The room was comfortable and the staff were welcoming. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed as it was a Sunday but there were establishments within walking distance. More importantly for me was that the hotel is pet friendly. I was surprised that there was a charge to park.

Because we were a couple, one adult and two children, we couldn't fit into a regular room, so we booked a suite. The exterior is beautiful, in the bustling area of Bordeaux. However, we were given a second-floor suite. Anyone who's stayed in an old European hotel knows that the second floor was originally a warehouse, with low ceilings and small windows. Thank you to the InterContinental team for their professionalism and hospitality. Due to a local festival, we had a hard time reaching the hotel, but Curtis went above and beyond to help us check in smoothly and rest after our long trip. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The location and service are exceptional. Truly some of the best in France we've experienced. The only part lacking are the rooms. We were upgraded and have to take two separate elevators just to get to the room. Room was small and no real place for toiletries next to the sink. Not sure i would stay here again.

We booked this hotel for four nights and when I checked in, I was given the opportunity to upgrade my room to one on the top floor that was on the corner and had THREE balconies! Beautiful hotel in the perfect location with nice view of Cite Du Vin.  Only 20~30 mins to Margaux and also close to the Bordeaux city center too !  What most attractive is that the Cite du vin is right in front of the hotel. And the staffs are super efficient and friendly too !

Friendly and polite staff, very helpful throughout our stay. However, the room was not clean, and something was biting and irritating us, which made the stay uncomfortable and needs urgent attention. On a positive note, the hotel amenities and restaurants are excellent, with a great breakfast selection and a quality Italian restaurant.

We originally booked 2 nights at this hotel but needed to change it to 1 night. Both the app and website didn't allow it, so had to phone the hotel. The room is spacious and clean. We have to take the tram to go to the city centre. It’s around 5-10 mins walk to the tram station. You can’t control the air con from your room, you have to dial to the reception to change the temperature for you.

good location, relatively new property but could be better maintained includinng lobby, hallway, parking lot. Things were falling apart and the property could be outdated quicker than supposed to be.

1 day get away Great place with free parking, request ticket at parking kiosk via voice then get it validated at end, breakfest was awesome best bacon ever, staff speaks great english, lots of restaurants nearby, left car there and uber myself to downtown and avoid eco car penalty. 45 min drive to sain emilion.

The price is expensive, there are no other disadvantages, in the city center, close to the scenic area.

Very poor front desk service, very bad attitude

I liked it because it isn't very expensive, it's comfy in there, and the employees are very helpful. You get a very big elevator for disabled people(no offense)

The hotel is very near from the Hôpital Pellegrin (2 minutes walk). That's the main reason I choose the hotel. The hotel has a restaurant and an open bar. The room I was in was really big. Maybe too big because my footsteps echoed. I asked for a quiet room but there was a service cupboard in my room with a distinctive noise of passing electric current. And the tramway was right in front of the window...

Great hotel in Bordeaux! Very nice, well-located, super clean, good amenities and the staff were super friendly. I would have given a 10/10, but although breakfast was good the scrambled eggs at breakfast were made with powdered eggs instead of real eggs . That said, the fact that this is my only complaint shows just how good the hotel really is!

Really great hotel. We had an issue with the room which was sorted out exceptionally quickly. Would recommend visiting if you want a relaxed atmosphere that is good value for money. Well located hotel, right on the tram line to the airport. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and provided great service. Nice clean and spacious rooms, although the bathroom was a little small. Well priced lunch menu in the restaurant. Small let down was the dirty toilets in the public area on LG.

2nd stay for wine festival. OK location to walk to event. Easy check-in, but didn't get room allocation until we returned at midnight, as we arrived before 2pm. Room booked for two people, room appears to be ready for one. As lack of towels, 1 coffee sachet,, 1 decaf, no tea , only 2 infusions.. no long life milk. Didn't book breakfast as previous breakfast at this ibis was not good.

Like many other Ibis hotels, this one is in desperate need of renovation — it’s quite old. The reception area is okay, but the rooms are small, very hot, and outdated. The location isn’t ideal, though you can walk to the city center in about 25–30 minutes. Due to ongoing construction, there’s currently no public transport connecting the hotel to the center. We thank the B&B hotel for finding us an arrangement (date change). Very warm welcome from the host present that evening at 10:30 p.m. who was able to manage the multiple setbacks with humor and professionalism. Very good breakfast (copious) including a young team at the service, attentive and caring. I highly recommend!

We needed a hotel for one night, near Gare St. Jean and this one resuted in a great place. The room is confortable enough for a one night stay, and is really close to the station. The people at the Front Desk was very helpfull and kindness.

