Hotel had a really nice staff, and good breakfast options. Negative: my room was a bit too warm, AC was not working properly.

Our stay at the Mercure was amazing. From checking in to check-out all staff were very polite, had a smile and made welcome during out stay. Bar is a bit expensive, though the restaurant was worth it the two times we went. It is a shame both are closed at the weekend. Rooms were clean, comfortable and serviced every day. The room was very nice and clean, though the AC wasn't cold enough and needs repair. The breakfast was decent for the price, but below what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. Unfortunately, the staff were not friendly. Also, an extra €50 per person (we are 2), was blocked at check-in, and we were only informed that we'd get the money back after seven days following checkout.

Very good location, nice staff, clean and very warm room, bathtub, great breakfast. I particularly liked the nespresso machine at breakfast and the good quality tea in the room.

Lovely upscale hotel directly across from a beautiful park. The kitchen is very good as has high quality offerings at a very decent price.

Nice hotel, very well located, close to a bus and tramway station. The service is excellent. However, the rooms are not soundproof at all, and there were some broken items that made it feel less like a 4-star hotel.

Very good hotel at a competitive price. Restaurant is OK, nothing fancy, but perfect for those with an appetite. Hotel location is on the edge of town opposite a large indoor shopping complex. You will need to take a tram to the town center for nightlife.

The rooms are nice and spacious. It is located perfectly if you are attending a conference at the Alpexo centre. The restaurant here serves a good selection of pizzas, perfect for a low key evening meal. Some of the hotel does feel a bit dated but all in all it is a very comfortable place to stay.

Very good hotel. Very Clean, easy accessible and friendly staff. Near the train station and the center ville. The only concern is that the wall decor(painting ) is not good for kids. My friends kids aren’t comfortable with the picture so I cover with towel. Aside from the painting everything went well. Recommended.

Good location, close to bus/train station and tram. Breakfast is ok. I stayed at your hotel back in 2013 and the firealarm went of one night. I reported missing emergency lights and signs in the hallways and stairs. The firealarm did not go of this time, but there are still no emergency signs.

It is a nice 3 stars hotel. Wonderful people at reception, really good and kind attention. Clean. With kettle in the room which is a very good plus. The location was good to reach the venue of the fair I was attending to and 15' walking to the center. It is by the train station which, in many cities, is often an area to be careful in the night. It felt a bit dark but safe nevertheless.

Room was nice and comfortable. Nice large bathroom. Not sure why there was a separate shower as well as a shower over the bath. No real view but then it was a business trip so was not in the room for long. Breakfast was also good. Excellent range of choices - even honey comb! Overall good value for a business trip.

Friendly staff - ready for discussion in English when I had difficulty finding the words in French. Tasteful food during lunch breaks and deserts during coffee breaks. My room was on the 5th floor. The wifi signal dropped frequently. Probably a lot of visitors were using streaming services like Netflix. It was hard to work this way. I switched to a connection through my smartphone instead.

I had a great night at the Hotel Europole, mainly due to the very helpful and resourceful staff. Sarah managed overcome all the obstacles that prevented me from checking in unannounced, on Sunday night. I missed my last train home after a whole day of hiking, she saved the day.

I was a little disappointed as I have stayed in your structures before in other European countries and the quality was certainly better. I usually stay in hotel chains (Ibis, Mercure, B&B Hotels...) as I know that a certain level Is garanteed. This time It wasn't so!

If we are talking about the room, small but clean, it’s fine , what it’s a rip off is the breakfast, terrible coffee, only cereals to eat and a croissant, seriously bad .

We spent two nights in Slendid Hotel and it was much to our enjoyment. The bathroom was very efficient and nice, the personnel was humoristic and friendly, and for breakfast there was some good French cheese. Summing up: exactly what we needed for our 36h stay in Grenoble.

We stayed there for two nights this month and everything went very well. The breakfast is a bit sweet but OK. Rooms are quite descent, though a little small. The reception was unique, the young student in the reception in the morning was very kind, professional and helpful, we even exchanged numbers!

It’s a beautiful,large stylish hotel in the centre of Grenoble, has good parking, security and ambiance . The staff were all very friendly and did their best to speak English . We had a lovely two night stay in the suite, which was huge. We had not realised it was a training hotel until we got there. That said the staff were excellent, very attentive especially the receptionist on our arrival & the receptionist who dealt with our request re: the safe needing a new battery. I just love the hotel as the interior decor represent like an ancient palaces. And it is 40 mins walking distance from polygon scientific as well as well connected to the teams and bus. The staff at the reception is cool and helpful. He speaks good english 🙂. I would love to come back again and again.

