Radisson Blu Hotel Bordeaux, Bordeaux1 / 50

Bordeaux, 63 Rue Lucien Faure 🧭 Map
Location was 10minutes walk from Citi du Vin and 5 minutes to a bus stop. Enora, the receptionist, checked us in on our first day and checked us out. She was friendly, helpful and professional. Our room great size with twin beds and clean and comfortable.
The Radisson Blu Hotel chain is on the rise wherever you visit them. One of the perfect four stars hotel all over the world, with their beautiful, spacious, well equipped rooms, with their professional services, and with their unbeatable locations. Adding to all of that, the Radisson Blu in Bordeaux has a wonderful rooftop with the best views in town. Enjoy...
Return visit for us. A really excellent Hotel in many ways, especially the staff. This time we were only able to book a smaller room than before, overlooking the busy road at the front which was, needless to say, noisy. But there are only 2 such rooms per floor, & all the others are very comfortable. Breakfast room on the 5th floor has terrific views but needs to have the floor polished, & some TLC...
Loved the stay! Beautiful hotel, safe private parking, the area around the hotel looks very nice! The hotel is dog friendly, the dog can even go with you to the breakfast and our dog loved the stay. We got upgraded to a corner superior room that was very beautiful and spacious with a very big bathroom. The beds are very comfy! The breakfast is delicious and full of choice!
Starting to really love staying in the Radison Blu hotels. While each is very different, there is a consistency of both standards, and hopeful staff. This one stands out because of its close proximity to the waterfront, restaurants and its very own rooftop restaurant and lounge.
Ok, the hotel is nice. Nice rooms clean good shower. Not sure about the cage like grids in front of the windows but not bad. The roof bar is lovely, when open. Breakfast was good. 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Now The restaurant and bar Warm champagne Limited availability of wines Extremely slow service (I understand the shortage, I work in the industry. But this was extreme) Food its OK nothing to sing about. Would not eat...

This hotel saved us quite literally. More specifically Sebastian at the front desk was an angel! He was able to arrange a room for us very last minute and made sure we had everything we needed! One of the best hotel experiences i've had personally.
Really pleasant experience! Nice atmosphere and very clean rooms! Very close to the train station. The inner city is easily accessible with Tram.
We had to cancel our Airbnb due to a flight delay in Porto, Portugal. We were lucky to rebook our stay with Golden Tulip last minute during a very busy weekend (Rugby World Cup). Thanks for an excellent stay. The rooms are lovely, the staff friendly and helpful. Merci!
Excellent location, walking distance to the Bordeaux St Jean station, which will get you anywhere in the city/country. It's also close enough to walk to the city center where the museum, church, historical sites and the riverside shopping district. Staff here is excellent, very helpful and the room is clean & roomy, will definitely stay here again.
Friendly staff, great room, fantastic shower, great bathroom products and air conditioning was a boom. We had paid for breakfast and it was very good and had everything you could think of including bacon, scrambled eggs, smoked salmon bread products, pastries and much more.. Our room was spotless too and had a fridge. We stayed over the weekend and the tram system is amazing and a stop is close to...
Great location 5 minutes from Tram stop and train station. New, clean and convenient. Friendly staff (thank you Ornella), spacious room and good breakfast. BONUS: soap bar where you can choose your own soap and shampoo fragrances and take them to the room. Unique and fun.

I had an amazing stay at Mercure Bordeaux Centre-Ville hotel. The staff was very helpful and answered every request. Breakfast was nice with a lot a choice. A very good trip in Bordeaux, thanks to the hotel team.
Very nice and clean hotel. We got the breakfast in the room because of COVID and it was super good and you could choose between sugary, salty or a mix, so that was really nice!! The only bad thing was that I called 2 days before and they told me there was room service but when we arrive they told me it was closed that day...
Ok-level, standard rooms and bathroom. Everything with a slightly brutalistic vintage feeling. Breakfast was the best. Nothing extravagant but very good quality in the food.
Hotel staff are friendly, and the hotel is located quite centrally with easy access to shops and sightseeing. Unfortunately the rooms are a bit shabby and run down. Breakfast is pretty good though.
The rooms were spacious and very clean. The bathroom were huge and not difficult to figure out, shower wise. The hotel staff was very friendly and patient. Love love love it. The wifi signal was amazing as well. Will come back.
The air conditioner didn't cool in one room, but I have a different room and it's cooling. I spoke to the front desk about the one that wasn't working and he said "He asked his technician to look at it." It had been over 10 hours and nothing changed. The cooling wasn't that bad though because it was still cool outside so I opened the window. If you come in summer, just know it might be a problem...

