Hotel had a really nice staff, and good breakfast options. Negative: my room was a bit too warm, AC was not working properly.

Our stay at the Mercure was amazing. From checking in to check-out all staff were very polite, had a smile and made welcome during out stay. Bar is a bit expensive, though the restaurant was worth it the two times we went. It is a shame both are closed at the weekend. Rooms were clean, comfortable and serviced every day. Didn't hear any noise from fellow guests. Handy USB sockets next to the bed...

I’m not sure how this hotel got a 4* rating. Didn’t feel clean, aircon broke (looking at reviews since at least 2023), no door look out hole, cheaply painted and wall papered rooms felt like a hostel. Walking into reception looked nice but as soon as you used the stairs to get to room it looked like a block of flats. Requires refurb.

Very nice hotel, not far from old town (10min). Small but clean rooms with comfortable beds. Other than very parfumed soap ( not great for people sensitive to smells) no other amenities in the bathroom. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Restaurant was ok for dinner, we were not that happy with dinner food.

This was a full-service hotel with many excellent features. Food was excellent. Service was superb. Very helpful staff eager to please. Very clean, luxurious, and well maintained grounds. The rooms were very clean and upkeep was as expected for a five-star hotel. Excellent place to stay while in Grenoble.

The room was very nice and clean, though the AC wasn't cold enough and needs repair. The breakfast was decent for the price, but below what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. Unfortunately, the staff were not friendly. Also, an extra €50 per person (we are 2), was blocked at check-in, and we were only informed that we'd get the money back after seven days following checkout.

To put my review in context, I’ve stayed at many 4-star hotels throughout France and the world for business and pleasure travel. I would rank the Park Hotel as a 3-star hotel at best. This is a great hotel that dates back to the 1960s Olympics. Very good hotel at a competitive price. Restaurant is OK, nothing fancy, but perfect for those with an appetite. Hotel location is on the edge of town opposite a large indoor shopping complex. You will need to take a tram to the town center for nightlife.

The rooms are nice and spacious. It is located perfectly if you are attending a conference at the Alpexo centre. The restaurant here serves a good selection of pizzas, perfect for a low key evening meal. Some of the hotel does feel a bit dated but all in all it is a very comfortable place to stay.

Very good hotel. Very Clean, easy accessible and friendly staff. Near the train station and the center ville. The only concern is that the wall decor(painting ) is not good for kids. My friends kids aren’t comfortable with the picture so I cover with towel. Aside from the painting everything went well. Recommended.

Good location, close to bus/train station and tram. Breakfast is ok. I stayed at your hotel back in 2013 and the firealarm went of one night. I reported missing emergency lights and signs in the hallways and stairs. The firealarm did not go of this time, but there are still no emergency signs.

It is a nice 3 stars hotel. Wonderful people at reception, really good and kind attention. Clean. With kettle in the room which is a very good plus. The location was good to reach the venue of the fair I was attending to and 15' walking to the center. It is by the train station which, in many cities, is often an area to be careful in the night. It felt a bit dark but safe nevertheless.

Room was nice and comfortable. Nice large bathroom. Not sure why there was a separate shower as well as a shower over the bath. No real view but then it was a business trip so was not in the room for long. Breakfast was also good. Excellent range of choices - even honey comb! Overall good value for a business trip.

I was a little disappointed as I have stayed in your structures before in other European countries and the quality was certainly better. I usually stay in hotel chains (Ibis, Mercure, B&B Hotels...) as I know that a certain level Is garanteed. This time It wasn't so!

We spent two nights in Slendid Hotel and it was much to our enjoyment. The bathroom was very efficient and nice, the personnel was humoristic and friendly, and for breakfast there was some good French cheese. Summing up: exactly what we needed for our 36h stay in Grenoble.

Small and a bit peculiar rooms. Very friendly personnel. It is definitely not more than a 3 star hotel, but I liked it and it was very good value at the price I paid.

We stayed there for two nights this month and everything went very well. The breakfast is a bit sweet but OK. Rooms are quite descent, though a little small. The reception was unique, the young student in the reception in the morning was very kind, professional and helpful, we even exchanged numbers!

We had a lovely two night stay in the suite, which was huge. We had not realised it was a training hotel until we got there. I just love the hotel as the interior decor represent like an ancient palaces. And it is 40 mins walking distance from polygon scientific as well as well connected to the teams and bus. A beautiful hotel with a very nice and charming staff, very well located if you want to enjoy the night life in Grenoble. The seats, paintings and even the ceilings in the little lounge area are very interesting. I didn't try the food there. Overall it's a very comfortable place with every commodities around and I highly recommend it for a stay in Grenoble.

Some of staff had difficulty with English. Stay was ok. However, furniture in my room had been food for wood eating bugs. I tried to explain to staff but of course they didn't understand me. Breakfast is "homemade" but for price nop. Pancakes were great but some of provided jams didn't smell right. Bed was compfy, great pillows.

For the relatively low price , the hotel is great . Room was clean, and relatively spacious for the 1 night I stayed. Receptionist was smiling and check in and out was very quick. Good location. Only complaint is that I could not connect to wifi so I was using my mobile phone connection which I was fine with. We're happy with our stay in Okko Grenoble. The rooms were clean and the staff were polite and helpful. We also enjoyed the sauna that was offered. There were small downsides, such as malfunctioning shampoo boxes, nonfunctional heating system, lamps that didn't turn off at night. But overall it was a great experience. Particularly the location is great for a tourist in Grenoble.

Clean and friendly but unable to respect the dont disturb sign, open the door on you in the shower. Shower that is weirdly placed between the bedroom and the sink/toilet insuring that you can always have water everywhere you go if you dare taking a shower

Located behind GRENOBLE station, one stop by the tram and a 3-minute walk away, the overall facilities are relatively new and the rooms are quiet, making it a hotel with good CP value. There is a supermarket nearby where you can buy food and cook for yourself. Buy a one-day transportation ticket and you can freely explore this beautiful Alpine city. The hotel is near Gelug Commercial High School and Gelug Railway Station. Except that the bed is a bit soft, the experience is pretty good. The small kitchen has complete tools and you can cook your own food. The mountain view in the distance outside the window is also beautiful.

Great central location in town and just a 10 minute walk to the very centre of town. Handy underground car parking (entrance is a side lane just before the hotel) and good value but the spaces are very tight. Staff friendly and very helpful. Apartment was pleasant and great price, with good facilities.

Excellent price for what you get. The staff is extremely kind and available to help. I stayed in a two bedroom studio with my family. The kitchen was well equipped. It's very close to the city centre (10 minute walk). I suggest it for long stays as well.

This was an ideal location for visiting the ice arena next door and also close to the Grand Place shopping centre. It is on the direct tram line to the centre. The service was very variable depending on who was on duty. The breakfast was good value but they need another coffee machine as huge queues built up at it. The plates for breakfast were extremely small.

Hotel near Grenoble train station

The hotel is located directly next to the train station. Quiet and large rooms with comfortable bed. Parking is available for 14Euro a day. The staff is very kind and helpful trying to make your stay as convenient as possible. I would stay there again.

The room is relatively large in European hotels. Although it is next to the train station, it is very quiet and very convenient to take the train. It has an excellent location in Gler, highly recommended. The Asian waiter at the front desk is also very enthusiastic.
