service très désagréable au téléphone. Très mal reçu par un homme qui n'était visiblement pas ravi de mon appel qui était pourtant cordial et plein de bonne volonté, très désagréable et raccrocher au nez en disant " je ne vais pas encombrer la ligne pour vous ".

Einfaches Hotel mit Charme, freundlicher Empfang, alles sauber, Zimmer recht klein und sehr hellhörig, Bad auch klein und etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Gute Lage zur Innenstadt und günstig. Für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise zu empfehlen.

We stayed there with friends. It’s good price-quality ratio. But rooms are clean, breakfast is very nice and enough choice. Staff friendly, nice walking distance to the city. I think we would go back

Le pire expérience hôtelière : nous avons pris deux nuits pour le marché de Noël et la première nuit on se fait réveiller par l’accueil pour le check-out de la chambre - j’indique que non car on a réservé pour deux nuits et il insiste : « l’ordi me dit vous devez libérer. » J’indique agacée que nous restons tout le we donc encore une nuit et il insiste « 203 c’est un nuit, c’est tout! » Nous sommes en 205! Je lui indique l’erreur et aucune excuse, il continue d’aboyer sans reconnaître aucune erreur. Deux heures plus tard, on descend à l’accueil, je vais voir le réceptionniste en question et direct aucune excuse, indique que c’est ma faute et me demande de me calmer! Il demande ensuite à mon ami de « tenir sa femme » en le tutoyant et refusant de me parler. Il ne reconnaît pas du tout son erreur et nous invite à quitter l’hôtel si on est pas satisfait du service. Incompétence, mauvaise foi, irrespect, agressivité et sexisme : on est au top !!!

Hôtel de quartier de gare. Situation décentrée. Rénové (ne correspond pas au photos de Tripadvisor) mais appareils techniques anciens (robinetterie, douche, ascenseur,…). Les chambres sont très petites. Le petit déjeuner est très bien. Le personnel sympathique et serviable.

Very central hotel. Convenient to downtown especially if walking. The girl at the front desk was very kind to give us a waking map of the area. Since we were only there for 1 night, (& arrived late) we were able to park on the street right around the corner from the hotel, which is free till 9am. In the morning we paid for 2 hours to walk a bit and see the Cathedral. The room was small, but good for one night. My only complaints were even though the place was spotless, the bathroom still had a bad smell. The other was the same thing many others have complained about: the pillows. Get new ones because those are terrible. I put together my jacket and sweatshirt for more support. Good price and location tho, so good for one night.

Hotel ist sauber Zimmer mit frischem Anstrich, aber vieeeel zu klein. Zwei Personen können sich nicht darin bewegen und nicht ihr Gepäck ablegen. Im Bad ist es aufgrund der Enge schwierig, die Toilette zu benutzen. Das Bad Bedarf dringender Renovierung. Das Bett war verschlissen, die Polsterung herausgequollen. Frühstück gut, Frühstücksraum hübsch hier gibt es auch ordentliche Toiletten

Un hôtel simple. Un peu ancien. Accueil de nuit comme de jour extrêmement aimable. Une chambre simple, plutôt petite mais fonctionnelle. Calme, j’ai très ben dormi. Buffet de petit déjeuner remarquable par la qualité et la variété. Proche, à quelques minutes de la gare, sans les inconvénients d’être en face. Un hôtel sympathique.

Buona sera; siamo stati accolti da una persona gentilissima che ci ha agevolato in tutte le nostre esigenze; consigliatissimo..la camera è fantastica: ad angolo con relativo balconcino; silenziosissima e pulita; tutti gli accessori disponibili ad un modico costo

petit établissement proche de la Gare de Metz vill, déplacement à pied, petit dejeuner buffet passable, chambre normal, j'avais une vue sur la ville, rapport qualité prix moyen, dans l'ensemble un bon hotel proche transport en commun etc
