Reviews
The bathroom was pretty clean, with shampoo and soap available and a hairdryer outside by the mirror.
The breakfast is, to me, one point they could really improve. Not many options to choose from, but gets the job done.
The highlight is definitely the location right near the center of Lille, close to markets, restaurants and museums.
Something to keep in mind: the parking is really a puzzle experience. The parking spots are very tight - even with a small car such as a Golf, and has a very steep entry/exit.
Everybody was extremely polite, friendly and helpful at all times and made our stay very enjoyable!!
Will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Lille.

Room is clean and modern with a great shower.
The air conditioning simply didn't work properly. During a heatwave our room was only a couple of degrees cooler than outside, nowhere near comfortable; we were sticking to the sheets at night. 🥵🌡️
The hotel itself felt very dated: limescale in the toilet, a sink that didn’t drain properly, and only one power outlet by the beds.
Staff were polite, but when we reported the AC issue they insisted it was "fixed"; it wasn’t. The second night was just as bad, and we were offered no solution or compensation; in fact, they denied there was a problem. Disappointing.
Arrived 09/12. Julia, when we checked in, was excellent, as always. She gave us a really good room and was really helpful. In the evening, John, in the bar, was really friendly and helpful. He put the West Ham game on the TV
