This is an excellent airport hotel in Clermont Ferrand however expect lots of cigarette smoke in the hallways.

We’ve stayed here before on our way to southern France and were really impressed with the quality of the room, the service and the food in the restaurant. This time it was just as good. An excellent experience!

Exceptionally clean, comfortable and in a great location. Decent breakfast. A beautiful marine fish tank in reception. Can’t fault the hotel itself. It’s our second time here and we’d stay again. The Underground car park has really steep access ramps, so very low cars might struggle. It is however reassuringly secure. Valentine's Day evening. Arriving at the hotel at 10:30 p.m. due to work, we were unable to dine at the hotel restaurant, which was already closed... which is odd for that date. However, we were able to enjoy the sauna the next morning, and it was very good.

Nice executive room with clean raining shower. Bed was comfy and mini-fridge offered fro free snacks and beverage. The morning breakfast was a very nice continental breakfast buffet. Staff was lovely.

Room was not properly cleaned as we could see someone had spilled a beverage and left there until we arrived. Towels were missing from the room and we had to request them. Staff was nice and we felt welcomed. Some amenities are not added to the room and instead we have to ask them. I was expecting more when I made the booking.

Everything as expected, positively, which counts for a lot when you’re scouring more economic choices. Clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast has a good choice, reasonable enough for 20 bucks. Underground parking is extra for guests (why I don’t know as it was pretty empty). Bit of a Fawlty Towers style lift (hiccups to a stop) and stairs are good exercise anyway.

Friendly staff and comfortable bed. Otherwise, very very basic (no hairdryer, no hand towels, no kettle, only one bedside table). Basic breakfast. We found it to be poor value for money.

The room is compact and small, and the hotel is in a good location. It is just off the highway, and there are McDonald's, restaurants, and shopping malls nearby. The dry and wet areas are separated, and the breakfast is a Western-style buffet that is filling.

There is nothing wrong with this quiet hotel with a secure car park and easy access to the city. However, the sanctimonious claptrap written on the notice, to save them the cost of room cleaning is very iritating: "I am eco responsible do not clean my room."

A classic Ibis, the hotel has small but well designed rooms with decent sized bed, great mattress, good sound proofing and blackout curtains , effective air conditioning and plenty of clothes storage space for a few nights stay. A nice modern hotel. A nice modern hotel, on arrival we had a pleasant surprise of a room upgrade. It was lovely, clean and comfortable. One strange point was the toilet was rather compact, but without space for a handwash basin. You had to walk to the shower room to wash your hands. Felt that was slightly odd, but ok as only there one night.

I liked it had shuttle service to the airport. While I mentioned this was important at check in, I wasn’t told I needed to place a reservation for the shuttle. I did get on the shuttle by luck. It is a nice hotel with a lovely lobby.

We always choose Novotel when traveling in France. Lovely welcome after a long drive and as expected a clean and modern room. Good Food and service in the Restaurant. We have found all Novotel pools are freezing but half the fun is watching those who don't know this jump in 😄 Would definitely visit again if our travels take us that way.

Stunning hotel. Beautifully located. Staff very helpful and kind. We were at the 4th floor and had a beautiful view of the Cathedral and city centre. The breakfast was amazing, such a big variety of food options. My kids enjoyed it as well. We don’t have pets but seem to be a pet friendly hotel. We will come back.
