Good hotel with very good facilities

It was a nice hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. Two things to improve are the breakfast, which was too simple for the price charged. The second thing is that there is no elevator. Maybe impossible to install but nevertheless it would be a great improvement,

We have a fantastic stay in the Capao Beach hotel, the level of service was excellent across all aspects of the hotel. Everything was great but I'd hoped our room could have been upgraded to match the rest of the hotel. The bathroom / shower was a bit of a joke with no water pressure and running hot/cold. Stayed for 3 nights and had a lovely time. Cramped shower was only slight negative but more then made up for by everything else and staff were very helpful and accommodating for our kids

We were a group of friends with teenagers (26 of us in total) and all stayed at Capao Beach for the long weekend. Everything was excellent ! - great service from the reception desk, to the breakfast and restaurant team members. Excellent accomodation ideal location well equipped appartment. Pool & Sun terrace always kept clean as was whole property. Very friendly and helpful staff. I will return and would recommend.

The place is not a hotel. Requires guests to put their used linens and towels in plastic bag and also take the trash out

The hotel is just inside the entrance to the naturist section of Cap d'Agde on the left. Just inside the entrance, you make a U-turn to the left - where you're supposed to - and then an immediate right and you're there. It is easily walkable to the beach and all areas of the naturist section. It was our first time at Cap d'Agde. We had a great stay. We'll definitely come back.

Very nice hotel in walking distance from the marina with restaurants, bars and shops. We (2 adults, 1 teenager) had a very nice suite with ample place for us all. Stylish, spacious and very clean rooms. Not the cheapest option, but well worth it. Paid parking in a locked garage.

Well appointed fairly modern hotel in central location. Had a rooftop jacuzzi steam room and seating area. Hotel offered breakfast at additional charge. Free on site parking was nice. It was a bit noisy at night from some neighbors but I don’t think that was typical occurrence.

Well positioned very much enjoyed this hotel. Good well equipped room. Excellent separate hairdryer. Separate toilet to shower room. Delighted with use of Nuxe products in room. Comfortable bed. Too tired to go out to eat, we were surprised and delighted to enjoy one of the best meals during our travels. Great beaches and marina. The hotel is in a quiet location. Dinner last night by Chef Simon was superb. The room is excellent. Breakfast on the other hand leads a lot to be desired. No fresh sausage, greasy bacon, over cooked scrambled eggs and a poor charcuterie....

Our room was clean and well taken care of. Great location and all else was good, except none of the hotel staff spoke English.

Nice environment, handgel, dogs allowed, but the beds are pretty hard and cleaning of elevator (Covid!!) could be better.

Great location. Biggest downside was that in the studio apartment there was a pull out bed. This was not in the listing I read and it was terribly uncomfortable. Other than that, it was a good place to stay.

Nice location, right on the beach, lots of dining options nearby. The studio was perfect for my stay. Everything I needed was there and a convenience store was also nearby. Friendly welcome and check out.

We are used to coming, thank you for the welcome (lady with the accent) we had accommodation by the swimming pool this year, very clean + air conditioning the only downside is the maintenance of the swimming pool, which seems to have abandoned the leaves, and no more night tarpaulin to keep the heat, not too hot! and very damaged deckchairs and parasols.... too bad

From the outside, it's a nice, new, modern hotel. It's not far from the beach. It has a nice, heated swimming pool. 👍 The reception staff are nice, but the reception area itself needs improvement to make it more welcoming; at the moment, you get the impression of entering a hospital rather than a hotel. The rooms are a decent size, but we were disappointed by the low quality of the materials and equipment...

Lovely hotel with an excellent heated pool which protects it from the wind. Apartment style rooms are spacious. The rooms have capsule coffee machines, drip machines without filter paper, but no French press. Big bathrooms. It is about 500m from the beach.

We stayed here last year and had a great time. The rooms were clean and we had a view of the pool. The rooms do get very warm and the fan wasn't much help during the night. Staff was very nice and helpful. The beach was very close by and also other restaurants and bars were walking distance. Overal a nice experience.

Had a wonderful experience. Christine was always there to help with whatever was needed. All staff were kind and friendly, and the atmosphere made for an enjoyable stay. The location is perfect for harbour, casino and shops. The beach is a short walk away. Overall a lovely stay. Highly recommended.

Great little hotel in a great location, just a couple of minutes in a taxi to the luna park and aqua park. Rooms are basic but clean and have everything you need. Service at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Check out is at midday if you get breakfast which was really useful, and we were able to stay by the pool for an hour or so after

The staff was amazing, and so was the breakfast. The location was perfect if you want to combine beach and shopping.

This one is what it says on the tin. A two star hotel. Overall positive and worth the €67 we paid for the night. If you are looking for a place to sleep for the night this is fine. They also provide parking which is very valuable. Me and my family have been to this hotel for the past 10 years, when my children were small and as teenagers, the manager/owner has always been great to me and my family, two years ago we took my twin grand sons who would not leave the pool for hours on end. The sea is just a ten minute walk away with many back bars/restaurants with great food. I would recommend this hotel to families and singles alike...

