We had a great stay here - the location is right along the tram line (so useful for getting into town, or other parts of the city). The room was spacious and clean, and the service excellent. Not a bad hotel but some rooms might be better than ours. The front desk seemed to have a lot of people but there was not much interest in us as they seemed too busy to be able to take notice of us. When we arrived we found a kitchenette that was totally empty of everything and no note to let us know that we were to go to reception and request utensils, pots, pans, glasses. Very nice hotel, impeccable service. The room was beautiful, the underground car park accommodates your car and all this at the foot of the tram line.

The hotel staff is very kind. The guy at the reception speaks Spanish. The hotel is correct, the breakfast is correct and the parking is large. The rooms are spacious, quiet, the mattress is comfortable, there is a shower cabin and an open bath with a shower cabin. Recommended.

The Aiden is a wonderful hotel in Clermont-Ferrand. The staff is wonderful and extremely helpful. Great customer service and care. Magnifique! The hotel is decorated with attention to the detail. The personal is very friendly and professional. The SPA is clean and cozy. The massage with Alice was a trip to heaven. She feels each the points of tension and works them out. Here massage techniques are really good.

It is a great hotel, clean, cozy with very comfortable rooms. Delicious breakfast and good service. There is a outdoor parking that is best reserved for cars taller than 1.90 meters, but there is also parking on the ground floor for small cars.

A great hotel - we stayed for one night en route from Roscoff to Nice. Lovely staff who speak great English. Rooms were large and comfy with a lovely bathroom & great shower. Dinner was nice, not a large menu but enough. Breakfast was an excellent choice - cooked, cold, pastrys, fruit, yogurt, pancakes, teas, coffees. All very secure. Car park is good although quite tight. A great place to stay.

Very nice hotel with courteous staff. The food is also great. I travelled in a group of 7 from Nigeria for a business meeting and we truly enjoyed our stay. Sadly, a particular employee named Gabriel was rude to us in our last night while we were having a short meeting. We reported to the hotel management, and I'm sure they'll deal with it accordingly.

Nice executive room with clean raining shower. Bed was comfy and mini-fridge offered fro free snacks and beverage. The morning breakfast was a very nice continental breakfast buffet. Staff was lovely.

Great value hotel in easy walking distance from the Cathedral and CF nightlife. Rooms are clean and spacious and parking is available in the hotel. Breakfast offers a nice choice of fresh products. Perfect stay for one night.

The hotel is in a great location with tram access on corner and many restaurants / shops within easy walking distance. Only 'complaint' is that AC turns off automatically but became use to this. Good hotel in a good location. We took advantage of a spontaneous commercial gesture due to a problem with the boiler. Breakfast is served on the ground floor in a cozy atmosphere and the staff is at 4 star level.

I liked the size of the superior double room. All establishment throughout was clean and tidy. Restaurant was a little disappointing for lunch. Breakfast quality was good but a bit pricey for the content. Front desk staff is helpful if solicited directly at the desk. The QR code for room service did not seem to work. The hotel was quiet during May bank holiday week-end. A cute house cat sometimes wonders...

Very nice hotel, room was clean, wifi was fast, staff were friendly, breakfast options were plenty(eggs, pancakes, cereal, baguettes, breads, jams, croissants)! The 4-legged supervisor was very friendly too, although he expects tips in shares of your breakfast 😸. There’s also a bike rental just up the road which is super convenient! Clean, friendly staff & pet friendly, secure parking at night at no cost. The rooms are spacious and clean. Perfect place for a stop over. Location is a bit off if u would like to walk into town, as it is located about 30 mins walking & in a bit of a shady industrial area. You need a car or will need to take a taxi into town.

Not bad, good for a stop and go or for a short stay. The rooms are elegant, Wi-Fi is strong, and no problem for the parking. A bit out of the city, has nearby several facilities, restaurants and fast food (subway). But you definitively need a car to go around.

