Staff are very polite and helpful and will assist you with anything you need.
The pool is small, but has a great family atmosphere.
Beach is only a 2 minute walk away.
Location is quite excellent, I recommend visiting “Mail de rochelongue”, lots of shops and places to eat around there, including halal options.
You will be staying at a sort of self service apartment, so everything from cleaning to washing must be done yourself.
I would like to warn that extra toilet paper was not provided. Hand wash and dish soap was not provided
Washing machines cost €8 euros to use.
The beach was very close by and also other restaurants and bars were walking distance.
Overal a nice experience.
The TV in both our suites was located stupidly facing perpendicular to the bed, which meant you'd have to sit on a cushion stool if you want to watch. Someone clearly hadn't thought this out.
WARNING: the WiFi is horribly slow, and unreliable. Even WhatsApp messages take minutes to send, and the connection keeps dropping off and requires reconnecting via the passcode page if you move 5 metres from your room. In 2021 there really is no excuse. Just shows they wanted to cut corners at the expense of providing guests a much-needed service.
