We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were a good size, very comfortable, soundproofed and the beds were nice. Breakfast was pleasant, though fairly standard, nothing particularly special. The Staff were warm, welcoming, and made the stay feel very enjoyable. Overall, a great choice for our overnight stay on the way back to the Euro Tunnel.

Me and my friend stayed one night in this hotel. Unfortunately, it was not the best experience. Upon arrival we were given a room with queen bed, while I booked a twin room. There was a big hair in the bathroom, and for some reason, we were not able to make the heater work which resulted in a very cold room. The bed wasn’t made properly, as in the cover was way larger than the duvet. To top it all of, around 1 in the night the fire alarm went off. We were standing outside in our pyjama, with no instructions from personnel. Breakfast wasn’t great either.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family as we drove back to the UK. The hotel is good value for money - it's clean, comfortable, secure underground parking and in a great central location. The staff however made our stay special. Stupidy, I left my wedding ring the in the hotel room, only realising this once we'd returned home to the UK. We rang the hotel and the staff promptly found and mailed the ring back to me. What more could you ask for. Fantastic service.

We stay at the Ibis Styles in Chalons-en-Champagne regularly on our way through from the UK to Switzerland and find it very good value for money. For the first time, we had a room on the ground floor which worried us slightly as we weren't sure about the possible noise, but it was as quiet as could be, obviously very well insulated! Particularly as we were warned on arrival by the charming receptionist that there was a party of school children staying as well. He kindly indicated that they would take their breakfast before 8 a.m. and advised us to wait until then for ours, which was much appreciated! We always eat at La Bourse, an excellent brasserie almost next door, so it's a perfect location, too. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is located in the centre of town.
The first night was good, however the second night was absolutely awful.
The room air conditioning stopped working after a short power cut, it was around 35 degrees and we were literally melting.
We were told they couldn't get anyone to look at it until the morning.
There were no other rooms available and no fans either, we had to get buckets of ice to try and cool the room down, which without a fan didn't work.
We had a terrible sleep and I had to ride our motorbike for nearly 300 miles in the morning.
We were shocked when an engineer just walked into the room in the morning, he assumed the room was empty due to the aircon being faulty.

Nice hotel in the city centre but research properly as Google maps took us all over the pace. Lovely area go to the river in the evening for a drink

We returned to Ibis Styles Châlons en Champagne and again the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the room was great. The location is perfect in the centre of town with all tourist sites in walking distance and plenty of nice restaurants and bars at its front step.

We had a very nice stay, super friendly and helpful staff made it a very good experience. The bed was very comfortable and the room clean. Breakfast is totally worth trying, fresh orange juice, freshly boiled eggs, bread, croissants, all kinds of cheeses, jams, fruit and so on. Don't hesitate to make a stop here!
