We're happy with our stay in Okko Grenoble. The rooms were clean and the staff were polite and helpful. We also enjoyed the sauna that was offered. There were small downsides, such as malfunctioning shampoo boxes, nonfunctional heating system, lamps that didn't turn off at night. But overall it was a great experience. Particularly the location is great for a tourist in Grenoble.

Clean and friendly but unable to respect the dont disturb sign, open the door on you in the shower. Shower that is weirdly placed between the bedroom and the sink/toilet insuring that you can always have water everywhere you go if you dare taking a shower

Good experience, small room with friendly price and service. generous offer in the cafe, tea, and drinks. and unfortunately bad engineered bathroom floor: flooding to toilet.

The rooms are small, but functional and very reasonably priced. Service is great and they have a free Apero every day I think.

Love the club at Okko, breakfast and hors d'orves in the evening. Rooms are clean and modern, but little closet space. Location to city center is great.

I stayed in Adagio Grenoble for over 2 years. The stay was amazing, the staff is very friendly, bilingual, and would go out of their way to provide assistance and help. It is very close to the center, and GEM uni, making it a perfect residence for international students. The quality/cost ratio is very reasonable too!

Stayed 3 nights in an appartement. The rooms look great but they are everything but clean. There is dust everywhere ! Especially on the sheets and shelves. There’s an odor issue in the whole building, rooms included. It just smells quite bad — especially in the premises. Staff is really nice, hotel looks great and theres a gym, which is nice. Location is great.

Very spacious(1room+living room) aparthotel(can cook if you want- very well-equipped kitchen) with fantastic mountain view all around. All staff at hotel are very nice kind helpful, but 1 cleaner is very selfishly lazy for cleaning- I think that's why room is a bit dirty. Generally all worn out, but bed is very comfortable for deep sleeping.

I had a nice experience. The room is very modern, well kept and close to Gare de Grenoble. The room had all the facilities. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

A very nice, warm, and accommodating hotel! Definitely recommend! We arrived late in the evening, after a long drive and the receptionist greeting us was warm, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the first word! Same goes to the receptionist in the morning when we had to check out a bit late - fantastic service! Room was nice and neat, with some wear and tear visible especially in the bathroom...

Nice hotel, but don't forget that nobody gonna change your linen! And room still is very small. But typically small for EU.

A cheap but decent hotel of the B&B chain. Staff very friendly and helpful. Definitely the personnel deserves a positive opinion. Breakfast worth the price.

Well located (the tram is very close and the city center is not that far by feet), clean and comfortable. The receptionist is really friendly and professional, and the price is very reasonable. The breakfast is simple but adequate.

Everything was clean and the room was alright. The bed was comfortable and perfect to spend the night. The only bad thing was the lack of security in the parking. We were told that motorbikes were usually stolen in the place, so we did not rest much during the night.

We had the pleasure of bringing our bicycle group here for the start of our Rhone Alpes tour. The staff was exceptional - they worked very hard with us to make arrangements so that our group could put together their bikes and store them in a safe area. The rooms are clean, well maintained. The WiFi is horrible..poorest internet connection I have ever seen in a hotel(I contacted reception twice, the answer was please try later!)!! just like there is no wifi in rooms.. apart from that, everything else is fine.. good not great.. Breakfast is perfect..

A nice, clean hotel with good service. The staff were all very friendly and happy to help however the building and the rooms felt dated.

Very decent hotel, staff kind enough take care of you. On the entire stay I could feel a positive feeling. All over french, they treat you as known person for them. I am not feeling out of home country, but feel a travel within country.

Can't judge anything to the service. But the hardware is need to upgrade. WiFi lost communication is often, the bathroom can be better, TV even have no internet apps.

Great hotel in a beautiful city. Rooms are large compared to most other hotels in Europe/France. There is a small restaurant and bar on the first floor of the hotel. Service was good, no complaints there.

Very convenient location next to train station, with a 15 minute walking distance into city center. The room on 9th floor was clean with great views on surrounding mountains. Great central location in town and just a 10 minute walk to the very centre of town. Handy underground car parking (entrance is a side lane just before the hotel) and good value but the spaces are very tight. Staff friendly and very helpful. Apartment was pleasant and great price, with good facilities.

The accommodation is basic but clean and meet all our needs for an overnight stay. It would have been too small for an extended stay, for example we could only get one chair on the balcony. Excellent price for what you get. The staff is extremely kind and available to help. I stayed in a two bedroom studio with my family. The kitchen was well equipped. It's very close to the city centre (10 minute walk). I suggest it for long stays as well.

