We spent a week at Oz'Inn and loved it. Service was always friendly and you could get pretty much anything you needed. Having a room here was very convenient when attending any of their popular parties or a quick late night dip in the rooftop Jacuzzi. Close to everything we needed.

We attended a rooftop party and it was amazing! DJ Julian V played great music and the Hot tub was spectacular.

Nice place for summer holidays. The choise of breakfast is much better than last year. Personnel excellent, especially reception and lady who prepared and served breakfast. Cleaning ladies are also very kind. One more thing, the day after parties on the roof you can find pieces of broken baloons, glaces, bottles etc. The white plastic boxes on the roof near the showers and showers has to be cleaned...

Everything was great but I'd hoped our room could have been upgraded to match the rest of the hotel. The bathroom / shower was a bit of a joke with no water pressure and running hot/cold. The rest of the hotel was gorgeous. Two pools, nice restaurant, really lovely, kind staff. We didn't have breakfast because we thought it was so expensive (€22 per person) and when we walked through the restaurant...

Stayed for 3 nights and had a lovely time. Cramped shower was only slight negative but more then made up for by everything else and staff were very helpful and accommodating for our kids

Excellent hotel. Best service i ever had in my life. I was treated with great attention and the staff always made sure that everything was perfect. From charging my phone, instructing my taxi driver on what i want and heating the sauna up for me. Well deserved 5 stars.

Staff were very friendly and helpful during our 5 night stay. Loïc and Yasmine at reception helped me with two separate issues that were not related to the hotel. Rooms were beautifully decorated and the pool area is lovely. Bar & restaurant staff were fantastic and attentive; serving great food and drinks.

Had a wonderful experience. Christine was always there to help with whatever was needed. All staff were kind and friendly, and the atmosphere made for an enjoyable stay. The location is perfect for harbour, casino and shops. The beach is a short walk away. Overall a lovely stay. Highly recommended.

Thai is my first time in Cap d’agde and i was very pleased to stay at Hotel Helios. Very cleaned room, nice swimming pool for relax, Staff are amazing. I would definitely recommend this place. Thanks Helios team and will visit you again 😊

Great little hotel in a great location, just a couple of minutes in a taxi to the luna park and aqua park. Rooms are basic but clean and have everything you need. Service at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Check out is at midday if you get breakfast which was really useful, and we were able to stay by the pool for an hour or so after

Positive points: Ideal location on the port of Cap, warm welcome, breakfast offered (be careful to book it the day before, reception does not necessarily specify this), pleasant common areas, air-conditioned rooms. Fairly low value for money despite everything, little care given to comfort in the rooms (little decoration, aging style, very small fridge, damp stains on the ceiling, toilets and bathroom...

Parking only by reservation, too bad because it is very difficult to park even out of season. Mattress not great we feel all the springs. Slightly old hotel, headboard in raw chipboard, fridge that closes very poorly (not a mini bar, contained 2 50 cl bottles of water), no hairdryer. Very clean. We didn't try the swimming pool, we were happy that they accepted doggies.

Very friendly staff! I have never been so well served! Perfect location and comfortable room. There is heating, air conditioning, a fridge and daily water, coffee and tea available! I recommend, you will not be disappointed!!!

It was a very good hotel. Private parking, good bed and friendly staff. I needed to have breakfast before than the established breakfast hour and when i woke up i had everything prepared. Thank you very much!. I think that these small things are what make the difference and make you be really at home

Really not disappointed for the price!!! A very good 3 star! Since the renovation of the rooms we can really feel the difference. Very affordable breakfast, warm service and welcome. Clean rooms. The hotel is a stone's throw from the beach, accessible from an entirely pedestrian path. All I need to do now is come back on sunny days to enjoy the pool! Nice hotel with a large and deep pool, very close to the sea, good beds, we could store the bikes in a shed, abundant breakfast (though that was not cheap). Possibility to have good and cheap cocktails in the evening. Some things could be better maintained like the beds for the pool or even an umbrella for the sun?

Friendly/ Helpful staff, clean and great location. Loved the spa area that contained a jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.

My experience was of total satisfaction.All the staff were extremely helpful and always available to help when requested. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The staff was amazing, and so was the breakfast. The location was perfect if you want to combine beach and shopping.

This one is what it says on the tin. A two star hotel. Overall positive and worth the €67 we paid for the night. If you are looking for a place to sleep for the night this is fine. They also provide parking which is very valuable. Me and my family have been to this hotel for the past 10 years, when my children were small and as teenagers, the manager/owner has always been great to me and my family, two years ago we took my twin grand sons who would not leave the pool for hours on end. The sea is just a ten minute walk away with many back bars/restaurants with great food. I would recommend this hotel to families and singles alike...