The staffs at receptions counter are very helpful and polite. Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. But at the last night, when I bck to hotel around 9pm and found that room service has forgotten to clean up my room.

Located around a crowd of all level of other Accor hotels. Surprisingly Price of stay is costlier than Pullman just in front of it.

Located near the highway , so useful for a night when on a long road trip. Also the restaurant open until 23h is good for that. Beds were very small/narrow and far below the known ibis standard for comfort. I requested an invoice on name of the company during reservation but got it on my own name. When requesting it again at the reception they finally send me the same again.

The hotel is fresh and modern downstairs with a nice bar and grill restaurant onsite, but the rooms are a bit basic, which is expected. The staff were friendly and great with our dog. There is a lake next door to walk around and good public transport into the centre.

Had an amazing experience at Konti Hotel. The rooms are very comfortable, quiet and the service was excellent. The night host Frederic was very nice to us. We arrived late at night, when everything was closed, and prepared us some snacks so we could have something to eat. He was very welcoming and had a great positive attitude every night we saw him.

We had a wonderful stay in Konti Hotel. The main street in Bordeaux old is only 5 min walk away. Rooms are stylish and clean. The breakfast room is awesome. Parking is no problem - for 15€ you can park in a near by underground parking lot. Restaurants and bars are directly outside the hotel. Staff is super friendly and makes anything possible. First, the service was superb at Hotel Konti. Everyone was so nice and helpful, giving us recommendations and advice on how to get out to a specific chateau since we didn't have a car. The rooms were regularly cleaned when we were out. But the location was arguably better than I could ever imagine. Personally found the pillows in the bed a little uncomfortable in the morning, but that’s a personal preference as I often struggle with pillows. The included spa in the room was a real treat. The hotel and service were lovely. However, for a room advertised for 4 adults with a pullout sofa, the desk attendant tried to charge me a 30euro supplemental fee for use of the sofa bed. Don’t advertise it as a feature if you want to charge for it. I specifically selected the room for that. Also, breakfast wasn’t great. Cold eggs and bacon. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Quite expensive 4stars hotel close to the city center (15 minutes walk away). There is not hall on the ground floor. Recepction desk is more similar to a 2stars than a 4stars hotel. The breakfast is on the last floor where you can have a nice view of the river. The quality of the breakfast is high but the price is not cheaper

Location is ideal, close to great bars and restaurants. Near tramlines and scooter parking areas. Very clean. Bathrooms are a bit cramped. Reception staff were great, although one reception staff was quite unhelpful at the bar area. Although overall good experience.

Our stay was comfortable, as usually at B&B hotels. The room was not very big but it was clean and comfortable, above all the mattress, the pillow was a bit too low for my husband (as usual, as well) but I found it ok. Breakfast was very good as well. Our stay was very satisfying.

The hotel is very close to the A 630 and 15 minutes from the most touristic area of Bordeaux. We stayed in a family room and the children loved their mezzanine. We were very lucky with the room's view of the lake. lovely hotel employees. Breakfast is worth it. The wifi did not give us any problem. Perfect for a one or two night stopover.

We stayed here for an overnight stay for for christmas market in Bordeaux. Out of all the Ibis that we stayed at even though we were on the main road , this one is the quietist, no banging doors people going in the room, cant hear people walk down the corridor. We’ve regularly used Accor hotels during travels and have enjoyed the Styles brand in other cities. For our three night stay this one fell way short of the mark. The location is out of the city centre, a 15 minute walk away. It’s on a busy road, with trams running outside and the Police National building practically next door. We stayed for one night and chose the hotel because of its convenient location, on the tram line for the airport, 15 min walk into centre of Bordeaux. Staff were friendly and polite, room was fine for 3 adults, clean and very comfy beds. Breakfast was really good value and there was a great selection. Would def stay again. Much quieter and better value than staying in the centre of the city.

Great hotel if you find yours lad in Bordeaux for work and if you also need access to the tram and to the airport. There’s a nice pool and good food. A little bit away from the city centre but there is access via tram or via taxi- we used an Uber and it was easy

Modern, clean with comfy beds. The photos show the rooms to be larger than what I remember. Tight reception area but adequate. Good breakfast the next morning to get you started. The 'Styles' brand of Ibis seems to be just a little bit better than the regular Ibis. All good.

It was almost 770 euros for 3 nights, the most expensive stay in our Europe trip. Nothing special. The room was unexpectedly small. But it was tidy and comfortable.

The hotel is beautiful and the team members lovely . Food good quality. However lack of management presence meant that a staffing issue on Sunday evening was not resolved leaving guests with no explanation & food/ drinks that took over an hour & a half to arrive and on Monday shortages of breakfast items by 9.45am. A shame as otherwise we had a wonderful stay.