This is a great hotel that dates back to the 1960s Olympics. Very good hotel at a competitive price. Restaurant is OK, nothing fancy, but perfect for those with an appetite. Hotel location is on the edge of town opposite a large indoor shopping complex. You will need to take a tram to the town center for nightlife.

The rooms are nice and spacious. It is located perfectly if you are attending a conference at the Alpexo centre. The restaurant here serves a good selection of pizzas, perfect for a low key evening meal. Some of the hotel does feel a bit dated but all in all it is a very comfortable place to stay.

Very good hotel. Very Clean, easy accessible and friendly staff. Near the train station and the center ville. The only concern is that the wall decor(painting ) is not good for kids. My friends kids aren’t comfortable with the picture so I cover with towel. Aside from the painting everything went well. Recommended.

Good location, close to bus/train station and tram. Breakfast is ok. I stayed at your hotel back in 2013 and the firealarm went of one night. I reported missing emergency lights and signs in the hallways and stairs. The firealarm did not go of this time, but there are still no emergency signs.

It is a nice 3 stars hotel. Wonderful people at reception, really good and kind attention. Clean. With kettle in the room which is a very good plus. The location was good to reach the venue of the fair I was attending to and 15' walking to the center. It is by the train station which, in many cities, is often an area to be careful in the night. It felt a bit dark but safe nevertheless.

Room was nice and comfortable. Nice large bathroom. Not sure why there was a separate shower as well as a shower over the bath. No real view but then it was a business trip so was not in the room for long. Breakfast was also good. Excellent range of choices - even honey comb! Overall good value for a business trip.

Friendly staff - ready for discussion in English when I had difficulty finding the words in French. Tasteful food during lunch breaks and deserts during coffee breaks. My room was on the 5th floor. The wifi signal dropped frequently. Probably a lot of visitors were using streaming services like Netflix. It was hard to work this way. I switched to a connection through my smartphone instead.

I had a great night at the Hotel Europole, mainly due to the very helpful and resourceful staff. Sarah managed overcome all the obstacles that prevented me from checking in unannounced, on Sunday night. I missed my last train home after a whole day of hiking, she saved the day.

I was a little disappointed as I have stayed in your structures before in other European countries and the quality was certainly better. I usually stay in hotel chains (Ibis, Mercure, B&B Hotels...) as I know that a certain level Is garanteed. This time It wasn't so!

If we are talking about the room, small but clean, it’s fine , what it’s a rip off is the breakfast, terrible coffee, only cereals to eat and a croissant, seriously bad .

We spent two nights in Slendid Hotel and it was much to our enjoyment. The bathroom was very efficient and nice, the personnel was humoristic and friendly, and for breakfast there was some good French cheese. Summing up: exactly what we needed for our 36h stay in Grenoble.

I have been in a budget room, the size of the room was ok, I was afraid it will be very small, but it was fine for one person. However the bathroom was really tiny with little space for movement or your own cosmetic. I kept everything in the room. The big minus is the creaking noise of the floor with every step you take... This is a very fine hotel! You can put your car right in front of the door for check-in, then into a parkhouse at a special rate. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, everything is really clean and good-looking. Our superior double room was beautiful and really cosy with four comfortable seats, tables, two balconies and a wonderful bathtub. It was a perfect finish of our trip to France !

Great place for a short stay at Grenoble. The rooms are great and the ameneties are good. The service was prompt and excellent. The breakfast buffet has a very wide spread. The place is very well located and was easy to access important places in Grenoble. The park that overlooked this hotel was a sight to behold especially in the mornings.

This hotel has obviously undergone extensive renovation, from what was presumably a fairly dated hotel. In the most part, they've succeeded, save for some cosmetic details. However, the place was spotlessly clean, the bed was beyond comfortable and the hotel's quiet, yet central location, made this hotel good value for money. Found at the edge of the small city of Grenoble, this three start hotel was our home for four nights. Shops like a Turkish take-away, a baker, pharmacy etc are all close-by. Small and a bit peculiar rooms. Very friendly personnel. It is definitely not more than a 3 star hotel, but I liked it and it was very good value at the price I paid.

We stayed there for two nights this month and everything went very well. The breakfast is a bit sweet but OK. Rooms are quite descent, though a little small. The reception was unique, the young student in the reception in the morning was very kind, professional and helpful, we even exchanged numbers!

Room was clean and comfortable. Good value for money. Great location. Area of improvement, the bath water in the second room was not hot enough.