Had an amazing experience at this hotel. Would recommend to anybody. Location is perfect with tram outside the door and fabulous views of the lake. Pool is also very nice which can be hard to find in Bordeaux. I would like to give a special mention to Clemence on the reception team. Went above and beyond to give us recommendations and ideas. Had a great trip.
A modern conference hotel perfectly situated for an overnight stay on the edge of Bordeaux - close (but not so close as to hear) the motorway network. The restaurant was fine and the reception and service were very friendly and helpful. Secure parking with a short easy walk to reception was a further plus. It might be different if there was a conference taking place, but in mid-July it was very calm
The ongoing repair work does not actually cause much discomfort. The hotel creates an atmosphere of comfort and relaxation, despite its status as a business hotel

The guy who checked us in was very friendly, the rest not so much. Bed was very hard, pillows to low. At 3 am the firealarm went of... we still do not know why and didn't get any excuus for this brutal wake up call. On our last day and night there was no hot water, they said they would fix it within the hour, next morning still no hot water. Also for this no excuus or anything. Don't expact to much...
A very pleasant surprise, it's a new hotel it all commodities including AC.. The breakfast it's nice with a variety of products. The staff it's friendly.
I spent a few days in Bordeaux in this hotel. It was affordable, clean, a good bed, free parking space next to the hotel. Location is a bit outside of the city center, but the city has excellent electrical bike rental services. You are within minutes in the center. Also, breakfast is 6.85 Eur, so very affordable.

Friendly and polite staff, very helpful throughout our stay. However, the room was not clean, and something was biting and irritating us, which made the stay uncomfortable and needs urgent attention. On a positive note, the hotel amenities and restaurants are excellent, with a great breakfast selection and a quality Italian restaurant.
We originally booked 2 nights at this hotel but needed to change it to 1 night. Both the app and website didn't allow it, so had to phone the hotel. Location is great, right next to Les Halles which great for food and atmosphere. Check-in was fine, we were given a run-down of the facilities, including the roof-top bar and pool opening hours. The room was fine except for a couple of items, firstly there...
This hotel is a tram journey away from the busy city centre! Loved that the wine museum and market were so close by. We were also able to take a short walk along the riverside. The room was standard and well equipped with what you expect from normal hotels, yet very clean and new. Coming to visit with an occasion of anniversary, appreciate the hotel helped decorated our room with balloons and rose...
What an amazing experience! Absolutely loved staying at this hotel, right opposite the Wine museum and close to the tram. A bit away from city centre but easy 30 min walk/20 min tram. Highly recommend staying here and would like to commend the front desk staff who were so helpful and friendly. Cherry on top was the adorable anniversary surprise we got in our room :)
Great Location and a “wow” factor on the hotel design as they have re-purposed old silos. The service was top notch and great.
Positive-Service upon entry, bathroom/shower, and cleanliness. Cons-Bed was SO soft (it was so soft I almost gave a 3 star), AC was worse than another hotel in Paris that was a lower star, the room service was limited (not what is expected for a 4 star property), and the bar had limited hours.

Loved our stay here. thank you room was lovely, staff really nice, breakfast was great. my only criticism was when i asked for a room i asked for parking and a dog.. they explained it was something like 22 euro and 15 euro extra to which i agreed and then they gave me a total for the night.. which i agreed. When i went to pay they added it to the total and said it wasn't included in the price. I suggested...
We stayed for the weekend to Monday. We loved our stay, the hotel missed a few amenities like wash cloth towels or vanity set. The staff was super nice and helpful and the sunset views from the room is glorious. I wish we spent more time in the hotel to enjoy it but we’ll definitely go back. The hotel has paid parking or you can park on the street and pay per hour. On Sundays weekend parking is free...
Everything was great. Nice clean rooms with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast buffet was also good with warm options and a lot of healthy choices. My only suggestion would be to be mindful of the amount of people behind the reception desk as there was a huge line and it took a very long time for checkin even with a prepaid reservation.
I stayed last week for 4 nights. This is about my 7th stay there and it honestly gets better each time. The hotel runs like a hotel should. It is extremely clean and well organized and has a very positive energy throughout. The staff are exceptional! You are warmly greeted by everyone and it is genuine. I arrived quite late at night and was checked in by Florian & Kenhn you were so great and welcoming...
I don't give 5 stars that often but this hotel deserves it! From the impeccable cleanliness to the lovely view, friendly and helpful staff, it is top notch, and for a very decent price. I'll absolutely be back!
We have just returned from a four day stay at the Hilton. The hotel and trip was great especially the hotel which in my opinion is very well located. Close to the train station and about a 10 minute walk to the nearest tram stop. The hotel is very modern with a nice bar and restaurant The staff were the biggest asset and very helpful. I arrived late and hungry after a long journey - they made me an lovely toasted sandwich served with a very nice red wine. The breakfast was worth the cost, excellent choice.
After discussing with the custommer service from an initial refusal of flexibility related to cancellation due to covid rule changes in the UK we came to an arragement. Hence I am amending my review.
Good breakfast and very nice staff. Rooms are standard ibis, so clean and comfortable without much character. But the location is great - steps from the train station and a short walk from many city centre attractions. Easy onsite parking is also available.
Great staff and a perfectly cosy hotel. Also has a great location next to the train station and not far from the centre.