A great value hotel with wonderful staff, and good beer! The rooms were great and included a bath, were quiet, and were easily accessible by a lift. There was also easy access from the main road to the underground parking.

A good location, great parking, standard room but comfortable. Bed not hard enough and duvet too hot. Staff as been the dark point here, at the reception: not welcoming, not helpful, no sense of the customer service, I left with a nut in my guts for the way I have been treated. Cleaner staff did even say ‘hi’ back. The staff from the bar are at least smiling and helpful.

I stayed several days in the hotel, very welcoming, practical opposite the station, very quiet, very nice room, bright and very clean, bathroom with impeccable hygiene ... transport nearby, well served ...

Room issued quickly with a great understanding of the receptionist since I returned late evening, very well secured the hotel! The rooms are spacious and lots of plugs to charge his phone! However a small flat, the curtains of the balcony which slightly hinder the door of the bathroom is horrible! On the other hand level hygiene and cleanliness nothing to say it is impeccable! I liked the view on a large tree from the window you can open. The beds were really comfortable. The place is perfect for someone arriving late by train. Staff were friendly. It was very clean.

I stayed at the Hotel St André 1 night in early August. This is a traditional hotel unpretentious, conveniently located near the train station. I was very well received, the person at the reception even offered to help me unload my suitcase and gave me good places to go to dinner. The room was clean, quiet. A big thank you for your warm welcome and for the attention you pay to your customers!

Very easy to get to, but a bit close to the station. You can actually hear the rail station from the rooms. This is not a good thing! Rooms themselves are good size, clean and decent bathrooms with free wifi.

Simplicity in checkin in via the machine. Opening the gate was a bit complicated. Chilly cafeteria with selfservice options. Wifi with roomcode, everything was well prepared. Unfortunately the staff woke us up while we were still sleeping. (no need to checkout yet) Please install electric car chargers or at least a normal plug outdoor for use.

Clean room, great location just off the motorway and hence excellent location for a stop off overnight if driving further south as we were as a family. Breakfast really good, basically eat as much as you want and it's good value for money. Have used B&B Hotels in France before and will continue to do so. Had a family room with a mezzanine sleeping area which the kids loved.

The receptionist was friendly, helpful and made this stay 5*. She is fabulous. Room was lovely. Bed was great and the shower was huge!

Student accommodation. Great location near the center. Buildings with character. Well kept. Framework conducive to studies. On the other hand: Average meals. Very low noise insulation between rooms. As well as on the outside. Fair value for money. Provide at least 520 € / month half board. Except WE. It’s just ideal for a student who has to spend their time studying.

This is an excellent airport hotel in Clermont Ferrand however expect lots of cigarette smoke in the hallways.

We’ve stayed here before on our way to southern France and were really impressed with the quality of the room, the service and the food in the restaurant. This time it was just as good. An excellent experience!

Easy to access off A71 and plenty of free parking. Superb staff without exception. Beautifully designed public areas including outside patio and restaurant. Excellent dinner.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. Short drive into the city center. Close to the highway. The interior of the public areas are nicely refreshed. Only the air-conditioning in the room does not do much which leaves the room pretty warm too sleep in. They have a gym with some equipment like cross trainer, running belt and bike. We were travelling by car through Europe and we found this hotel vet comfortable. Close to the main road, very comfortable bed, restaurant on site, secured car parking.

The staff was friendly and helpful at all hours. The location is excellent with many food and sight-seeing options nearby. The rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The spa area was well equipped and clean. There is parking available in a garage below the hotel, which was really convenient and reasonably priced. We will stay here again.

The staff was warm and friendly. Very helpful and their English was good. Overall a nice place to stay. The breakfast is good but has the standard French style of eggs and bacon that's not a favorite of most Americans I would say.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was wonderful and well maintained the week we were there. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Place de Jaude. Parking was convenient and quite secure. I couldn't ask for anything more in a hotel.
