Top of the line! Gorgeous hotel, excellent service right in the center of town. Friendly staff and there is a sister hotel nearby with a golf club and the hotels have a shuttle that will driver you to that resort as well. What a wonderful experience.

Deauville is gorgeous, and this 5 star hotel is a must see gem of this beautiful city. Inaugurated in 1912 it is a true legend of Deauville and Barrier hotel group.

The hotel is very nice, a real iconic place on the shore. Fantastic interiors, very good service, very generous breakfast. A little not to the level are the rooms, quite small and a very uncomfortable bathroom. Staff were very nice both at check in and check out, as well as the concierge team.

A superb experience that could not be faulted, in addition to the upgrade to a Garden Terrace room and the exquisite breakfast it does not get better than this hotel .

I had the good fortune of staying here with a group over the 80th D-Day anniversary. The rooms are exquisite. The service throughout the hotel is excellent, especially in the restaurant. The buffet breakfast is wonderful. Highly recommended.

A very unique hotel. It is very accessible to the beach and several clay tennis courts. By the beach u can see rooms line up and many legendary names in movies as small rails separating rooms.

From the room and its exceptional view to the dinner at the hotel restaurant, including breakfast, everything was perfect! I can only recommend this establishment, where we had an exceptional stay. A real breath of fresh air after months of confinement in the Paris area :)

Nice room, nice pool, nice lobby, and a great location. The sauna did not work. We saw other guests with bathrobes around the pool and when we asked for them at the front desk, we were told bathrobes don’t come with standard hotel rooms. We were not important enough to get bathrobes because we had booked a standard instead of executive room! 😂😭

Clean and modern room, great breakfast buffet on top floor with view over the beach, not so cheap though, and finding a parking spot can be a challenge on a crowded day (hotel only has a limited number of parking places at 20 euro/day).

Wow this hotel is super clean, fully renovated, friendly service, nice rooms decoration, location is great. I mean, this is the place I would stay when coming back to Deauville. Rooms are very clean and new. Breakfast area is comfortable. Shower and toilet is bigger than other French hotels.

We booked a room for 2 adults and 1 baby for 2 nights. When we got there at 10:30 p.m., there was no baby cot, although it was planned on the phone. Bedrooms are looking tired and in need of decoration. Balcony woodwork shabby, door handle to balcony came off in my hand. Bed sagging in the middle. Third time I've stayed here over the past few years and it's no longer somewhere that I will look forward to visiting with a smile on my face

All was perfect, starting from the fact that we find a parking spot for free just across the road. The check-in was quick, and the employee that welcomed us was utterly friendly. The rooms had a beautiful view on Deaville's harbour, with a cozy little balcony, but nevertheless it was very silent. We hope to be back there.

Conveniently located to the main street that take you to the beach in 10 minutes and where most of restaurants and stores are. Parking available for 10 euros per night. Breakfast was good and at fair price. No elevator from the parking to reception. No closets. It is not a cheap hotel but the price seemed reasonable. Good service in general.

Nice hotel, but service is so so. We had an incredible noise in our room during the night and couldn’t sleep. When we shared this to the reception, they just said sorry without any commercial gestures for guests that had a sleepless night. The sundbeds were full of bird poo

Nice pool, nice gym although some of the equipment is broken or worn, corridors are reminiscent of a cruise ship's and the rooms are comfortable.

Great location, great staff and room for a short vacation! All the amenities were nice, they use Nuxe products which is a plus. The parking is super expensive in my opinion they could make an effort on brining the price down when we pay high for the room already. The only thing I didn’t like for the room is the carpeted floor. I would definitely come back to that hotel!

Lovely hotel and the suite we stayed in was amazing. Staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast was delicious. There is no free parking at the hotel, but there is a very secure underground carpark right next too it. Great location to easily walk into Deauville.

Modern room, with a confortable king size bed. Bathroom a bit small so it is difficult to close the door after you. Quite neighborhood. The room decor is very welcoming with it's real and gray concept. The hotel has high walkability, located just blocks from the cities best restaurants and shopping. I stayed here after being on a campsite in Deauville and it was like arriving in heaven. The rooms are comfortable and neat with pretty balconies. I have always appreciated Mercure for high standards and good value and the hotel in Deauville is a shining example of the brand.This is not a puff piece and I have just booked to stay there in the October half term.

Had a pleasant stay - the room was nice and clean, the hotel conveniently located. No 24/7 reception though. The breakfast buffet was decent (although it didn’t feel very covid-proof, as most patrons are touching the food with their hands) and the included spa access is nice - there’s nothing breath-taking about it, though. Overall, enjoyed it (esp the cute outdoor garden)

Great hotel! e booked a family apartment with a full kitchen. Very comfortable if you travel with kids. There is a supermarket very near and the hotel is very close to everything. The pool and spa is also great!

Atmospheric ancient manor. Exceptional service & attention. The room was a bit small but very clean & well-fitted. Near lovely Deauville-20 mins by car. Limited dining for the evening. A beautiful setting-we shall return

Room is not super beautiful. Toilet bowl’s water flow is not enough strong. My room had AC and shutters but my client didn’t have it. One good thing is I can hear horses’ walking down the street every morning, so here will be great for the horse lovers. You can wake up with happy feeling.

Highlight: the pretty, though small, pool, and GREAT location near the beach, although Deauville is very small so all locations are adequate. Lowlights: an undecorated, smallish "Superior" room and, there are no in room refrigerators, both of which make it a poor choice for an extended stay. Desk staff were patient and helpful if not warm. Generally a good basic hotel. Staff was nice. Beautiful pool and conveniently located near many restaurants and the beach. Room was spacious. Other things I liked was they had a wide range of "snacking" options to the room at a reasonable price 24/7, such as: sandwiches, salads, pizza, etc. Consistent with French tradition, these are full-fledged entrees in US standards. Great breakfast buffet too...

An amazing week end ! we came from London to visit France and in order to discover new regions we had to go to Deauville and this residence was such a nice place to stay near the center of the city ! Thanks for everything and one thing that surprised me was the property of the apartment ! We will come back asap !

The accommodation is fine but very compact, no oven so in my book this is not a full kitchen. The pool is fantastic, but that's it, no other facilities not even a bar! There's a small but adequate grocery store 200 metres away, but anything else is a drive (warning very steep long hill on the way to town centre if you're thinking of cycling). The parking is terrible, way too few spaces for the number...

It's OK, bit far out and there's very little around it. Reception closes early. But the rooms are comfortable and cabs turn up fairly quickly.

We stayed there last year. Charming villa extremely well decorated with very good service. I just learned that the hotel had just closed, the house had just been razed to make a new home. What a massacre for the visual landscape of this city and what a shame to destroy such a beautiful period building! ! Deauville loses all its charm ... Little by little ...

Magnificent place, very nice discovery for a last minute getaway with a very pleasant and relaxing garden. The hotel has been completely refurbished, tastefully decorated, it makes you feel very good. Friendly staff. Breakfast which deserves to be a little more complete with more choice. Very soothing experience to recommend that I would repeat with pleasure. Neat decoration and building. The garden is a real haven of peace. 5 minutes from the beach and about 15 minutes from the center. To decompress is great. Personal care. Just 2 small remarks lack of soundproofing and space to put your things in the bathroom.
