Excellent Stay – Special Thanks to the Front Desk! Our experience at Pullman Bordeaux was fantastic. The hotel is modern, clean, and comfortable, but what truly stood out was the warm and professional welcome we received at check-in. A special thank you to the lady at the reception—she was incredibly helpful, kind, and made us feel right at home from the very start. Highly recommended! Thx!
Pro's: -very friendly staff (reception, bar, cleaning..)! -spacious, clean rooms with comfortable beds Con's: -parking costs -air conditioning could be better
Really great, price quality top, service as well. Room preheated. Wonderful job guys!
The room was comfortable and the staff were welcoming. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed as it was a Sunday but there were establishments within walking distance. More importantly for me was that the hotel is pet friendly. I was surprised that there was a charge to park.
The stay experience exceeded expectations! The hotel staff is warm and thoughtful, providing thoughtful guidance from entrance to check-in. The rooms are modern and elegant in design, with soft and comfortable bedding, high-end bathroom facilities and dry and wet separation. The daily cleaning is meticulous, even the corners are spotless. The breakfast buffet has a rich variety. It is highly recommended...
Very nice hotel for a stay in Bordeaux. Quiet and cozy. Ideally located. Very welcoming. We recommend it.

Because we were a couple, one adult and two children, we couldn't fit into a regular room, so we booked a suite. The exterior is beautiful, in the bustling area of Bordeaux. However, we were given a second-floor suite. Anyone who's stayed in an old European hotel knows that the second floor was originally a warehouse, with low ceilings and small windows. You can see the building just two meters away...
Thank you to the InterContinental team for their professionalism and hospitality. Due to a local festival, we had a hard time reaching the hotel, but Curtis went above and beyond to help us check in smoothly and rest after our long trip. I definitely recommend this hotel.
The location and service are exceptional. Truly some of the best in France we've experienced. The only part lacking are the rooms. We were upgraded and have to take two separate elevators just to get to the room. Room was small and no real place for toiletries next to the sink. Not sure i would stay here again.
We had a beautiful stay at this gorgeous hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and very welcoming and helpful with many suggestions. The hotel is absolutely beautiful!! We had many wonderful moments in the Orangery in the lobby and the bar attached. Our room was beautifully appointed and incredibly comfortable and inviting. We can’t wait to return one day !
What a lovely hotel, all the staff so attentive from the front of house conceirge and reception. The waiters and waitresses and room service. A fantastic location in the heart of beautiful bordeaux. Highly recommend this stunning hotel. Everybody was so lovely and friendly, finally the food was gorgeous we had breakfast and dinner included. Could not fault this hotel in any aspect. Everyone went above...
Absolutely LOVED this hotel, the people and the location. We booked this hotel for four nights and when I checked in, I was given the opportunity to upgrade my room to one on the top floor that was on the corner and had THREE balconies! I took it and was so pleased with the view to see sunrises and sunsets! The room itself was very comfortable. The bed was great, temperature was cool like I prefer...

Friendly and polite staff, very helpful throughout our stay. However, the room was not clean, and something was biting and irritating us, which made the stay uncomfortable and needs urgent attention. On a positive note, the hotel amenities and restaurants are excellent, with a great breakfast selection and a quality Italian restaurant.
We originally booked 2 nights at this hotel but needed to change it to 1 night. Both the app and website didn't allow it, so had to phone the hotel. Location is great, right next to Les Halles which great for food and atmosphere. Check-in was fine, we were given a run-down of the facilities, including the roof-top bar and pool opening hours. The room was fine except for a couple of items, firstly there...
This hotel is a tram journey away from the busy city centre! Loved that the wine museum and market were so close by. We were also able to take a short walk along the riverside. The room was standard and well equipped with what you expect from normal hotels, yet very clean and new. Coming to visit with an occasion of anniversary, appreciate the hotel helped decorated our room with balloons and rose...
What an amazing experience! Absolutely loved staying at this hotel, right opposite the Wine museum and close to the tram. A bit away from city centre but easy 30 min walk/20 min tram. Highly recommend staying here and would like to commend the front desk staff who were so helpful and friendly. Cherry on top was the adorable anniversary surprise we got in our room :)
Great Location and a “wow” factor on the hotel design as they have re-purposed old silos. The service was top notch and great.
Positive-Service upon entry, bathroom/shower, and cleanliness. Cons-Bed was SO soft (it was so soft I almost gave a 3 star), AC was worse than another hotel in Paris that was a lower star, the room service was limited (not what is expected for a 4 star property), and the bar had limited hours.

