Extremely friendly staff, stylish-but-not-too-stylish atmosphere. There was a bit of noise out in the street but I can't blame the hotel for that, can I?

Hotel well located, refurbished in an original style of "garage" or American loft ... Still lack of shelves in the bathroom and small storage ... Still a bit fair to claim 3 stars frankly it is a bit tight ... We wait to see if the management listens to opinions like mine (which must also be of this nature)

Friendly hotel, well located, on a fairly quiet lane. The staff are pleasant, serious and welcoming. In terms of service, we have good value for money, the bedding is good, the room well done with air conditioning. I recommend this hotel, if I come back to Clermont-Ferrand I wouldn't think long.

Not bad, good for a stop and go or for a short stay. The rooms are elegant, Wi-Fi is strong, and no problem for the parking. A bit out of the city, has nearby several facilities, restaurants and fast food (subway). But you definitively need a car to go around.

Nice three star hotel, close to restaurants, free parking and decent breakfast. Rooms are very clean and modern. Nice decor. Staff is pleasant and helpful. I would recommend for business travelers. I will probably stay here again.

Hotel well located (not far from the highway) , easy access, the responsible persons are available and welcoming , the room clean, well equipped with good bed (important), breakfast in the height.

The stuff of the hotel where very nice to us, they are lovely. The bedrooms big enough to stay few days, the only thing that I can say that wasn't confortable are the beds. Breakfast very good and cheap. Is a very good hotel!

Small rooms but very friendly staff. Very helpful and a delicious breakfast with a lot of variety in the morning! Tram isn't too far away to get into the city centre either, so I'd definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay :-)

I stayed several days in the hotel, very welcoming, practical opposite the station, very quiet, very nice room, bright and very clean, bathroom with impeccable hygiene ... transport nearby, well served ...

Room issued quickly with a great understanding of the receptionist since I returned late evening, very well secured the hotel! The rooms are spacious and lots of plugs to charge his phone! However a small flat, the curtains of the balcony which slightly hinder the door of the bathroom is horrible! On the other hand level hygiene and cleanliness nothing to say it is impeccable! The hotel is very well located, opposite the train station, 12 minutes walk from Polydome, very convenient. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The price a bit expensive, 40.70 € for a single room with shared shower (clean). Overall the room is clean except for some neglected areas (especially the closet). Room ok, strong smell in the humidity room. Doors dirty a bit rusty! 2 towels for three, forced to ask reception for an extra towel. Lack of cleanliness, a little hair on the ground!

First experience with HotelF1, everything went great. We had clean rooms, they are small but enough and great for the price. There could be a little more space for luggage but we managed.

This hotel is a good option if you're on the road and just want to get some sleep before hitting the road again. Don't expect great luxury. Very basic but more than enough to get some rest for the night.

A cheap but lovely hotel. I booked it as our was close to the railway station, but still in the direction of the city. It is a small and charming hotel, with access to a jacuzzi. The rooms are simple, but has everything you need. The staff was very helpful, and I appreciated the breakfast. Thank you for a nice stay!

Great location, mid way between the station and the centre of town. Definitely an old building, but cheerful enough. Rooms a good size, beds were incredibly comfortable. A little over warm at night, but fans were provided or you can open a window. We had a late check in but instructions provided were very thorough.

We paid 50 Euros for two people and hotel exceeded our expectation by far. Lobby is beautiful, owner beyond friendly, breakfast is great, Room was clean, beds were comfortable, internet fast ... and most importantly it has a Jaccuci. In that price range it's one of the best hotel I've been in.

I liked the view on a large tree from the window you can open. The beds were really comfortable. The place is perfect for someone arriving late by train. Staff were friendly. It was very clean.

I stayed at the Hotel St André 1 night in early August. This is a traditional hotel unpretentious, conveniently located near the train station. I was very well received, the person at the reception even offered to help me unload my suitcase and gave me good places to go to dinner. The room was clean, quiet. A big thank you for your warm welcome and for the attention you pay to your customers!