Small hotel, looks a bit dated but why does one use a hotel? I, to sleep and for that this hotel is great (I could barely hear that france won the football final). Family room is huge, owners are very nice people and yes the owner does have a sick sense of humour. We had to change accommodation in a hurry, and this hotel was available. What a relief to find it. Such a warm welcome from the owner, nothing was too much trouble for him to help out a fraught English couple! He insisted on walking with us towards the town centre to make sure we didn't get lost, spoke in excellent English although we were doing our best in French. The room was a good size...

I spent two weeks here because my son joined tennis camp at French touch academy. The room was very clean with daily room service. The owners are extremely friendly. breakfast is simple but I can also use the coffee machine during the day. There is a good swimming pool in the village. Very safe and valuable hotel.

I really liked my stay in this hotel. Price/performance ratio is unbeatable hier. Safe parking, 15 minutes walk to the beach in the shadow of big trees. It was great!

Yes, this place is a 2- star hotel (rooms are ever so clean and AC is whisper-quiet) but the service by the lovely owners rates at least 3- or 4-star. Upon check-in I was assisted with my heavy bags. Had a great time in Cap D'Agde. The residence is top class. We stayed in a 2 bed apartment and is was clean and tidy. The location is excellent only 400 mts from the beach and 10 min walk along a path to the port.

Booked an apartment for 2 nights. Very clean and spacious, decent breakfast. Didn't use the pool as beach nearby and plenty of Al fresco dining. Very secure parking and very helpful staff.

Nice suite, very spacious, lots of garden space, a spa and really curated in any pirate-related detail. The bar/restaurant which functions during the day wasn't so nice though. At 1pm they had already run out of many options and the food was pretty blended. We went to the night show and it was fun. The food did improve a bit at night. Lovely staff and pirates.

Great pools, decorations and facilities (like the barbecue and equipped kitchen). The free taxi service to the beach and friendly staff. It was great to be allowed to use the pools for the rest of the day after checking out but it was sad to see the poor condition of the changing rooms (damaged, dirty) and the fact that at least one third of the lockers were broken and nobody cares about that.

We stayed here overnight before picking up a boat to cruise the Canal du Midi. While located a bit outside of the old town, it is within easy walking distance. Rooms are clean, well maintained and quiet. Staff is accomodating and very helpful. Would stay here again.

A real touch of France. Clean and quiet. Owners, Martine and Jerome make it feel like family. Nothing too much bother. Nothing like hot chocolate for breakfast. Location perfect for access to train station and from train station by shuttle bus to Beziers airport only fifteen minutes. You will enjoy.

My husband and I stayed in a room overlooking the river, it was superb, lovely location, walking distance from shops, restaurants and old town. Lovely ambience and delightful hosts.

The hotel is basic but clean. The room was air conditioned which was welcome in the current heat wave, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was adequate, fresh and tasty. The proprietors were very friendly, accomodating and helpful, so if I go to the area again I would be happy to use this hotel again. All in all, a good experience

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It is not fancy and they are working on upgrading the rooms. The owner of the hotel was extremely helpful and friendly. We had bikes and they were ready to store them overnight and until we were ready to leave. The location is ideal. We had a beautiful view of the canal and city. We stay there again.

Very nice hotel with good sized room, bed and beautiful gardens. Breakfast a bit too expensive and you need to walk for 15 mins to get to the beach where all the restaurants are for the evening (local restaurant doesn't appear to open in off peak times).

Warm welcome by the owners. Good breakfast . Comfortable bedding. Just the shower a little complicated because the hand shower puts water everywhere and the sanitary drainage a little hard. Perfect stay.

Welcome to this small hotel! Small parking lot, paper wall and nice bathroom but the shower is very small with the curtain sticking everywhere when you shower. Good bedding, Too bad card payments are not available. The rooms should be aired more often because it smells musty, it's a shame. But for one night, it's more than enough if you don't come as a couple.

The rooms are very clean as well as the bedding. The breakfast very good. Only downside the hotel is poorly insulated, if you have noisy neighbors problem. The owners are very nice.

Nice home owners. The room is clean and conforms to the description. For the breakfast served between 8:00 and 9:30 for 7 € it's a little light a croissant a piece of bread with 1 butter and a jam a small orange juice brick and a coffee that is really too light. But good night was good and it's the most important.