Location was 10minutes walk from Citi du Vin and 5 minutes to a bus stop. Enora, the receptionist, checked us in on our first day and checked us out. She was friendly, helpful and professional. Our room great size with twin beds and clean and comfortable.
The Radisson Blu Hotel chain is on the rise wherever you visit them. One of the perfect four stars hotel all over the world, with their beautiful, spacious, well equipped rooms, with their professional services, and with their unbeatable locations. Adding to all of that, the Radisson Blu in Bordeaux has a wonderful rooftop with the best views in town. Enjoy...
Return visit for us. A really excellent Hotel in many ways, especially the staff. This time we were only able to book a smaller room than before, overlooking the busy road at the front which was, needless to say, noisy. But there are only 2 such rooms per floor, & all the others are very comfortable. Breakfast room on the 5th floor has terrific views but needs to have the floor polished, & some TLC...
Loved the stay! Beautiful hotel, safe private parking, the area around the hotel looks very nice! The hotel is dog friendly, the dog can even go with you to the breakfast and our dog loved the stay. We got upgraded to a corner superior room that was very beautiful and spacious with a very big bathroom. The beds are very comfy! The breakfast is delicious and full of choice!
Starting to really love staying in the Radison Blu hotels. While each is very different, there is a consistency of both standards, and hopeful staff. This one stands out because of its close proximity to the waterfront, restaurants and its very own rooftop restaurant and lounge.
Ok, the hotel is nice. Nice rooms clean good shower. Not sure about the cage like grids in front of the windows but not bad. The roof bar is lovely, when open. Breakfast was good. 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Now The restaurant and bar Warm champagne Limited availability of wines Extremely slow service (I understand the shortage, I work in the industry. But this was extreme) Food its OK nothing to sing about. Would not eat...

I liked it because it isn't very expensive, it's comfy in there, and the employees are very helpful. You get a very big elevator for disabled people(no offense)
The hotel is very near from the Hôpital Pellegrin (2 minutes walk). That's the main reason I choose the hotel. The hotel has a restaurant and an open bar. The room I was in was really big. Maybe too big because my footsteps echoed. I asked for a quiet room but there was a service cupboard in my room with a distinctive noise of passing electric current. And the tramway was right in front of the window...

Great hotel in Bordeaux! Very nice, well-located, super clean, good amenities and the staff were super friendly. I would have given a 10/10, but although breakfast was good the scrambled eggs at breakfast were made with powdered eggs instead of real eggs . That said, the fact that this is my only complaint shows just how good the hotel really is!
perfect room and welcome, nothing to report
Quiet area in Bordeaux yet easy access via train to city Center within 10-15m
A casual, fun, modern hotel in Bordeaux. Thanks to the complete silence and great black-out shades, we slept great!
Very comfortable hotel. It's nothing too luxorious, but it's a hotel that knows what level they want to be at and achieve that perfectly. Decent breakfast, very comfortable rooms, fairly close to the tram station of Cité du Vin and 20 minutes away from the city centre. Highly recommend it for weekend get aways and travels with young people. Maybe not so good for older folks, as they have to walk a...
Really great hotel. We had an issue with the room which was sorted out exceptionally quickly. Would recommend visiting if you want a relaxed atmosphere that is good value for money. Well located hotel, right on the tram line to the airport. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and provided great service. Nice clean and spacious rooms, although the bathroom was a little small. Well priced lunch menu in the restaurant. Small let down was the dirty toilets in the public area on LG.
2nd stay for wine festival. OK location to walk to event. Easy check-in, but didn't get room allocation until we returned at midnight, as we arrived before 2pm. Room booked for two people, room appears to be ready for one. As lack of towels, 1 coffee sachet,, 1 decaf, no tea , only 2 infusions.. no long life milk. Didn't book breakfast as previous breakfast at this ibis was not good.
Like many other Ibis hotels, this one is in desperate need of renovation — it’s quite old. The reception area is okay, but the rooms are small, very hot, and outdated. The location isn’t ideal, though you can walk to the city center in about 25–30 minutes. Due to ongoing construction, there’s currently no public transport connecting the hotel to the center. Parking is available at the Carrefour next...
Good location! One tram station (tram A goes to the airport and city center) and bus stops (including bus G goes to the Saint-Jean train station) are right in front of the hotel. Have a restaurant on the ground floor good to have a coffee in the morning or drinks in the evening. The services and staff are very nice and kind but the room was dark, small, only have least amenities.

