We used this as an overnight stop on our way to Cherbourg. Rooms very good, bar area very good, Pool and recreational facilities very good, Restaurant choices limited but OK. Will use again.

Had a reasonably comfortable stay. I wish the air con would go slightly cooler but apart from that was ok. Friendly staff

The personnel is great at this hotel. Breakfast is very good, the park around the hotel is pleasant and with an additional swimming pool. The fitness center is decently supplied. The biggest downside is the rooms are old and some noise can be heard from neighbouring rooms

Excellent hotel perhaps let down by lack of menu for vegetarians (even though a vegetarian menu was listed in the hotel description); however excellent staff we able to produce a good quality option for us.

Pleasant enough no tea, coffee or milk in the room, breakfast was cold. We arrived 9pm possibly a last minute booking by Skills so they may not have been prepared. Breakfast was good lots of choice hot food was Luke warm. Stayed 1 night

We have stayed here before and it always meets our expectations. The rooms are comfortable with acceptable AC at this time of year. Coffee/tea facilities are available. Sadly the hotel has cut back on lotions in the bathroom. The hairdryer situation was ludicrous. We don’t expect much from Accor’s Mercure chain of 3/4star hotels and we’re usually right. In Newport they forgot to service our room and the TV in the lounge of our junior suite didn’t work but Mercure Bourges is even worse, The first Privilege room we were shown was so dark we couldn’t seen as it had tiny little windows. Stayed here a few times. It’s a good hotel to be fair, decent selection for breakfast, nice patio area. The bar is pretty decent as well. The only complaint I have is, the rooms I have stayed in have always been too warm, and the aircon didn’t blow cold. for me the best thing about the hotel is the restaurant room/building, it’s fabulous.

I recently stayed at Hôtel de bourbon and had an outstanding experience. From the money I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and my room was ready ahead of schedule.

First thing to say - Bourges is a great city, and one we must visit again and spend some time in. This budget hotel was just fine for what we wanted, though the building and some of the decor was looking a bit tired. Our room, the staff and the breakfast were all fine. Easy walking distance from the hotel into the town.

The hotel was centrally located for all of our walking and driving excursions. Parking is free for hotel guests.

The hotel is located on walking distance from the historical center of Bourges. A typical Ibis hotel: basic, but clean and convenient. Breakfast was ok. You can also have dinner in the hotel. Also here, food was average but adequate. So if you just want a place to sleep, and nothing more, no reason not to go to this hotel.

Ideal location for a stop over, either outbound or return from Southern France. Have used this hotel several times and not been disappointed. Added bonus is the discount you get at local eateries by showing your room card.

Very close to the highway, but very silent. Rooms are comfy, there is a Tesla Supercharger in the backyard. Everything was good and well thought for the drivers who need a stopover in the mid France. Coffee and the breakfast could be better though

The hotel is on a good location, with nice and clean rooms. The staff is really friendly and there are some extra's that can be fun, like a pool table. Looking at the rate of the rooms, and the overall experience, it is not always up to par: For example the breakfast is quite poor, and absolutely not comparable to other hotels for the same price range.

This place is nice for a stop over but it was dirty. There were various little things that made the experience less enjoyable, such as that the room seemed like somebody had started cleaning and did not quite finish. Overall this hotel is okay it definitely not the best I have stayed at though.

Secure parking for Motorcycles. With a short walk to the centre. Staff were excellent, allowing us to check in early and even providing a coffee. Nice rooms and really good service.

Good clean hotel with modern bathroom and large shower. Free parking. 10 minutes walk into city. We had room at front and didn't experience any traffic noise. We booked this hotel because it was next door to Buffalo Grill. Didn't have breakfast as thought a little pricey and was keen to get on our journey home. Would definitely recommend for 1/2 nights stop.

Showers and breakfast are OK. Wi-Fi is literally impossible to connect to. Not the best hotel of my life. But quite tolerable I guess.

This is a super unique hotel is a really cool french town. Its right in the middle of town and has garage parking. There are lots of things in walking distance here. The breakfast is terrible though, there is an AMAZING bakery a block away, go there and you will have a perfect stay.

This is a good hotel which is located in the lovely town of Bourges. We stop here as it’s located halfway on our journey between the UK and Spain. What makes it superb is Amelia and Hubert. They are so friendly and efficient. Thank you Rowland, Reymundo and Bella!