A beautiful hotel with a very nice and charming staff, very well located if you want to enjoy the night life in Grenoble. The seats, paintings and even the ceilings in the little lounge area are very interesting. I didn't try the food there. Overall it's a very comfortable place with every commodities around and I highly recommend it for a stay in Grenoble.

Some of staff had difficulty with English. Stay was ok. However, furniture in my room had been food for wood eating bugs. I tried to explain to staff but of course they didn't understand me. Breakfast is "homemade" but for price nop. Pancakes were great but some of provided jams didn't smell right. Bed was compfy, great pillows.

Good deal because of the Coronavirus crisis. Less than 100 euro a night with breakfast in the middle of city center. I miss a door in the bathroom because when you take a shower everything gets wet. The mattress is good and in the 4th floor its really quiet. However don't expect a really big room. Props to the Moroccan receptionist! Very friendly

The Grand Hotel was delightful. Well appointed quiet room; excellent breakfast; and a staff that went out of its way to make us comfortable. And to top it off, the room rate is quite reasonable. Highly recommended.

Very friendly staff, clean and walking distance to some great eateries. The only bit is that the road it's on is pedestrianised but they offer a valet service, just make sure you call and ask for the code to access the street.

For the relatively low price , the hotel is great . Room was clean, and relatively spacious for the 1 night I stayed. Receptionist was smiling and check in and out was very quick. Good location. Only complaint is that I could not connect to wifi so I was using my mobile phone connection which I was fine with. We're happy with our stay in Okko Grenoble. The rooms were clean and the staff were polite and helpful. We also enjoyed the sauna that was offered. There were small downsides, such as malfunctioning shampoo boxes, nonfunctional heating system, lamps that didn't turn off at night. But overall it was a great experience. Particularly the location is great for a tourist in Grenoble.

Clean and friendly but unable to respect the dont disturb sign, open the door on you in the shower. Shower that is weirdly placed between the bedroom and the sink/toilet insuring that you can always have water everywhere you go if you dare taking a shower

We had the pleasure of bringing our bicycle group here for the start of our Rhone Alpes tour. I stayed in Adagio Grenoble for over 2 years. The stay was amazing, the staff is very friendly, bilingual, and would go out of their way to provide assistance and help. It is very close to the center, and GEM uni, making it a perfect residence for international students. The quality/cost ratio is very reasonable too!

Stayed 3 nights in an appartement. The rooms look great but they are everything but clean. There is dust everywhere ! Especially on the sheets and shelves. There’s an odor issue in the whole building, rooms included. It just smells quite bad — especially in the premises. Staff is really nice, hotel looks great and theres a gym, which is nice. Very spacious(1room+living room) aparthotel(can cook if you want- very well-equipped kitchen) with fantastic mountain view all around. All staff at hotel are very nice kind helpful, but 1 cleaner is very selfishly lazy for cleaning- I think that's why room is a bit dirty. Great central location in town and just a 10 minute walk to the very centre of town. Handy underground car parking (entrance is a side lane just before the hotel) and good value but the spaces are very tight. Staff friendly and very helpful. Apartment was pleasant and great price, with good facilities.

Excellent price for what you get. The staff is extremely kind and available to help. I stayed in a two bedroom studio with my family. The kitchen was well equipped. It's very close to the city centre (10 minute walk). I suggest it for long stays as well.

This was an ideal location for visiting the ice arena next door and also close to the Grand Place shopping centre. It is on the direct tram line to the centre. The service was very variable depending on who was on duty. The breakfast was good value but they need another coffee machine as huge queues built up at it. The plates for breakfast were extremely small.

Well located (the tram is very close and the city center is not that far by feet), clean and comfortable. The receptionist is really friendly and professional, and the price is very reasonable. The breakfast is simple but adequate.

Everything was clean and the room was alright. The bed was comfortable and perfect to spend the night. The only bad thing was the lack of security in the parking. We were told that motorbikes were usually stolen in the place, so we did not rest much during the night.

Can't judge anything to the service. But the hardware is need to upgrade. WiFi lost communication is often, the bathroom can be better, TV even have no internet apps.

Great hotel in a beautiful city. Rooms are large compared to most other hotels in Europe/France. There is a small restaurant and bar on the first floor of the hotel. Service was good, no complaints there.