The hotel is very near from the Hôpital Pellegrin (2 minutes walk). That's the main reason I choose the hotel. The hotel has a restaurant and an open bar. The room I was in was really big. Maybe too big because my footsteps echoed. I asked for a quiet room but there was a service cupboard in my room with a distinctive noise of passing electric current. Great modern hotel. Very friendly staff. Comfortable and clean. Possibility to make your own coffee and meal in the room. Dishwasher available. Five minute walk from tram station. Noisy traffic.
Great pit stop. Lovely room and really good value for money. Also comes with kitchenette which is amazing given the price. We didn't purchase breakfast as we had food which we stored in the fridge. Also parked across the road for free. Walked into town. Leisurely stroll took about 15 minutes.

Clean rooms and comfortable beds. It's walking distance to some really spectacular sights in Bordeaux. The AC controller doesn't seem to make an impact on the temperature in the room
Situated on the south bank, a little in land and in a residential area, the hotel is well located for many local attractions. The staff were extremely polite and friendly - nothing was too much for them to make the stay better. The main area of the hotel looks a bit dated, however the rooms are being upgraded so assume this will be transformed at some point.

Very comfortable hotel. It's nothing too luxorious, but it's a hotel that knows what level they want to be at and achieve that perfectly. Really great hotel. We had an issue with the room which was sorted out exceptionally quickly. Would recommend visiting if you want a relaxed atmosphere that is good value for money. Ceiling of room isn't my cup of tea. It looks unfinished. The bed was comfy. Room temperature you can easily adjust. Cleaning service was good. I ordered the plate of spreadables - Moxy Mezze - which had a really funny taste, don't know if it was weird spices I never tasted or it was a bit expired. Tzaziki was pretty plain and hummus too salty. Breakfast could have more choices.. Variety of drinks...
I found this to be a strange experience. First of all the industrial decor is ok but it had the feel of being a youth hostel rather than a hotel. So check in was stressful, a struggle, and time consuming. Eventually was able to enter the...
Super clean, modern and pleasing rooms. Mattresses are really hard though. Staff are super friendly and helpful. My only complaint is for the breakfast. Fake powdered eggs are used for the scrambled eggs, the pastries were dry and hard, and the coffee wad terrible.

Good location! One tram station (tram A goes to the airport and city center) and bus stops (including bus G goes to the Saint-Jean train station) are right in front of the hotel. Have a restaurant on the ground floor good to have a coffee in the morning or drinks in the evening. The services and staff are very nice and kind but the room was dark, small, only have least amenities.
We had a 2 nights stay in the hotel and had a great experience. We checked in late, around 22h and got and Amazing big room. Do read the reviews. There are two hotels in the same building. The ibis is very good. I have not been to ibis budget. Breakfast buffet is nice but as others have mentioned, no vegetables, very little fruit, so as vegan/vegetarian travelers bring your own. Auchan in walking distance. Coffee actually quite good.

It was fantastic pool was technically a bath! Rooms were perfect i found it spacious enough inside the bathroom but we had to wait for a long time to get our room ready and there was a fire alarm ringing outside my room at 4 AM lasted for a bit everything else was great,Thank you for reading
My wife and I stayed at the Le Boutique Hotel for the first part of our honeymoon - the room and service were fantastic! An extremely spacious bathroom with separate shower/tub and a toilet with a bidet. All service members were very friendly. Restaurants, and shops you need are within walking distance. Overall, it's a great deal and it was absolutely the best room we had during our trip. Thanks again
The rooms are pretty nice, albeit the one we had was a little cramped with the way the bathroom and toilets are layed out, but what really sets LBHB apart is the staff and attention to detail. I adore this hotel! Literally the kindest staff ever and such a comfortable and cozy vibe to the whole place. It’s also in a great location! They coordinated an entire day of wine tastings for us including a driver. Next time I visit Bordeaux, I’ll definitely be staying here again.
Such a great hotel with the nicest concierge staff every single shift! Loved the historic feel with the marble, wrought iron, board & batten, but modern twists with the emerald tones. Loved to wind down in the siting area every night. Appreciated the complementary drinks & snacks. Didn't really get to enjoy the courtyard or spa, but it looked very nice! pleasant and clean hotel, very nice staff and good value for money. The very thin pillows are the only drawback for a good night sleep

Great value for money and location wise, restaurant is open until late so you can get a dinner. The service in the restaurant could be better but then again it's a small team to do everything, the taste is nice though.
Located close to the conference centre, football ground and velodrome and on tram line C to the city centre. The staff were very helpful but the rooms are rather in need of refurbishment.
Located around a crowd of all level of other Accor hotels. Surprisingly Price of stay is costlier than Pullman just in front of it.
Located near the highway , so useful for a night when on a long road trip. Also the restaurant open until 23h is good for that. Beds were very small/narrow and far below the known ibis standard for comfort. I requested an invoice on name of the company during reservation but got it on my own name. When requesting it again at the reception they finally send me the same again.
The hotel is fresh and modern downstairs with a nice bar and grill restaurant onsite, but the rooms are a bit basic, which is expected. The staff were friendly and great with our dog. There is a lake next door to walk around and good public transport into the centre.
Clearly not a recent hotel, some updates were made, but some details still need to be fixed. Rooms were clean.