Very easy to get to, but a bit close to the station. You can actually hear the rail station from the rooms. This is not a good thing! Rooms themselves are good size, clean and decent bathrooms with free wifi.

Hotel-restaurant well located near the train station. Simple and comfortable room. Good quality bedding. Choose courtyard rooms which are quiet. The restaurant is excellent: regional cuisine with well-prepared fresh produce. Efficient service. I also really appreciated the buffet breakfast which is generous with, in particular, cheeses from the region.

Little gem in the city I liked the simple and still well equipped spaces of the little Hotel close to city centre and extended my stay. Great value for money with excellent service. I also enjoyed the great breakfast. Can recommend!

Welcome, very nice staff super. On the other hand, the rooms are really small and the beds are not very pleasant. The breakfast is not at the height of the price. However, this is a hotel very well placed and in the whole I concluded that there was a good ratio of quality to price.

Student accommodation. Great location near the center. Buildings with character. Well kept. Framework conducive to studies. On the other hand: Average meals. Very low noise insulation between rooms. As well as on the outside. Fair value for money. Provide at least 520 € / month half board. Except WE. It’s just ideal for a student who has to spend their time studying.

I spent a fantastic year there when I was a student. Superb and relaxing setting due to a magnificent cloister and study rooms. Certainly the best memory during my studies. Home to many Erasmus.

Spacious and sober meeting room, the premises are aging (tables and chairs of the 80s). Access for people with reduced mobility is possible. Welcome drink simple but rich. Restaurants selection nearby.

The location is great for the tram for easy access to the city center and it is perfectly located for walking to Michelin Cataroux or Les Carmes! The room is well laid out. It is nice to have a couch and table, so that you don't have to sit or lay on the bed the whole time. The room gets quite hot, with no good way to adjust the temperature or fan speed - there is a thermostat in the room, but it seems...

We had a great stay here - the location is right along the tram line (so useful for getting into town, or other parts of the city). The room was spacious and clean, and the service excellent. An exceptional Porsche center, very beautiful vehicles present on the premises. In addition to that, I have always been very well received by the sellers :) I 100% recommend the Porsche Clermont Ferrand center!!

Great location Despite the massive roadworks in the area we were able to stop near the hotel to check in and the underground car park they suggested was really close. The hotel is in a pedestrian area but very close to a road you can drive down. Not sure it will still possible to drop off once all the roadworks are done. Otherwise old building given a modern makeover, quite fun. Nothing special but...

Great location This hotel is located in the heart of the city. Hotel front desk was excellent, the breakfast was OK. It’s very conveniently located to restaurants and shops.

Beautiful room with a balcony, perfect location, excellent sound-proofing of the windiws so you can be in the hopping part of town but not hear when you don't want to, great breakfast.

Very poor soundproofing between rooms. No bottlet water in the room.

This place was satisfactory for an overnight stay but nothing more. We had quite a few flies in our room when we entered, the AC never cooled the room and the filter would benefit from being cleaned, the shower was quite mouldy and all the linen smelt nasty. We stayed at the B&B at Gerzat last year and this was much better.

Simplicity in checkin in via the machine. Opening the gate was a bit complicated. Chilly cafeteria with selfservice options. Wifi with roomcode, everything was well prepared. Unfortunately the staff woke us up while we were still sleeping. (no need to checkout yet) Please install electric car chargers or at least a normal plug outdoor for use.

Clean room, great location just off the motorway and hence excellent location for a stop off overnight if driving further south as we were as a family. Breakfast really good, basically eat as much as you want and it's good value for money. Have used B&B Hotels in France before and will continue to do so. Had a family room with a mezzanine sleeping area which the kids loved.

The receptionist was friendly, helpful and made this stay 5*. She is fabulous. Room was lovely. Bed was great and the shower was huge!

The air conditioning was faulty, and it was regulated automatically, so if it was hot at night you couldn't control the controls to choose the type of ventilation and readjust the temperature.

The hygiene is very good and the price-performance ratio is very high. I stay here every time I go on a business trip. The front desk is very enthusiastic, especially the guy on duty at the bar at night. You still need to learn French to communicate better.
