Had an amazing experience at this hotel. Would recommend to anybody. Location is perfect with tram outside the door and fabulous views of the lake. Pool is also very nice which can be hard to find in Bordeaux. I would like to give a special mention to Clemence on the reception team. Went above and beyond to give us recommendations and ideas. Had a great trip.

A modern conference hotel perfectly situated for an overnight stay on the edge of Bordeaux - close (but not so close as to hear) the motorway network. The restaurant was fine and the reception and service were very friendly and helpful. Secure parking with a short easy walk to reception was a further plus. It might be different if there was a conference taking place, but in mid-July it was very calm

The ongoing repair work does not actually cause much discomfort. The hotel creates an atmosphere of comfort and relaxation, despite its status as a business hotel

Friendly and polite staff, very helpful throughout our stay. However, the room was not clean, and something was biting and irritating us, which made the stay uncomfortable and needs urgent attention. On a positive note, the hotel amenities and restaurants are excellent, with a great breakfast selection and a quality Italian restaurant.

This hotel is a tram journey away from the busy city centre! Loved that the wine museum and market were so close by. We were also able to take a short walk along the riverside. What an amazing experience! Absolutely loved staying at this hotel, right opposite the Wine museum and close to the tram. A bit away from city centre but easy 30 min walk/20 min tram. Highly recommend staying here and would like to commend the front desk staff who were so helpful and friendly. Cherry on top was the adorable anniversary surprise we got in our room :)

Great Location and a “wow” factor on the hotel design as they have re-purposed old silos. The service was top notch and great.

Positive-Service upon entry, bathroom/shower, and cleanliness. Cons-Bed was SO soft (it was so soft I almost gave a 3 star), AC was worse than another hotel in Paris that was a lower star, the room service was limited (not what is expected for a 4 star property), and the bar had limited hours.

Location was 10minutes walk from Citi du Vin and 5 minutes to a bus stop. Enora, the receptionist, checked us in on our first day and checked us out. She was friendly, helpful and professional. Our room great size with twin beds and clean and comfortable.

Return visit for us. A really excellent Hotel in many ways, especially the staff. This time we were only able to book a smaller room than before, overlooking the busy road at the front which was, needless to say, noisy. Loved the stay! Beautiful hotel, safe private parking, the area around the hotel looks very nice! The hotel is dog friendly, the dog can even go with you to the breakfast and our dog loved the stay. We got upgraded to a corner superior room that was very beautiful and spacious with a very big bathroom. The beds are very comfy! The breakfast is delicious and full of choice!

Starting to really love staying in the Radison Blu hotels. While each is very different, there is a consistency of both standards, and hopeful staff. This one stands out because of its close proximity to the waterfront, restaurants and its very own rooftop restaurant and lounge.

I liked it because it isn't very expensive, it's comfy in there, and the employees are very helpful. You get a very big elevator for disabled people(no offense)

The hotel is very near from the Hôpital Pellegrin (2 minutes walk). That's the main reason I choose the hotel. The hotel has a restaurant and an open bar. The room I was in was really big. Ceiling of room isn't my cup of tea. It looks unfinished. The bed was comfy. Room temperature you can easily adjust. Cleaning service was good. I ordered the plate of spreadables - Moxy Mezze - which had a really funny taste, don't know if it was weird spices I never tasted or it was a bit expired. I found this to be a strange experience. First of all the industrial decor is ok but it had the feel of being a youth hostel rather than a hotel. Super clean, modern and pleasing rooms. Mattresses are really hard though. Staff are super friendly and helpful. My only complaint is for the breakfast. Fake powdered eggs are used for the scrambled eggs, the pastries were dry and hard, and the coffee wad terrible.

Good location! One tram station (tram A goes to the airport and city center) and bus stops (including bus G goes to the Saint-Jean train station) are right in front of the hotel. Have a restaurant on the ground floor good to have a coffee in the morning or drinks in the evening. The services and staff are very nice and kind but the room was dark, small, only have least amenities.

We had a 2 nights stay in the hotel and had a great experience. We checked in late, around 22h and got and Amazing big room. We were 2 people and the room was probably for 3 ppl as there was a sofa bed in case. One of the best parts was that there was a small corridor with the door in between. 2 doors were perfectly redusing the noise coming from the corridor ( happy and noisy people checking in...

Do read the reviews. There are two hotels in the same building. The ibis is very good. I have not been to ibis budget. Breakfast buffet is nice but as others have mentioned, no vegetables, very little fruit, so as vegan/vegetarian travelers bring your own. Auchan in walking distance. Coffee actually quite good.

