The dry and wet areas are separated and the space is large, which is very good.
Quality for money. The staff were very nice and friendly. I’ll recommend it anytime,
A well located hotel that's easily accessible to Bordeaux city. The shower room could be better though. Excellent breakfast and the staff are friendly
The facilities were clean and tidy, although a bit overpriced in comparison to the actual amenities. Very helpful and accommodating staff!
I am satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel and the politeness and friendliness of the staff. The location is far to go to the center.
Great location
The garage for the cars was very narrow and awkward.

The Hotel was Great, 20 min walking from the City Center! All was Nice and Clean
The hotel is not big, the location is convenient, it is not bad for a one-night stop on a business trip, the staff are very friendly
The hotel is well located near public transportation and walking distance from the city famous places.
The room is spacious and confortable. It was recently refurbished, but some appliances (e. g. lights) were not working. Nevertheless, I enjoyed the stay.
Convenient, clean, and convenient for business. There is an Auchan supermarket nearby. It is only about one kilometer to the Grand Theatre. It is very convenient. Bordeaux is a place worth staying and visiting for a week.

This is the budget Ibis so don't expect much. Room was tiny but cosy. Bathroom super small but has a loo, shower and tiny sink that splashes water everywhere. Don't bother with the breakfast though. Weak coffee, toast and croissant. Museli tastes like shredded cardboard. Dining room doubles as reception and corridor.

Great central location, staff very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were decent, only reason not 5 star is due to ineffective air conditioning for me! Otherwise, great hotel.

When the sofa bed in the room opens as a bed, there is no more space to walk around. It is too big for 1 person. There is a bad smell on the floors and especially in the entrance. Great breakfast, warm welcome, clean and well-soundproofed room.
However, the pool we'd hoped for wasn't functional, there wasn't enough toilet paper for four people, no air conditioning (or was it non-functional?), and the shower drain was very limited, resulting in a minor flood...
Simple, high-quality, high-standard design, configuration and maintenance, efficient and professional team, patiently answering questions, enthusiastically helping to solve problems, safe and secure, ample parking, less than 5 minutes by tram line C station, 15 minutes by car to major attractions, affordable prices, very convenient, the best choice for self-driving tours in Bordeaux.
Hôtel is located very close by the tramway terminus.
The parking is big and closed
As for the hotel, the rooms are nice and comfortable
The restaurant offers a big and diverse buffet
The gym is small and you have to ask reception for the key to use it
Overall, nice hotel for a 2-3 days stay
🟢 The location was very convenient and easy to travel around. We parked there and then used the tramway to get around. Convenient and easy. The inside of the building looks fresh and good. The rooms were quite big so we could spread everywhere. Surprised to see the toilets and showers separated, but enjoyable. Large choice for the breakfast for 18€ but had to wait sometimes for refill.

The hotel is by the Bordeaux Lake, with direct access by light rail. As it is far from the city, the convenience is average. Next door is the conference center, which is probably quite popular when there is a conference. I stayed here when I came to Bordeaux to run the Medoc Red Wine Marathon (the starting point of the marathon shuttle bus), so during the marathon, the prices here and the Pullman opposite...
It is very clean and the restaurant is of a high standard. I was surprised that you need a password to enter and exit the hotel, which was inconvenient at first, but it can also be said that security is high.

Little bit far from center but nice stay ifyou can walk
The hotel itself is quite close to the train and bus station in Bordeaux but it is a bit far to the center. But there is public transportation in front of the hotel. Since it is a busy hotel, I could not get my room after 15:00 but ask the reception to check if they can give you another one. The room itself is quite clean and spacious. The breakfast is average in variety but enough.
Modern hotel close to the city centre.
Unfortunately the two young front desk male attendants who work in the mornings do require some retraining with respect to communication.
I came down into the lobby to ask for more toilet paper at 6.30am, we had run out and my partner wanted to use the toilet. One of the front desk male attendants said "No problems, we will give housekeeping a call and they...
Overall, we had a good experience. The room quality was not bad - clean and featuring large windows. However, we were disappointed that the hotel staff did not remind us about the breakfast included in our booking even if we asked during check-in. Aside from that, everything else was great.
When we went to breakfast, we were asked two questions, if you are poor and can't afford to pay that amount, go to that part and if you can afford to pay more go to the other part, I have never heard of this model before, it felt like you are being treated discriminated ag

Excellent Stay – Special Thanks to the Front Desk!
Our experience at Pullman Bordeaux was fantastic. The hotel is modern, clean, and comfortable, but what truly stood out was the warm and professional welcome we received at check-in. A special thank you to the lady at the reception—she was incredibly helpful, kind, and made us feel right at home from the very start. Highly recommended! Thx!
Pro's:
-very friendly staff (reception, bar, cleaning..)!
-spacious, clean rooms with comfortable beds
Con's:
-parking costs
-air conditioning could be better
Really great, price quality top, service as well. Room preheated. Wonderful job guys!
The room was comfortable and the staff were welcoming. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed as it was a Sunday but there were establishments within walking distance.
More importantly for me was that the hotel is pet friendly.
I was surprised that there was a charge to park.
The stay experience exceeded expectations! The hotel staff is warm and thoughtful, providing thoughtful guidance from entrance to check-in. The rooms are modern and elegant in design, with soft and comfortable bedding, high-end bathroom facilities and dry and wet separation. The daily cleaning is meticulous, even the corners are spotless. The breakfast buffet has a rich variety. It is highly recommended...

