I recently stayed at this hotel with my family as we drove back to the UK. The hotel is good value for money - it's clean, comfortable, secure underground parking and in a great central location. The staff however made our stay special. Stupidy, I left my wedding ring the in the hotel room, only realising this once we'd returned home to the UK. We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were a good size, very comfortable, soundproofed and the beds were nice. Breakfast was pleasant, though fairly standard, nothing particularly special. The Staff were warm, welcoming, and made the stay feel very enjoyable. Overall, a great choice for our overnight stay on the way back to the Euro Tunnel.

We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is located in the centre of town. The first night was good, however the second night was absolutely awful. The room air conditioning stopped working after a short power cut, it was around 35 degrees and we were literally melting. We were told they couldn't get anyone to look at it until the morning. We stay at the Ibis Styles in Chalons-en-Champagne regularly on our way through from the UK to Switzerland and find it very good value for money. For the first time, we had a room on the ground floor which worried us slightly as we weren't sure about the possible noise, but it was as quiet as could be, obviously very well insulated! We returned to Ibis Styles Châlons en Champagne and again the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the room was great. The location is perfect in the centre of town with all tourist sites in walking distance and plenty of nice restaurants and bars at its front step.

Highly recommended. This is a lovely, dog friendly, hotel with lovely staff. They have good on site parking with 3 EV chargers: 2 Tesla only and one open. The rooms are modern and large, stylishly decorated with chic bathroom. Breakfast is really good. Note: their restaurant is not open on Sunday or Monday but a limited choice of food is available in the Bar. Beautifully stocked minibar!

This is a great hotel to stay in for a visit to the Champagne Area. Wonderful bar and restaurant, great service from very friendly efficient staff. They even offer a glass of champagne with your breakfast. Highly recommend.

Warm and friendly greeting on arrival. Spotless room. Good shower. Comfortable bed. A good sized swimming pool in which to unwind. Evening meal was delicious and served by competent staff. Extensive choices for breakfast. We would certainly overnight here again, should we be in the area.

The total experience was really good. The hotel staff were very helpful. One thing we were very disappointed with was the massage, we chose the strongest massage that was on the menu (180 euros) and you can't call it a massage, she barely touched us, we got back 90 euros for one of them. The food at the hotel is one of the best we ate in France. In total, highly recommended!

Lovely little stop over hotel. Staff spoke great english. Felt safe leaving my car overnight as plenty of cameras and 24hr reception. Would book again no problem.

Broke the journey here at Chalons-en-Champagne. Have stayed in the B&B chain many times. Slightly long walk to find something to eat on an evening. Found a Courtepaille about a fifteen minute walk away. Hotel is in an industrial estate so very few people about. Not a problem in the Summer. Staff very helpful. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Overall ok. Quite. Secure parking, good bed and practical. The only difficulty is to find a restaurant the evening. Close named "Dog's Restaurant" apparently for long time vacation closed and every Sunday due to personal. So you to take transportation at night we isn't so funny.

Clean, simple to use, friendly staff .

As a frequent passenger of Ibis hotels I would recommend refurbishing this aged site to regain Ibis standard, or then downgrade to Ibis Budget. It's unconsistent to keep calling this hotel a regular Ibis hotel, as it damages the rest of the sites supposedly at the same level.

We thought the hotel was a perfect stop-over. It is located out of town, which is fine as it has a restaurant and it was quiet. The room we had was small but seemed recently refurbished and was pristine. The restaurant was excellent value for money, good choices and delicious food. The personnel was very helpful albeit they were not enough staff that night. The breakfast buffet was superb.

Was a building site when we stayed, receptionist struggled to find us a room ,even though we had a booking .Room had been renovated but needed a second fix on the electrics.most definitely will not use again. All other ibis group hotels have always been good

A very nice, quirky hotel in the centre of the town. Ideal for local amenities. The friendly staff directed us to secure parking for our motorcycles. Rooms were stylish and comfortable. While there isn't a restaurant as such we enjoyed a large platter of colde meats and cheese with excellent beers and wine.

Well located in a lovely square with shops and cafes. The car park was easy to find and right outside rear entrance to the hotel.The town has some very old buildings and was very easy to walk around. We stayed on a stopover but will look to have a proper visit in due course.

Hotel was comfortable. The beds were comfy, however could benefit from more pillows. There's parking on site which is a bonus. This hotel doesn't have key cards, there's a key pad on each door, so you have to keep the number handy. The number also gets you into the hotel when the reception desk is closed at night. Lovely rooms .. nice and clean and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was average, not quite up to pre-covid standard. My only complaint is that there is only ever one member of staff on at one time dealing with the heating of food, reception, topping up breakfast items. It is a perfect stop hotel when you are traveling. It is a perfect 3 stars. Clean. It is basic but you have all you need for a stop. It is close to the highway. I drove to France and booked a hotel along the way. The hygiene was OK. I still recommend it. The hotels in France are too expensive. The Hanting Hotel is standard. I bought it on the spur of the moment. The price is between 600 and 700.

The hotel was pleasant but limited by its location and lack of facilities round it. There is a restaurant next door (very good) and a small mini-mart further down the road, so not much choice for meal. The aircon sounded like a washing machine during the night and was limited in its output. The rooms are simple for overnight stay and that’s fine. Staff were very helpful.

An affordable hotel with excellent staff. One of the few hotels in the area that operates all night, and they accommodated us at 1 a.m. without a reservation, with a car and a 7-meter trailer. The breakfast isn't anything special.