We were in Toulouse just for the night as a stopover, so we weren't looking for anything fancy. Just clean and close to the train station. This delivered. Staff were friendly.

Location surpringly good, very calm safe area, train station 10min walk, and the local tram station very close makes easy access to the town. Nice rooms, friendly staff, quite a lot of noice from other rooms heavy doors closing. Some noise from other rooms can be heard.

Hotel well located, rooms are large and perfect. Serviceable staff, we were able to check in at 2PM even though check-in is advertised as of 4PM only (which is too late according to us). The design inside the hotel and lobby is modern. We were not able to enjoy the food & drinks services thus cannot judge. The Hotel was in a good location only 5 mins walk from the centre of town. Only disappointment was there were no Bar or Evening Restaurant facilities available. This was not clear when booking.

This is a nice hotel outside the center of town, but very close as well. The interior is well maintained and we were very comfortable in our room. A highlight was the breakfast spread.

Great value for money and location wise, restaurant is open until late so you can get a dinner. The service in the restaurant could be better but then again it's a small team to do everything, the taste is nice though.

Located around a crowd of all level of other Accor hotels. Surprisingly Price of stay is costlier than Pullman just in front of it.

Located near the highway , so useful for a night when on a long road trip. Also the restaurant open until 23h is good for that. Beds were very small/narrow and far below the known ibis standard for comfort. I requested an invoice on name of the company during reservation but got it on my own name. When requesting it again at the reception they finally send me the same again.

The hotel is fresh and modern downstairs with a nice bar and grill restaurant onsite, but the rooms are a bit basic, which is expected. The staff were friendly and great with our dog. There is a lake next door to walk around and good public transport into the centre.

Clearly not a recent hotel, some updates were made, but some details still need to be fixed. Rooms were clean.

Two things: 1. We had a very nice room - I would recommend you considering painting it a much lighter color. The room can seem dark at times. 2. I would consider keeping the rooftop bar open til at least 1am on Friday and Saturday night.

Superb service, breakfast, spa and hotel overall. Went for the weekend to celebrate my 10 year anniversary with my partner and everything was perfect from start to finish. Agathe welcomed us in super nicely, and the entire staff made the experience memorable. Would definitively recommend the spa, and don’t miss the canelés during breakfast!

Had an amazing experience at Konti Hotel. The rooms are very comfortable, quiet and the service was excellent. The night host Frederic was very nice to us. We arrived late at night, when everything was closed, and prepared us some snacks so we could have something to eat. He was very welcoming and had a great positive attitude every night we saw him.

We had a wonderful stay in Konti Hotel. The main street in Bordeaux old is only 5 min walk away. Rooms are stylish and clean. The breakfast room is awesome. Parking is no problem - for 15€ you can park in a near by underground parking lot. Restaurants and bars are directly outside the hotel. Staff is super friendly and makes anything possible. The hotel and service were lovely. However, for a room advertised for 4 adults with a pullout sofa, the desk attendant tried to charge me a 30euro supplemental fee for use of the sofa bed. Don’t advertise it as a feature if you want to charge for it. I specifically selected the room for that. Also, breakfast wasn’t great. Cold eggs and bacon. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Quite expensive 4stars hotel close to the city center (15 minutes walk away). There is not hall on the ground floor. Recepction desk is more similar to a 2stars than a 4stars hotel. The breakfast is on the last floor where you can have a nice view of the river. The quality of the breakfast is high but the price is not cheaper

Location is ideal, close to great bars and restaurants. Near tramlines and scooter parking areas. Very clean. Bathrooms are a bit cramped. Reception staff were great, although one reception staff was quite unhelpful at the bar area. Although overall good experience.

Our stay was comfortable, as usually at B&B hotels. The room was not very big but it was clean and comfortable, above all the mattress, the pillow was a bit too low for my husband (as usual, as well) but I found it ok. Breakfast was very good as well. Our stay was very satisfying.

The hotel is very close to the A 630 and 15 minutes from the most touristic area of Bordeaux. We stayed in a family room and the children loved their mezzanine. We were very lucky with the room's view of the lake. lovely hotel employees. Breakfast is worth it. The wifi did not give us any problem. Perfect for a one or two night stopover.

I was there for five nights and I found it a very quite and calm place. Lake view is additive with a nice breakfast. Staff was very helpful but most of them speak French only. My wife and I stayed at the Le Boutique Hotel for the first part of our honeymoon - the room and service were fantastic! An extremely spacious bathroom with separate shower/tub and a toilet with a bidet. All service members were very friendly. Restaurants, and shops you need are within walking distance.