My husband and I stayed at the Intercontinental Bordeaux for only two nights, we were blown away by the service. We were checked in by the very lovely Andrea at the front desk. After our long day of travel she was very kind, recognising our status as IHG Platinum and Intercon. Ambassador members.
We were allocated a beautiful suite with direct view of the Opera House, along with some delicious welcome...
Maybe the best hotel experience I've ever had!
The Intercontinental Bordeaux is a historic and beautiful hotel in the very center of town. We were greeted by the most helpful and cheerful staff you could imagine that made the check in process so easy and enjoyable.
The room itself was spacious and beautiful (photos can't capture how nice). Premium products in the bathroom and the softest bed I've...
We were received and welcome by Sabrina, She was most accommodating and made us feel comfortable. Also during our stay Morgan and Andria were most helpful during our stay. George was also helping making all our reservation. All in All I can say that Intercontinental hotel in Bordeaux met all our expectation. Keep up the good work.
Thank you,
John Mirsepahi
House keeping did not replenish black tea and enough cream despite requesting on 2 occasions. In a family room for 3, only 2 bottles of water and 2 chocolates were left each day.
Other than that, staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the old original feel of the building and interiors. The family room was very spacious and we appreciated having 2 bathrooms and separate toilets.
The special gifts...
Because we were a couple, one adult and two children, we couldn't fit into a regular room, so we booked a suite. The exterior is beautiful, in the bustling area of Bordeaux. However, we were given a second-floor suite. Anyone who's stayed in an old European hotel knows that the second floor was originally a warehouse, with low ceilings and small windows. You can see the building just two meters away...
Thank you to the InterContinental team for their professionalism and hospitality. Due to a local festival, we had a hard time reaching the hotel, but Curtis went above and beyond to help us check in smoothly and rest after our long trip. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Most recommend one in 波尔多. The room is big and clean, it also have a sofa besides the window, the totilet is big! Stuff is good
Beautiful hotel in the perfect location with nice view of Cite Du Vin.
Only 20~30 mins to Margaux and also close to the Bordeaux city center too !
What most attractive is that the Cite du vin is right in front of the hotel. And the staffs are super efficient and friendly too !
A very satisfying stay. I have always liked the authenticity of Ctrip reviews for so many years. I hope I can stick to this. I am very satisfied with the hotel's facilities, hygiene, environment and services.
Friendly and polite staff, very helpful throughout our stay. However, the room was not clean, and something was biting and irritating us, which made the stay uncomfortable and needs urgent attention. On a positive note, the hotel amenities and restaurants are excellent, with a great breakfast selection and a quality Italian restaurant.
The room is very clean, and the service is very considerate! The location is also good
We originally booked 2 nights at this hotel but needed to change it to 1 night. Both the app and website didn't allow it, so had to phone the hotel. Location is great, right next to Les Halles which great for food and atmosphere. Check-in was fine, we were given a run-down of the facilities, including the roof-top bar and pool opening hours. I liked it because it isn't very expensive, it's comfy in there, and the employees are very helpful. You get a very big elevator for disabled people(no offense)
The hotel is very near from the Hôpital Pellegrin (2 minutes walk). That's the main reason I choose the hotel. The hotel has a restaurant and an open bar. The room I was in was really big. A small downside is that the TV is set too low
Good hotel with a great price and in a good location. It is definitely worth it.
The hotel is suitable for those who want to cook their own food, even during a short stay: it is always convenient to have a stove, dishes, a kettle. It should be noted that there is no daily cleaning of the room and you need to take care of taking out the trash, etc. The proximity to the tram stop is a big plus. Not sure why this structure would deserve the 3 stars. The rooms are clean enough, however:
- Super thin walls and doors, you can hear everything that goes on outside and in the neighboring rooms. Luckily I had earplugs.
- There was a bad smell in the bathroom, probably the sink wasn't property cleaned as it was also partially clogged.
- Breakfast was a let down, basically just some toast, ham,...
Nice and clean room but WiFi in bedroom is really bad and dogs bark throughout the night (guess that depends if you’re unlucky with guests/their dog).
Great hotel in a quiet neighbourhood of Bordeaux. Close to the centre and train station. Would recommend
Stayed for a week to attend a conference, room 124. The reception was nice and helpful. The room was large, clean and cleaned daily. The location is quite good: the bus is very close, tram B is not far. The city center is in walkable distance. There's some shops and restaurants around. I have nothing to complain about. If I come back to Bordeaux, I'll stay here again.
The location of Victoria Garden Bordeaux Centre is very convenient, close to the centre and easy to reach. However, our experience was mixed. The first room we were given was in the older building – it felt very dated, and the air conditioning did not work. The room is spacious and clean. We have to take the tram to go to the city centre. It’s around 5-10 mins walk to the tram station. You can’t control the air con from your room, you have to dial to the reception to change the temperature for you.
good location, relatively new property but could be better maintained includinng lobby, hallway, parking lot. Things were falling apart and the property could be outdated quicker than supposed to be.
Really nice hotel, great staff, good parking… all fine. Walk to tram, shops, Cité du vin.

We had to cancel our Airbnb due to a flight delay in Porto, Portugal. We were lucky to rebook our stay with Golden Tulip last minute during a very busy weekend (Rugby World Cup). Thanks for an excellent stay. The rooms are lovely, the staff friendly and helpful. Merci!

I would suggest bath mats in the shower particularly for older people, once the water has hit the shower it tends to be a bit slippery.