Small room but with everything you need…(..even a coffee machine.) we had to stay one night, so it was perfect! Maybe for more days I would opt for the one with the balcony. It is located less than 10 minutes walk from the cathedral, so quite central.

Great location to visit the city. The famous cathedral is just a 2 minutes walk. The manager is super nice and prices are more than reasonable. We will come back!

A very practical place to explore Reims with a short walking distance to the cathedral. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable and the staff very friendly. A very positive surprise was the free and stable high speed internet access via WiFi in the room. Parking is 16€ a day in the Gambetta garage on the other side of the street.

Went in for a cup of coffee with my family before leaving Reims, the café is nicely laid out, the service was quick, and the coffee tasted great. They could do with a bit of cleaning, but otherwise the café is great.

If you need a place to crash for a night in Reims on budget, this is a good option. Lots of bars and restaurants options nearby and about 800m from SNCF station. The rooms are not that great, the hotel walls are thin and you can hear people walking, talking and shower sound in the middle of the night can wake you up. Deceived by the location - faced with seemingly the back entrances to buildings and a very unimpressive 'HOTEL" sign, all of sudden the gates were opened to a private car park and the most beautiful building and interior. Cannot fault the staff, they were so helpful and the comfort and cleanliness of the room was exceptional. Great location and would definitely stay again when visiting Reims again

Lovely old hotel with gorgeous, historic, panelled interior, stylish and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast cooked to order with homemade jams and lovely fresh bread and pastries. (The shower in our room didnt work for the simple reason it had fallen off the wall ... I dare say they will mend it, but you shld check. )

This hotel was a great place to stay for my friends birthday. There were 7 of us and it was amazing quality for the low price! The staff is so helpful and welcoming, and we all around had the perfect trip in Reims. I definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a cheap but very nice place to stay!

This is a great little place to stay. Parking is close by but be aware it is a couple of minutes walk. The rooms are fine but up several flights of steps. This however does mean that the view is good. From here you are in the heart of the city. Lots of food choices. Pedestrian walk ways and the cathedral is just a few easy blocks away. If you want budget accommodation this could be a good choice

Everything is great Clean room, comfortable beds. We ordered a breakfast and it was awesome - omelet, sausages, cheese, pastries, nice coffee. The stuff is very friendly. They allowed us to keep luggage after checkout, so we could stroll around the city center till 4pm (out train was at 5pm). Oh, the location is great too - walking distances to train stations and all the attractions.

It is located in downtown Bonn, and there is a supermarket right behind it and a parking lot in front, so it is convenient.

I'm a little mixed about my stay at this establishment. Top bedding, beautiful room size. But in terms of equipment... Nothing. No soap in the dispensers, half-decayed toilet seats, very old carpet. It seems like nothing is being done to bring the customer back. I salute the sympathy of the staff.

Room is very small. We dont have space to put our luggage. You can hear people open and close the door from the next room very hard. Small bed but good matras. This is a typical mid range hotel. The hallways are very dark, and the automatic lights come on after you have passed the area. The rooms are small, but the beds are comfortable. There is a small breakfast in the morning, but otherwise there are no other amenities. The hotel is centrally located with plenty of restaurants almost next door. There are steps to get to most rooms.

A bit of an odd smell in the hotel guessing it’s just due to the age of the building. Love when the windows are open listening to the night life and when ready for bed close and block out the noise. Nice rooms, good and very central location. Housekeeping was a downside - when we arrived, there was a dirty towel in our otherwise clean room. At night, the lights just outside the windows (meant to illuminate the hotel facade) result in way too much light in the rooms. Please fix this (e.g. install better curtains)!

Sebastian was a great host, the room we were given was comfortable if a little bit dated. The bathroom felt cramped and the toilet made a lot of noise everytime anyone in the hotel flushed their own toilet. Toilet seat was broken and whenever we sat on it we skidded to the left. I think hotel Bristol is a great spot to stay for young travellers. Its location is perfect, being a stones throw from the train station. Situated on one of the busiest streets in Reims, has tons of nightlife and restaurants around it without having to go to far. Friendly staff who speak English.

I had a room on the top floor with a lovely view over the main thoroughfare. When I walked in, the room smelled pretty strongly of mildew, so I opened the windows for a while to let it air out. The bed itself was very comfy, and the curtains did a good job of blocking the sunlight. Bathroom was fine, the shower did leak a bit around the bottom. We were very pleased at the accommodations at this hotel. The room was nice, the food was exceptional (certainly for a hotel -- the locals seemed to come for meals) and the service. sooo good !! Very friendly hotel staff and a clean and classic French-esque room. And the towels were thick and the shower products were fragrant, and above all, the location was so good! The hotel is lovely and conveniently located, for walking to various sights. The Concierge staff (Amir, Benjamin) were very helpful. The bar staff (Tom P, Matthieu, Baptiste) were friendly and talented. They make great cocktails! We enjoyed visiting with them and other guests, as we sipped our expertly-crafted drinks.

WOW! What a beautiful place. Don't let the exterior fool you. Large and chic reception area. BEAUTIFUL rooms, very well appointed. Limited but inviting food menu. Cleanliness exceptional

This is an awesome location, so close to the Reims train station to get out to all the areas of champagne. I took 3 separate day trips to beautiful areas of champagne in the 5 days in Reims. Service was excellent, clean and tidy, and decent sized rooms.

The location and service are both great. The breakfast is good. The fitness center is well maintained. I will stay here again when I travel to Reims.