Small hotel, looks a bit dated but why does one use a hotel? I, to sleep and for that this hotel is great (I could barely hear that france won the football final). Family room is huge, owners are very nice people and yes the owner does have a sick sense of humour. Pool is of an acceptable size, but when you have the sea not even 1km away, why not go to the beach? 8€ for breakfast is not cheap, but...

We spent a week at Oz'Inn and loved it. Service was always friendly and you could get pretty much anything you needed. Having a room here was very convenient when attending any of their popular parties or a quick late night dip in the rooftop Jacuzzi. Close to everything we needed.

Not worth it in my opinion, the most expensive hotel in town and for no reason. I stayed at three total different hotels during my time there and this one didn’t offer anything the others didn’t and for double the price. It was fine, clean, comfortable as were all the rest. We attended a rooftop party and it was amazing! DJ Julian V played great music and the Hot tub was spectacular.

Great place with a great service and people around

It was our first time at the Cap so everything seemed new and exciting. We found the price a little high for the value ( no breakfast included, air conditioning not working ) Also not too much action going on comparatively to other places. Definitely very clean.

It was a very good hotel. Private parking, good bed and friendly staff. I needed to have breakfast before than the established breakfast hour and when i woke up i had everything prepared. Nice hotel with a large and deep pool, very close to the sea, good beds, we could store the bikes in a shed, abundant breakfast (though that was not cheap). Possibility to have good and cheap cocktails in the evening. Some things could be better maintained like the beds for the pool or even an umbrella for the sun?

Good value - you get what you pay for. Basic 2 star. We stayed for 2nights and the room wasn’t cleaned between the days. Someone just put a new bin liner in the bin. The bed wasn’t tidied. The tisane towels just left where we left them. Not great service.

2* hotel, nice room, very clean. The little extra is the swimming pool on the 3rd floor terrace, very good for cooling off after a long drive in the heat. The breakfast buffet is excellent value for money. The weak point is the noise made on the stairs. It is reflected in the room, fortunately most people prefer the elevator. The welcome is also very friendly.

A real touch of France. Clean and quiet. Owners, Martine and Jerome make it feel like family. Nothing too much bother. Nothing like hot chocolate for breakfast. Location perfect for access to train station and from train station by shuttle bus to Beziers airport only fifteen minutes. You will enjoy.

My husband and I stayed in a room overlooking the river, it was superb, lovely location, walking distance from shops, restaurants and old town. Lovely ambience and delightful hosts.

The hotel is basic but clean. The room was air conditioned which was welcome in the current heat wave, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was adequate, fresh and tasty. The proprietors were very friendly, accomodating and helpful, so if I go to the area again I would be happy to use this hotel again. All in all, a good experience

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It is not fancy and they are working on upgrading the rooms. The owner of the hotel was extremely helpful and friendly. We had bikes and they were ready to store them overnight and until we were ready to leave. The location is ideal. We had a beautiful view of the canal and city. We stay there again.

Positive points: Ideal location on the port of Cap, warm welcome, breakfast offered (be careful to book it the day before, reception does not necessarily specify this), pleasant common areas, air-conditioned rooms. Fairly low value for money despite everything, little care given to comfort in the rooms (little decoration, aging style, very small fridge, damp stains on the ceiling, toilets and bathroom...

Well located hotel. Parking assured but paid. Spacious and well-equipped room. No extraneous noise.

Parking only by reservation, too bad because it is very difficult to park even out of season. Mattress not great we feel all the springs. Slightly old hotel, headboard in raw chipboard, fridge that closes very poorly (not a mini bar, contained 2 50 cl bottles of water), no hairdryer. Very clean. We didn't try the swimming pool, we were happy that they accepted doggies.

Nice suite, very spacious, lots of garden space, a spa and really curated in any pirate-related detail. The bar/restaurant which functions during the day wasn't so nice though. At 1pm they had already run out of many options and the food was pretty blended. We went to the night show and it was fun. The food did improve a bit at night. Lovely staff and pirates.

This review is just for the hotel, because the restaurant attached to it, was very disappointing. At check in one of the receptionists took us to relax in their pirate themed lobby with a cold drink while we reviewed our reservation. I would say this place is Okay! The food is not the best. It is crowded over the weekend because they allow visitors to enter. The kids were excited about it for the first day and then they were ready to leave ..

Great pools, decorations and facilities (like the barbecue and equipped kitchen). The free taxi service to the beach and friendly staff. It was great to be allowed to use the pools for the rest of the day after checking out but it was sad to see the poor condition of the changing rooms (damaged, dirty) and the fact that at least one third of the lockers were broken and nobody cares about that.

We were in the Hotel for 7 nights. The Hotel was clean and pretty quiet. It is directly near the city so you have about 1 minute by foot and you'll be by the peers. The staff was friendly and always happy. Also they kept the distance to you when you came in and wore the mask nearly always. It was a great time, easy to adjust shower, not like in every other hotel where you need to figure out the temperature...