We were in Toulouse just for the night as a stopover, so we weren't looking for anything fancy. Just clean and close to the train station. This delivered. Staff were friendly.
pleasant and clean hotel, very nice staff and good value for money. The very thin pillows are the only drawback for a good night sleep
Location surpringly good, very calm safe area, train station 10min walk, and the local tram station very close makes easy access to the town. Nice rooms, friendly staff, quite a lot of noice from other rooms heavy doors closing. Some noise from other rooms can be heard.
Excellent location. Very close to the tram. Convenient to get to Saint Jean station and direct line to downtown Bordeaux. Very clean. Room was a little cramped but nice. Nice bathroom and showers. AC did not work very well. Friendly staff.
The hotel was quiet, clean and all the staff extremely friendly, helpful and approachable. There are lifts to all the floors. There is Private Parking. The hotel is situated close to restaurants, trams, trains, amenities. Good Wifi. Lovely choice of Breakfasts and drinks. I will certainly return.Barb
All good, a comfortable stay, clean and cool room, great a/c which was much appreciated, it was a fiercely hot 32°C outside but so cooling in our room overnight. Took a nearby short tram ride into the centre of Bordeaux for the evening. Excellent! Love Bordeaux! Many thanks B&B ✓

Great hotel at Bordeaux. Like the decorations of the rooms and public areas. Would book again next time. Front reception services are good.
The service attitude is very good. The room is newly decorated. Taste online
The overall experience was OK, but there was a problem with the water filter in the shower on the last night, and the room was flooded. I was not satisfied.

Great value for money and location wise, restaurant is open until late so you can get a dinner. The service in the restaurant could be better but then again it's a small team to do everything, the taste is nice though.
Spotlessly clean. Amazing value. Great breakfast. Lovely staff. Tram to city center at end of road.
Located close to the conference centre, football ground and velodrome and on tram line C to the city centre. The staff were very helpful but the rooms are rather in need of refurbishment.
Located around a crowd of all level of other Accor hotels. Surprisingly Price of stay is costlier than Pullman just in front of it.
Located near the highway , so useful for a night when on a long road trip. Also the restaurant open until 23h is good for that. Beds were very small/narrow and far below the known ibis standard for comfort. I requested an invoice on name of the company during reservation but got it on my own name. When requesting it again at the reception they finally send me the same again.
The hotel is fresh and modern downstairs with a nice bar and grill restaurant onsite, but the rooms are a bit basic, which is expected. The staff were friendly and great with our dog. There is a lake next door to walk around and good public transport into the centre.

Had an amazing experience at Konti Hotel. The rooms are very comfortable, quiet and the service was excellent. The night host Frederic was very nice to us. We arrived late at night, when everything was closed, and prepared us some snacks so we could have something to eat. He was very welcoming and had a great positive attitude every night we saw him.
We had a wonderful stay in Konti Hotel. The main street in Bordeaux old is only 5 min walk away. Rooms are stylish and clean. The breakfast room is awesome. Parking is no problem - for 15€ you can park in a near by underground parking lot. Restaurants and bars are directly outside the hotel. Staff is super friendly and makes anything possible. Merci beaucoup!
First, the service was superb at Hotel Konti. Everyone was so nice and helpful, giving us recommendations and advice on how to get out to a specific chateau since we didn't have a car. The rooms were regularly cleaned when we were out. But the location was arguably better than I could ever imagine. Great value. Interesting architecture and room design. Lovely, friendly staff and great facilities. Personally found the pillows in the bed a little uncomfortable in the morning, but that’s a personal preference as I often struggle with pillows. The included spa in the room was a real treat. Would recommend to friends and come again if in Bordeaux.
We took a break from our French house hunting and spent a couple of days in Bordeaux. To choose the hotel, I trawled through lots of recommendations and La Zoologie came up. The hotel and service were lovely. However, for a room advertised for 4 adults with a pullout sofa, the desk attendant tried to charge me a 30euro supplemental fee for use of the sofa bed. Don’t advertise it as a feature if you want to charge for it. I specifically selected the room for that. Also, breakfast wasn’t great. Cold eggs and bacon. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

I was greeted by a wonderful receptionist! I have never seen such friendliness and disposition. After spending the day walking the streets of Bordeaux, he was the 1st person I met who spoke English! The hotel is very close to the A 630 and 15 minutes from the most touristic area of Bordeaux. We stayed in a family room and the children loved their mezzanine.