A traditional - in the good sense - hotel, with a warm and friendly environment. Staff are very polite and helpful, and my room was spacious and extremely convenient. Ideal for family holidays or business. Free Wi-Fi. The breakfast had an excellent range of English and continental choices, with a good time window to cater for the business and family clientele.

Very comfortable hotel in a great location. Quiet and a very comfortable bed. We selected the superior room that included a small fridge and tea kettle. Parking is available at the hotel for €14. We decided not to have the breakfast, but we could smell the bacon. Bourges cathedral should not be missed! Definitely would recommend this hotel over the other options.

Clean and comfortable stay, had the basics that we needed for a couple of nights stay.

We stayed in a quadruple room. Bus stop nearby with a free bus running to the center. Boulangerie Tradition is in 2 minutes walking distance.

This is such a lovely, quirky and beautiful place to stay. We were given the warmest welcome and nothing seemed too much trouble. Really lovely host. Highly recommended.

This small b and b was for us just brilliant. We enjoyed the quirky decor, with loads of colour paintings and artifacts. The welcome was warm. The breakfast was great. It's central to the city.

This was the last day of our trip, but we lost a sun protection jacket here. We emailed the hotel, but received no response. We called them, but they said their English was poor and we couldn't understand. We asked them to return the jacket through Ctrip, but they absolutely didn't have it. We're giving them a bad review!!! We won't accept any rebuttal!

A strange smell upon entering the room. No electrical outlets at the headboard. No courtesy tray with a kettle, coffee, or tea. In the bathroom, the cups aren't vacuum-sealed. The bathtub drains poorly, and a strange smell occurs when the water runs. The same smell as upon entering the room. No air conditioning, but a fan sits on the desk. The doorbell doesn't work. As a result, the door stays open...

Nothing wrong. All clean and passable ... ut you can get better. Quality for your money elsewhere. Breakfast was tasty, but there is no toilet in the dining floor, you have to go up one floor and then it is just a toilet, no sink so turn your key card in AFTER breakfast so you may still wash your hands.

The relation between price and service is ok

Easy to get to the property. The room is super small and the shower is super small. But the hot water was plentiful, the room was generally quiet and the room itself was clean. A good choice for a cheap, no-frills stay with staff who have zero interest in you.

Very claustrophobic room with a tiny bathroom. Bad lumpy pillows but good matrasses. Very noisy, you can hear road noises but also every other guest, especially their toilets and showers. Poor breakfast, very dirty coffee/tea machine and not enough room to accommodate every guest. Nothing to see or do in the neighborhood. Low cost but still too high.

The hotel is well located right next to the airport, the shower on the other hand is quite small and the breakfast is less than in other Kyriad, otherwise nothing to say comfortable bedding and good reception by the staff

It was a decent hotel. The only thing I found weird is they had the seats of the picnic table chained up so that you couldn't sit there.

We had a lovely 5 night stay here. Everything was perfect. Our room was quiet, clean with TV, towels and excellent wi-fi. Breakfast was available at a reasonable cost too. We were able to visit all the sites only a short drive away and eat locally within a little walk to several restaurants nearby. We would highly recommend B and B Hotels. We are now looking for our next break away.

Useful stop over hotel, with automatic facilities. Fortunately we found a member of staff who could book us in. However, I do not think it was her main job. There was a choice of restaurantes in the area. We chose the fish restaurant which tuned out to be brilliant, although very busy.

Our room was very good, very clean, all dispensaries topped up, self check-in was easy and the staff we spoke to over the phone was very friendly. The hotel is probably only 2* because there is no elevator, we found it better than a nearby 3* we stayed at last year ! The nearby Pat a Pain bakery is great before hitting the road.

The accommodation offers value for money. We needed a simple, single, overnight stay for a family of four. The room was a good size. The bathroom was very cramped, poor ventilation and in need of refurbishment. That said, we didn't need to use the shower etc as we only needed somewhere to simply sleep for a few hours. I would recommend this room if you need a place to sleep and have on other requirements...

Good value in Bourges Attractive 19 century chateau with good parking on site. But the car park covering is gravel and clay which is very messy when wet. The room while spacious was an obvious and not very attractive carve up or a grand room. Excellent and very helpful and friendly receptionist. Very reasonable price. Would stay again.

One of our best stays ever. Mgr Florien picked us up when we could not find the house. Carried our bags upstairs. We got an upgrade to the best room. It was sensational!
