Hotel had a really nice staff, and good breakfast options. Negative: my room was a bit too warm, AC was not working properly.

Our stay at the Mercure was amazing. From checking in to check-out all staff were very polite, had a smile and made welcome during out stay. Bar is a bit expensive, though the restaurant was worth it the two times we went. It is a shame both are closed at the weekend. Rooms were clean, comfortable and serviced every day. Didn't hear any noise from fellow guests. Handy USB sockets next to the bed...

I’m not sure how this hotel got a 4* rating. Didn’t feel clean, aircon broke (looking at reviews since at least 2023), no door look out hole, cheaply painted and wall papered rooms felt like a hostel. Walking into reception looked nice but as soon as you used the stairs to get to room it looked like a block of flats. Requires refurb.

Very nice hotel, not far from old town (10min). Small but clean rooms with comfortable beds. Other than very parfumed soap ( not great for people sensitive to smells) no other amenities in the bathroom. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Restaurant was ok for dinner, we were not that happy with dinner food.

This was a full-service hotel with many excellent features. Food was excellent. Service was superb. Very helpful staff eager to please. Very clean, luxurious, and well maintained grounds. The rooms were very clean and upkeep was as expected for a five-star hotel. Excellent place to stay while in Grenoble.

The room was very nice and clean, though the AC wasn't cold enough and needs repair. The breakfast was decent for the price, but below what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. Unfortunately, the staff were not friendly. Also, an extra €50 per person (we are 2), was blocked at check-in, and we were only informed that we'd get the money back after seven days following checkout.

First I would like to say how wonderful the reception staff were especially Valérie, Théo and Jérémy. We stayed in suite 314 and really enjoyed the reversible AC units that allowed us to be comfortable especially since the balcony windows only had single glazing. The room cleaning was perfect. From check in with Valerie who was more than helpful and friendly, we had a great experience. Room was beautiful with everything you could need. The bar and restaurant were excellent. Overall i would highly recommend this hotel and will return again.

Very good hotel at a competitive price. Restaurant is OK, nothing fancy, but perfect for those with an appetite. Hotel location is on the edge of town opposite a large indoor shopping complex. You will need to take a tram to the town center for nightlife.

The rooms are nice and spacious. It is located perfectly if you are attending a conference at the Alpexo centre. The restaurant here serves a good selection of pizzas, perfect for a low key evening meal. Some of the hotel does feel a bit dated but all in all it is a very comfortable place to stay.

Very good hotel. Very Clean, easy accessible and friendly staff. Near the train station and the center ville. The only concern is that the wall decor(painting ) is not good for kids. My friends kids aren’t comfortable with the picture so I cover with towel. Aside from the painting everything went well. Recommended.

I was a little disappointed as I have stayed in your structures before in other European countries and the quality was certainly better. I usually stay in hotel chains (Ibis, Mercure, B&B Hotels...) as I know that a certain level Is garanteed. This time It wasn't so!

We spent two nights in Slendid Hotel and it was much to our enjoyment. The bathroom was very efficient and nice, the personnel was humoristic and friendly, and for breakfast there was some good French cheese. Summing up: exactly what we needed for our 36h stay in Grenoble.

I arrived early, but the hotel kindly allowed me to check in ahead of time. The room was clean and spacious, with a bathtub, which was a nice bonus. Breakfast started at 6 AM and, while the selection wasn’t extensive, it included delicious homemade cakes and some local dishes. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Great hotel for my husband and I. Just the two of us traveling to visit our son studying abroad. The room was on the 5th floor which was accessible by stairs or an elevator. Perfect size, comfortable bed and very nice bathroom. There was breakfast available on the 1st floor and it was delicious. The staff was friendly and was helpful recommending a restaurant. High recommend.

Small and a bit peculiar rooms. Very friendly personnel. It is definitely not more than a 3 star hotel, but I liked it and it was very good value at the price I paid.

We stayed there for two nights this month and everything went very well. The breakfast is a bit sweet but OK. Rooms are quite descent, though a little small. The reception was unique, the young student in the reception in the morning was very kind, professional and helpful, we even exchanged numbers!

We had a lovely two night stay in the suite, which was huge. We had not realised it was a training hotel until we got there. I just love the hotel as the interior decor represent like an ancient palaces. And it is 40 mins walking distance from polygon scientific as well as well connected to the teams and bus. The staff at the reception is cool and helpful. He speaks good english 🙂. I would love to come back again and again.

A beautiful hotel with a very nice and charming staff, very well located if you want to enjoy the night life in Grenoble. The seats, paintings and even the ceilings in the little lounge area are very interesting. I didn't try the food there. Overall it's a very comfortable place with every commodities around and I highly recommend it for a stay in Grenoble.

Some of staff had difficulty with English. Stay was ok. However, furniture in my room had been food for wood eating bugs. I tried to explain to staff but of course they didn't understand me. Breakfast is "homemade" but for price nop. Pancakes were great but some of provided jams didn't smell right. Bed was compfy, great pillows.

Located behind GRENOBLE station, one stop by the tram and a 3-minute walk away, the overall facilities are relatively new and the rooms are quiet, making it a hotel with good CP value. There is a supermarket nearby where you can buy food and cook for yourself. Buy a one-day transportation ticket and you can freely explore this beautiful Alpine city. Handy underground car parking (entrance is a side lane just before the hotel) and good value but the spaces are very tight. Staff friendly and very helpful. The accommodation is basic but clean and meet all our needs for an overnight stay. It would have been too small for an extended stay, for example we could only get one chair on the balcony. Excellent price for what you get. The staff is extremely kind and available to help. I stayed in a two bedroom studio with my family. The kitchen was well equipped. It's very close to the city centre (10 minute walk). I suggest it for long stays as well.
