We have stayed at this hotel many times! Perfect for couples and with children :) the breakfast is great, the rooms are great. When we booked with our baby everything was set up perfectly to take care of her as well as a bed and treats for our dogs!

Staff willing to help. They don’t have WiFi in the club house which was sad as a non-playing golf partner. Although the restaurant was shut on the day we visited, they made us a nice vegetarian baguette. All the golfers in our group enjoyed the course

Meh. The hotel itself is lovely with the horse and golf decor. The beds were very comfortable, but the rooms have no AC, which was an issue on these very hot days. Housekeeping was inconsistent. When I checked in, the coffee station had dirty spoons and saucers. Great hotel for a golf break without the kids

Excellent resort hotel but not near enough to the downtown area (shops and restaurants and waterfront) where the real action is. However, if your goal is golfing, or you have private transportation, you won't be disappointed.

An amazing week end ! we came from London to visit France and in order to discover new regions we had to go to Deauville and this residence was such a nice place to stay near the center of the city ! Thanks for everything and one thing that surprised me was the property of the apartment ! We will come back asap !

The accommodation is fine but very compact, no oven so in my book this is not a full kitchen. The pool is fantastic, but that's it, no other facilities not even a bar! There's a small but adequate grocery store 200 metres away, but anything else is a drive (warning very steep long hill on the way to town centre if you're thinking of cycling). The parking is terrible, way too few spaces for the number...

It's OK, bit far out and there's very little around it. Reception closes early. But the rooms are comfortable and cabs turn up fairly quickly.

The Novotel Deauville Plage is an excellent hotel. I stayed there with my two kids and we had a great time. The suite was spacious enough for all of us, with two toilets and a very large bathroom. Nice room, nice pool, nice lobby, and a great location. The sauna did not work. We saw other guests with bathrobes around the pool and when we asked for them at the front desk, we were told bathrobes don’t come with standard hotel rooms. We were not important enough to get bathrobes because we had booked a standard instead of executive room! 😂😭

Nice hotel, but service is so so. We had an incredible noise in our room during the night and couldn’t sleep. When we shared this to the reception, they just said sorry without any commercial gestures for guests that had a sleepless night. The sundbeds were full of bird poo

This hotel has strong pros and cons: Pros: Friendly staff across all aspects of the hotel, quality of food in the restaurant is good, the bed in our bedroom was enormous and the mattress good quality, The surroundings are rural and peaceful.. Cons 25 Euros for a burger and chips in the restaurant - very pricy. Bar service is patchy and the outdoor chairs had cushions covered with bird droppings....

This is what a hotel should be. I booked at superior room with porch and got a beautiful room on the third floor with a nice size porch with two chairs and a table overlooking the yachts, water and far off mountains. The staff is helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay here. The estate is stunning, with gorgeous, well-maintained gardens. The building is full of character, with lots of original features that add to its charm. I came here in the off season on a business trip, but this hotel was the highlight of the whole place. Being the offseason, check in was a breeze, we got a little tour, and the room was fantastic.
