B hotels. The room was not very big but it was clean and comfortable, above all the mattress, the pillow was a bit too low for my husband (as usual, as well) but I found it ok. Breakfast was very good as well. Our stay was very satisfying.

The hotel is very close to the A 630 and 15 minutes from the most touristic area of Bordeaux. We stayed in a family room and the children loved their mezzanine. We were very lucky with the room's view of the lake. lovely hotel employees. Breakfast is worth it. The wifi did not give us any problem. Perfect for a one or two night stopover.

We stayed here for an overnight stay for for christmas market in Bordeaux. Out of all the Ibis that we stayed at even though we were on the main road , this one is the quietist, no banging doors people going in the room, cant hear people walk down the corridor. We’ve regularly used Accor hotels during travels and have enjoyed the Styles brand in other cities. For our three night stay this one fell way short of the mark. The location is out of the city centre, a 15 minute walk away. It’s on a busy road, with trams running outside and the Police National building practically next door. We stayed for one night and chose the hotel because of its convenient location, on the tram line for the airport, 15 min walk into centre of Bordeaux. Staff were friendly and polite, room was fine for 3 adults, clean and very comfy beds. Breakfast was really good value and there was a great selection. Would def stay again. Much quieter and better value than staying in the centre of the city.

Great hotel if you find yours lad in Bordeaux for work and if you also need access to the tram and to the airport. There’s a nice pool and good food. A little bit away from the city centre but there is access via tram or via taxi- we used an Uber and it was easy

It was fantastic pool was technically a bath! Rooms were perfect i found it spacious enough inside the bathroom but we had to wait for a long time to get our room ready and there was a fire alarm ringing outside my room at 4 AM lasted for a bit everything else was great,Thank you for reading

My wife and I stayed at the Le Boutique Hotel for the first part of our honeymoon - the room and service were fantastic! An extremely spacious bathroom with separate shower/tub and a toilet with a bidet. All service members were very friendly. Restaurants, and shops you need are within walking distance. I adore this hotel! Literally the kindest staff ever and such a comfortable and cozy vibe to the whole place. It’s also in a great location! They coordinated an entire day of wine tastings for us including a driver. Next time I visit Bordeaux, I’ll definitely be staying here again.
